It was not overly crowded to be the summer which was nice for me because she is small and they would trample her. They required you to purchase their socks which is great for me. I come in today and they tell me it's canceled one I never canceled and I was just here a week before with no issue. So corporate just cancels your membership when ever but you keep paying for it. the staff was no help what so ever rude didn't know what they were talking about. it's sad to say they lost my business and family which they come here. Very mediocre party for $500+. Daughter insisted on birthday here. Never again. D&B: It cost less and we got more out of it last year. Disorganized: It took ages just to get wrist bands and socks even after we arrived early. Online it said the wavier signing would take up most of everyone's time & why its recommended to get there up to 15 mins prior , not because the host taking her sweet time. Then having to constantly reorder/ remind of things because she'd wondered off/ forgot. Add insult to injury, It all felt very bland, no go karts, no bowling, no bumper cars.(def makes me miss Putt Putt Funhouse) menu was blah, same ole pizza and wings. I mean dang kids eat burgers and hot dogs too. Sheesh. They said that serve chicken tenders but i didnt see anybody order any on a busy Saturday night. I visited this location Sunday September 29, 2024, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This was a small celebration with just her 3 sisters, my husband and myself. We purchased 4 ultimate passes, 1 parent pass, 5 pairs of socks, 4 icees, 2 drinks and 2 pizzas. All which was about $200. Then the cashier alerted that because we brought in a small 6" cake, just a cake no decorations or balloons, we would have to be charged an additional $55. I was surprised to encounter this fee, especially since there was no posted policy indicating such a charge. When I spoke with the manager, Mercedes, she informed me that this was not a corporate policy but rather specific to the location. Furthermore, she mentioned that the Clear Lake location does not impose this fee, which raises questions about the consistency of policies across different branches. At that point it was too late to drive over to clear lake as I already purchased all the passes and socks. I had her write on paper and sign that the policy is no where but I was still being charged. I believe it is essential for establishments to maintain clear and transparent policies for their customers. Either posted on the website but especially posted where the payments are made. The lack of communication regarding this charge feels unprofessional and has left me feeling quite upset. I have reached out twice via email to the management and they have not responded. I can only imagine how similar it must be when hearing tales from the manager versus an actual cat herder. But who ever is in charge here has figured it out. So much fun! My wife thinks she's a ninja warrior, so for her birthday we had to check it out. The pricing is fair, actually paid less than I expected. The rock climbing is fun, not super challenging but fun. My 5 year old was able to do all the climbs and the attendant was great. He really helped my son despite having to babysit a bunch of bratty kids that had no adult supervision. They have a dunk area, it's harder than you think. The ninja courses are fun and challenging. You will feel it the next day, physically. Your ego will feel it right away. Lol! The trampolines were plentiful and really cool. My wife did the sky course and she liked it. We didn't eat there, but the prices seemed fair and the pizza looked half good. The employees were better than expected, they are a bunch of teenagers and just like any other teenager they do goofy stuff sometimes. Overall though they seemed fairly responsible and attentive. Total kaos - kids running, bumping into others, dodge ball out of control - looked like big kids trying to knock the other out throwing the ball so hard. trampoline area - huge kids jumping over smaller children. Concession tables full of previous persons trash. Sky ride harness was put on my child quickly and no care to ensure comfort during ride. NEVER EVER AGAIN .... I think there should be a safety inspection of the facility and it's operations and training of and number of employees. If there were an emergency it would be horrible !!!!!! read more

This location was great but they VERY recently changed their policy. You can no longer leave your child there, per previous policy. I bought my daughter a ticket 2 days ago online and checked her in at the facility. NO ONE advised me about the new 'can't leave your child unaccompanied' policy so the online ticket was validated/verified. I left my daughter with her friend only to get a call 5 min later asking me to pick her up bc I was not there with her. I asked the front desk about it and was passed off to corporate, saying the location had their policy posted. I did not see the posted policy and it is posted in ONE location. One employee said, "It's posted in the door coming in," but it clearly is NOT. I called corporate and they say each location is independently owned so the location would need to let corporate know we need a refund, so long story short, NO REFUND I have NO ISSUES with the policy. My issue is that a policy change should be ANNOUNCED or you should be TOLD about it AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR VERIFICATION!! It is not fair to expect parents to have to look around the location for policy changes! We've been going to this location for years (our oldest is 21, youngest is 12) and we've had several birthday parties there but we are DONE going there, as are my daughter's friends she went there with. read more

Manage your expectations with this location. We had fun, but I wouldn't go back. Very unorganized and not the cleanest place in the world. I paid for a private room for my child's birthday party. When I got there, none of the staff was available to help me get to my room. Once I finally flagged one of the staff members down, she acknowledged that she was our host and that our room is still getting ready. After everything was ready (about 30mins into our 2hr time period) the room was very standard and hot. The TV didn't work and the only means of A/C in the room was a box fan that falls over when turned on. For the price we paid (over $400) I expected so much more, and that's really the only reason this doesn't get anything higher than 2-stars. In hindsight, I wouldn't have ordered the private room, just claim an open table and buy regular tickets. Would have been significantly cheaper. read more

This place was late opening today. The staff are all very young kids. The person at the food counter is also supposed to be at the prize counter but he kept taking new people in line even though we were waiting in the prize line. He never stopped the food line to come help us and just kept telling us "he'd get to us", but never did. The floors are all taped up and definitely a trip hazard. Just not enough staff here. Also the "winner every time" Duck crane doesn't work correctly but no one there seems to understand that the game should continue (for 60 seconds) if you don't win a prize. Super excited to have a new Urban Air in the Pasadena area! We had such a great experience here, far exceeding our expectations after visiting other Urban Air locations... The employees were all engaging and helpful with the kids. Alex in the ninja warrior zone was a gem with the little ones - making sure to help each one over and through the course. All of the activity staff truly stayed engaged & appeared to be enjoying their role - whether it was dodge ball, zip line, or the rock walls, etc. It really makes a difference when the places that are meant to cater to kids, have staff that supports a safe & fun environment for them all. This location really did a great job! Our visit was within their first few weeks of opening this new location and the crowd was light. I sure hope Urban Air is able to maintain this level of service as their attendance grows! We look forward to coming back. read more

My son had a blast and so did ALL of his guests (including adults)! Price was spot on and budget friendly and party was executed PERFECTLY thanks to our host. We have booked at several different kid venues before, HOWEVER it was a 1st to see the parents having as much fun as the kids! Would do it a million times over! We had a day to spend in the area before a cruise, and the weather was less than cooperative fo the beach, so we needed an indoor activity to keep them busy for the day. Urban Air was just the place! First, I love their pricing structure. The Ultimate Pass is just $24.95 for as long as you want to play. It includes all of the MANY attractions. WhT sold me though, was the offering of a Parent Pass for $4.99. Many of the trampoline parks we've been to in the past require parents to pay full price to just enter the park, which gets expensive quickly. What's even better though, is that the Parent Pass allows parents to play, too! For five bucks, you don't feel so bad when you're exhausted after two jumps and decide to sit the rest of the day out. There is so much to do here..it kept the kids busy all afternoon and they begged to stay for more. There's a Ninja course, many trampolines, a slam-dunk area, ropes course, and a pretty epic zip-line roller coaster. The kids LOVED it all. The staff were friendly yet focused on safety. Many times the refs and these places have huge power trips and micro manager your every move, but the staff here had the perfect balance of enforcing the rules while still letting the kids have fun. There's a snack bar that's actually reasonably priced. They offer drinks, pizza, chips, chicken strips, hot dogs and other snacks. Overall, a great place to let kids (and adults) burn off some energy. If we lived in the area, we'd be frequent visitors. read more

My son and I visited this location on 11/3. We're long time customers of Urban Air and have visited many of their locations across the Houston area. According to my son, this is his favorite location. I must admit, it's pretty awesome. It wasn't too hard to fine though it was a bit tucked away. There was plenty of parking. The building is huge! Once inside, we had to fill out a waiver before we could play. This did not take very long to do. It wasn't all that expensive to jump. I paid $20 for my son which included everything except the climbing walls and ropes course. A parent pass cost $5. We already had the socks required to jump which are available to purchase for a nominal fee. The facility was in great condition and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It was nice that they were actually calling kids on rule infractions without being too overbearing in doing so. We spent about three hours here and had a whole lot of fun. They had plenty of activities to choose from. Sure, the place was packed with kids having a good time but you should know what you are signing up for when bringing your children here. We took our kids here the other day, and WERE having fun. That is until, an employee Briana, decided to get mouthy with us. Her 2yr old son kept jumping in the pit every time someone was on the battle beam, but yet she wouldn't do anything about it. Just said we couldn't play while he was in there. Finally after asking her to get him out, she does but after she fixes her hair and then takes her sweet time. I ask her what her name is and she goes ballistics. Starts yelling at us, and telling us she's going to call her dad. We tried talking with the only manager there on a Sunday, and he would not even acknowledge us. Instead of stopping what he was doing and handle the situation. He just sat there letting his employee yell at us. I took my two teens today and bought them the deluxe wristbands and socks. It was 48 dollars for 1 1/2 hours. I thought that was pricey but they had a blast and were covered in sweat when we left. Today, he was told he was too short (he's EXACTLY 48") Employees have very little enthusiasm and spend their time visiting & on their phones. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!! I signed up for the membership back in 2019, and the membership is for one year, and you cannot back out of it!!! When the Pandemic hit, I decided that it would be safer for my kid to not return, so I called urban air to cancel the membership and they said I had to wait until the year was up, even though I called 1 month before the year was up.... So I said fine, and I called back when I finally hit the year mark; When I called, The people at the office said the only way to cancel is by emailing corporate- No, corporate does not have a phone number you can call at. I sent about 5 emails, and I got the same response: Urban air kept saying that I should update my card information so they can keep charging me. Finally, I didn't know what else to do, so I closed my credit card account because they were not helpful either, and they didn't block urban air after I asked them to do so multiple times. If you go to urban air simply pay for the day, do not sign up for the membership. Also, the staff their are not attentive, so if you do go, do not sit on the tables like parents do, but watch your kids, because the staff sure as hell won't. I was watching my kid jump, and another kid jumped into the same trampoline he was at and pushed him out, and my kid ended up with a sprained ankle. The staff never even noticed and when I told the manager, he sent his staff from the back to the floor so they can do their jobs. The idea of a trampoline park is great as long as you keep a good eye on your kid, and just please avoid buying the membership, I wish I would have known this before purchasing one as well. read more
