Only one monitor was working the floor. Lots of questionable play was going on with multiple children underneath each other on obstacle course. Had to track down the lone safety monitor who was on his phone in the zip line area in the back so our kids could do the ropes course. Ropes course safety track was rusty and hard for kids to use.

The kids were in the basketball area and one of my boys had recently scraped his leg pretty badly on his bike a couple of days ago. Kendrick was working that area and was watching the boys. They were rough with each other and hurt my son's leg again. Kendrick saw he was crying and holding his leg and took care of my boy without me even noticing. He provided first aide with peroxide and a new bandage for his leg. The. He gave him a free icee to cheer him up. That type of service deserved this review. It was lo g overdue.
