She forgot the date I needed them and had to hurry to get them done in time. I was gone for 3 weeks and expected the other 3 pairs to be done when I gone home. Nope. Hadn't even started on them. Told me I could pick them up the end of a week and she would call. Nope. No call. I purposely waited another week before reaching out to her. She said I could pick them up the end of that week. Texted her and said I would be by that Friday. She said okay. On Friday I said I would be by at 11:30 that morning. She texted me and said she had not had time to finish them and that she would leave them UNDONE in a bag on her porch. I believe she charged me about $30 per short to just take in the waist. I found someone in my neighborhood who finished them in one week and charged me $12 per short! So, no, I would not recommend her.

I tried it on and we agreed on the perfect length with the shoes I was going to wear. She pinned it and took down my information and called me back the next day! She had it steamed and ready for me to pick up! It's perfect and I'm so grateful I found Chi's business!!! It was a great price for her getting my dress completed so quickly.
