So much fun! My wife thinks she's a ninja warrior, so for her birthday we had to check it out. The pricing is fair, actually paid less than I expected. The rock climbing is fun, not super challenging but fun. My 5 year old was able to do all the climbs and the attendant was great. He really helped my son despite having to babysit a bunch of bratty kids that had no adult supervision. They have a dunk area, it's harder than you think. The ninja courses are fun and challenging. You will feel it the next day, physically. Your ego will feel it right away. Lol! The trampolines were plentiful and really cool. My wife did the sky course and she liked it. We didn't eat there, but the prices seemed fair and the pizza looked half good. The employees were better than expected, they are a bunch of teenagers and just like any other teenager they do goofy stuff sometimes. Overall though they seemed fairly responsible and attentive. We will most definitely be back for more.

    Front entrance, no policy posted...

This location was great but they VERY recently changed their policy. You can no longer leave your child there, per previous policy. I bought my daughter a ticket 2 days ago online and checked her in at the facility. NO ONE advised me about the new 'can't leave your child unaccompanied' policy so the online ticket was validated/verified. I left my daughter with her friend only to get a call 5 min later asking me to pick her up bc I was not there with her. I asked the front desk about it and was passed off to corporate, saying the location had their policy posted. I did not see the posted policy and it is posted in ONE location. One employee said, "It's posted in the door coming in," but it clearly is NOT. I called corporate and they say each location is independently owned so the location would need to let corporate know we need a refund, so long story short, NO REFUND I have NO ISSUES with the policy. My issue is that a policy change should be ANNOUNCED or you should be TOLD about it AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR VERIFICATION!! It is not fair to expect parents to have to look around the location for policy changes! We've been going to this location for years (our oldest is 21, youngest is 12) and we've had several birthday parties there but we are DONE going there, as are my daughter's friends she went there with.

Super excited to have a new Urban Air in the Pasadena area! We had such a great experience here, far exceeding our expectations after visiting other Urban Air locations... The employees were all engaging and helpful with the kids. Alex in the ninja warrior zone was a gem with the little ones - making sure to help each one over and through the course. All of the activity staff truly stayed engaged & appeared to be enjoying their role - whether it was dodge ball, zip line, or the rock walls, etc. It really makes a difference when the places that are meant to cater to kids, have staff that supports a safe & fun environment for them all. This location really did a great job! Our visit was within their first few weeks of opening this new location and the crowd was light. I sure hope Urban Air is able to maintain this level of service as their attendance grows! We look forward to coming back.

Birthday party for a 10yr old: SUCCESS!! 1st time booking the Ultimate Experience party, private room, and private dodgeball game and couldn't be more pleased! My son had a blast and so did ALL of his guests (including adults)! Price was spot on and budget friendly and party was executed PERFECTLY thanks to our host. We have booked at several different kid venues before, HOWEVER it was a 1st to see the parents having as much fun as the kids! Would do it a million times over! Tip for those wanting to book: Sunday 2-4pm was great timing. It was surprisingly empty and made it easier to keep track of the kids, not to mention safer. Got a little packed at around 4pm, but nothing too crazy. By 5pm, everyone was ready for a nap.

I had paid for admission and was standing on the green divider in the kids' area--something the posted rules explicitly allow. Despite that, she repeatedly insisted I was breaking the rules and refused to listen when I pointed to the official sign. My son isn't even 2 years old, and I was simply trying to stay close enough to keep him safe if he fell. Instead of showing any understanding or basic courtesy, she was rude, argumentative, and actually told me I could leave. So my choices were either stay close to protect my toddler or leave the facility. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way, especially parents trying to watch over young children. If your own posted rules don't matter to your staff and safety concerns are met with hostility, then you have a serious management problem. We won't be coming back, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone.

I really wanted to love this place. I have 3 kids I wanted to enroll in gymnastics here, but after…read moregoing to open gym, I am going to look elsewhere. Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.

While I watched, the court turned into a chaotic free-for-all, with a staff member more focused on their phone than on keeping things safe. Another boy kept crossing the center line repeatedly, targeting my 10-year-old and throwing the ball at his face multiple times, yet no staff intervened. I eventually got up and walked back there, suspecting that the young staff wouldn't be monitoring the situation closely. Unfortunately, I was right. While you can see the dodgeball area, you have to physically walk away from the main floor to get a clear view, which means that if your child goes back there, you should follow them, as you can't trust the staff to do their job. After being targeted, my son eventually approached the other child, who then slapped him in the face. Many parents were unaware of any of this. When I reported the incident at the front desk, I was told the other child claimed that my son had hit him first. They showed video footage, but only a selectively edited clip that distorted the situation. The clip highlighted my son reaching toward the child while ignoring the context, like the other child repeatedly crossing the line and the clear slap to my son's face, which I witnessed firsthand. Despite having staff everywhere, if they are not enforcing the rules and management only presents half the video that supports their narrative, this is not a safe or trustworthy environment for children.

That's it as far as "decoration" we had to buy more decorations last min. The party host seemed more interested in being social with her co workers vs helping us. The kicker was the way we were treated at the end when the bill came, I was told on the phone that the bill will be adjusted for the amount of jumpers. I booked 20, 10 came. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful including the manager and while I'm waiting for the bill to be adjusted police were called by them to essentially do the customer service they couldn't do. Because they ended up adjusting my bill as i was told! It was embarrassing with my family and sons friends there and uncalled for. I will never visit again.

Honestly, how is this even legal? Do they have a maximum capacity, or is it just a free-for-all until the building bursts at the seams? We only came because of a birthday party, and trust me, I would never willingly choose this place. The disgust hit me the second I walked in. Two trash cans overflowing right at the entrance, garbage spilling onto the floor, and people smoking all over the front area...great first impression. Inside, two employees were attempting to check people in while a line snaked across the lobby. It was a weekend. Two staff members? Really? Efficiency is clearly not a priority. We were sent to the party room, and the moment I stepped in, my shoes stuck to the floor. Absolutely vile. My son had to put on grippy socks, and even then, there was no way I was letting his bare feet touch that surface. It made me wonder do they actually clean these rooms between parties, because this room felt like a health hazard. The whole place is dimly lit, packed with kids from toddlers to teenagers sprinting in every direction. I'd bet money they have daily collisions serious enough to require a medic. Yes, they have everything...trampolines, a ball pit (which I wouldn't dare let my son in - who knows what's living in there), obstacle courses, a zipline, race cars, vending machines, arcade games...you name it. And that's exactly the problem. It's sensory overload in a building that feels like it's held together by filth and grime. Staff whistles were blowing nonstop, adding to the already frantic atmosphere. I don't know what admission costs, and I didn't bother checking concession prices, but what I can tell you is that the place reeks of filth. You feel it the moment you walk in. I will never step foot in this petri dish again. GROSS!! If this kind of environment is your thing, more power to you. But for me? Never. Again. Never!
