We really enjoyed Altitude. We went during toddler time (and during a regular school day) so it want very crowded and the prices were great! We played in the dodge ball courts (my toddler loves jumping with balls) and the balance beam battle. The big open court was also fun for those who like to run around. This is a great trampoline park, especially during the non-busy time we were there. read more

Our second time to come here for a second birthday party invitation. I saved my kids' socks so it brought it with me this time. This invite was only for my older kiddo so I knew I'm paying for the littler one's session. I walked up to the lady cashier and told her whose birthday party we're on. Then I proceeded to tell her I'm paying for the other kid. Only then did I realize I left my wallet in my car! I hurried to tell her that I had to run out to the parking lot. Without any hesitation, she told me not to worry about it. Then smiled at my little boy and told him if he needed a yellow wrist tag. My heart just melt right there. Wow... what kind KIND gesture!!! I know it's only 8 bucks worth of jumping but it's little kind things like that that can truly make somebody else's day - she definitely made mine! Great place to take the kids to get their wiggles out. It's huge. They have many different sections- a toddler section, dodgeball for older kids, dodgeball for younger kids, a swinging trapeze and foam pits, balance beams, a huge open trampoline area, basketball, and other American Gladiator style trampoline games. Birthday parties appear to be a big thing here as well. They have party rooms available as well as tables that can be reserved. There's a snack shop, too, as well as an arcade. Big thumbs up for cleanliness, but they're pretty new so that's to be expected. Just hope they can keep it clean. My only complaint is with the socks. You have to buy and use their socks if you plan to jump. They're pretty inexpensive ($2 maybe?) and they're durable and you can bring them back and reuse them without having to pay again, but still... read more

Really great place to take the kids IF the high schoolers and young adults that show up don't have such foul mouths. The employees don't do anything to stop it either. The female employees are more interested in being on their phones and trying to get dates than doing their jobs. The Monday deals are GREAT. Well worth coming on a Monday night. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT book at birthday party here. I called and requested a party room. I was asked how many kids and told them around 10-12. She quoted me for a 10 kid party and I added some extra pizza and drinks for the adults. When we get there, there's no party room, but rather a tiny table that all 10 kids are supposed to sit on and share the space with the cake, food, drinks, and presents. There was no place for the adults to sit. We were told if we used the table (open) next to us, we may be asked to leave because it was for a later party. Our hostess told us she had 37 parties and "if we really needed her, she could help serve and stuff". It was obvious that she did not want to be there. The plates, cups, and napkins that are "included" are for the 10 kids only. Had to ask for cake plates and forks for the adults. Kids come with adults. These tiny humans can't drive themselves! I asked the hostess if there was a place for the adults to sit and she and the manager gestured to chairs that were nowhere near the party. It was chaotic and poorly executed. Especially at nearly $40/kid! Today I check my checking account and they charged the balance quoted and then charged an additional $276.94. I called to have this charge reversed and was hung up on 3 times. Now they are refusing my calls. This place is fun for the kids, but the business practice is shady beyond compare. Save your money and headache and just pay for each kid individually. It was an epic disaster! read more

HORRIBLE!!!! As you walk in there is a girl that tells you to sign in on the computer. ( As if you didn't know) I filled everything out. Easy to do. We stood in line, it seemed like forever, after about 20 min, with the kids, two girls on the register. We left. The girl that greeted us didn't even notice. Lol so as we were leaving we saw the two family in front of us leaving as well. I can't say what the place looked like but what I can say is it's very poorly managed. They could be a cash cow if they had proper management but sadly it's not. We came back to jumping world and walked right in with NO wait! I take my kids every Thursday to jump and I will not be going Bk for this root canal process. read more

I was the GM of jumping world for a while so I know the in's and outs of trampoline parks pretty well. Altitude is absolutely awesome (no I don't work for them haha). Way cleaner than their competition that takes shortcuts wherever possible. The staff was friendly and didn't just stand around talking to each other. My only gripe is having to wear their special socks but I understand why they do it. Just make sure to wash them and put them in your cars glove box for next time! This is my boys favorite place to go now! Also, prices are pretty good. Expect to pay around $30 for a parent and 2 kids. read more

Only come here if you are part of a birthday party. You cannot sit anywhere but on the floor. They have additional seating but it's extremely limited. I have been standing for 2 hours watching my kid jump w his cousins. read more

Poor supervision. My 8 year old was hit in the face by a teen, intentionally, and I saw it in person. NO MONITOR was at the dodge ball pit. I confronted the teen and the "manager" in charge (this is what you get when teens are put in charge) and all that happened was a "report" filed and that teen was allowed to stay. This "manager" tried to give me free passes to make up for it...plus NO FOLLOW UP PHONE call. My child was upset and crying naturally. Will not be back due to lack of concern for the well being of my child, nor the supervising of the area. I called to follow up...mail box was full at business. What a joke of a business. I guarantee there will be no response here as well. read more

I'm very surprised at how nice this place was... very clean and smelled great inside.i LOVED how they had a space specifically for younger kids it was very spacious and the chairs for parents to sit and watch their kids where very nice!!! My daughter had a great time and so did I. It was very reasonably priced and the workers where attentive and happy to answer any questions. We will definitely be going back and maybe have a birthday party there!!! read more

Clean, organized, and so much fun. They have a large area for 6 yrs old and younger. My 2 yr old son had a BLAST.

This park is huge and has many different set ups and obstacle courses through out. Jumped there today for the first time with my 2 kids, both under 6, we all had a blast. An hour was barely enough time to experience the whole park. They had friendly staff all over, making sure things were safe and answering questions. There is a nice sized arcade, we only walked through it. Didn't eat there, but looked like they had a good selection of food. Loved this place, will be back very soon. read more

First time bringing our kids here... ages... 13,12,11,8.... kids zone had no staff watching over the kids playing for about 15-20 minutes while the staff member was leaning over railing talking to a customer. We walked to end of building stopping and jumping a few different areas. When we went back to the kids area again there was no staff in attendance even though there was quite a few kiddos jumping... not very happy... read more

I called ahead to be sure they were doing their homeschool special today before wasting a trip in from houston. I was assured they were offering the special. We came with five excited children only to be let down. I reccomend not wasting your time on a business with this lack of organization. If you want to hire 16 year olds to run your business, at least train them not to lie to customers. read more

We had such a lovely time! Such a fun place for the kiddos and my child husband. We actually both enjoyed it so much! There's plenty for all to do! We were wore out after an hour, but the kids could've kept going. I only have one complaint. We came at 10:55, we are not from the area, so we were completely new to it all. The front desk cashier asked if we were here for toddler time (6 & younger), both of our girls are under six. I told her I'm not sure, I think we just need the family four pack. Had she explained what the toddler time was we would have saved $25 as we qualified for it, but she didn't tell us what it even was when I told her I wasn't sure. She could have given us the info quickly, or perhaps told us this was a better offer and we could save half. Didn't ruin our fun, we enjoyed it. The guys on the floor were awesome. They looked as if they enjoyed their work and they entertained the kids with fun tricks and such. We will return next summer. read more

Had a crew of about 9 of us. It was a good time, as we added hours it got a little costly. With hours, socks, pizza, and drinks, I tallied close to 300 dollars. That was ok, but 2 hours into the fun I found out my friend had brought her nephew and it was his 12th birthday. So my wife and I figured, Hey lets go get him a cookie cake at HEB real quick to tell him Happy Birthday! So they did, but upon their return, the cookie police confiscated it at the front door. Needless to say I was upset, the little girl at the front desk just could not see her way past her policies to allow us to eat the cookie, stay another hour and have fun. Instead she held fast to her policies, losing another hour of 7 jumpers, any chance of us returning for our 4th visit, and any respect for the management of this place. It all came down to squeezing more money out of me for a full blown party and unable to see the big picture. I get standing by policy, but at a fun place that's designed for kids, sometimes you may want to bend just a little to keep the adults bringing them back. Especially with all the other options out there, they may want to work on their customer service! read more
