The property is absolutely stunning, with well maintained grounds, ample parking, a spacious, air conditioned bridal suite with mirrored walls, clothes racks, and an ironing board. The suite even has its own bathroom. The venue has a decent sized dance floor along with enough room inside to seat close to 200 guests. The bathrooms were clean and had multiple stalls to accommodate the ladies. There is also a huge kitchen with a walk in frig that is available for use as part of your rental. We had approximately 250+ guests attend our event and there was plenty of space in the back lawn area for over flow seating. We used the outdoor patio area to set up 4 buffet lines of food. 2 lines for our catered meal, 1 line for kids meal, and 1 line for our cultural foods. The patio area also had ample room for us to place our photo booth there. The back grass and patio area looks spectacular at night with the market lights to add to the festive ambiance. The grounds were large enough to house an adult sized jumper that helped to keep our younger guests entertained. The grass area still had plenty of available space for a corn hole spot, our marquee letter signs and our taco guy we hired to end our night's festivities. Shannon is the property manager, and she is a true gem. She worked tirelessly with us to help obtain all our vendor COIs and was extremely kind to allow us to come the day before our party to drop off our drinks and many party supplies. Anything we needed, Shannon was there to help resolve. She is friendly and professional, with a sense of humor to boot. We received sooo many compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful the venue was. Of course, anyone who dealt with Shannon adored her and her down to earth vibe! We loved that we could bring our own food to the venue without being tied to a set list of food vendors. The bar area was also spacious and the bartender kept the libations flowing all night long. The Optimist Club has 3 belly tables with linens that came with rental of the venue. These worked out fabulously for our guests wanting to hang out by the bar and smoking area. Everyone at Factory of Dreams Hall starting with Jon and Christian are top notch people, very profesional and really care to make your event their priority. We booked the place 1 year ago and Jon was right up front about every single detail. As the date got closer and we got more involved both him and Christian were great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns with might have. When the day finally came it was spectacular. Every single person working there made an effort to make us and our guests feel like royalty. We attended a wedding this past weekend and it was a pretty easy drive to get there. The parking appears a bit tricky, but there are two entrances if you miss the first one haha. The second entrance is located right before the freeway entrance so it's conveniently located to nearby highways. The walkway from the parking lot leads you up some stairs and an incline slope that opens up to the green space where the ceremony was held. The grass is turf so if you wear heels, you shouldn't sink directly into it haha. The reception was held in a tented space with open air and the surrounding garden area had a few sections for guests to sprawl out. There was a water fountain, audio guestbook in a telephone booth, a photo booth van and some benches around the perimeter. The meal they served there was pretty good. Not sure if catering is directly tied to the venue, but we got the chicken and steak. Here are the descriptions of each: California Artisan Chicken Picatta Marinated chicken breast with lemon, herbs, caper beurre blanc. Chef's Harvest Roast USDA Choice Beef stuffed with roasted garlic , infused with Fresh Rosemary & Thyme, Rubbed with Whole Grain Mustard, and topped with a Mediterranean Style Olive Au Jus Sauce. Pretty solid option. The only thing I would caution is bring bug spray. Because the ceremony and reception was open air, I was eaten alive. Not sure if it's the humidity during that time, but I had multiple bug bites after I was here, lol. Other than that, the grounds are well maintained and space was intimate without feeling small.

We were looking for a venue that felt like an elevated backyard wedding, and this perfectly fit the bill. The flow of the event space from where the ceremony is held, to the cocktail hour, to the reception to the dance floor felt like everywhere had a specific place and purpose, but allowed for guests to still have places to talk outside of just sitting at the if they didn't want to be on the dance floor. It still felt like everyone was in the mix of the night, even if they were playing some provided games like corn hole, or sitting above the reception area and viewing everyone else from above. We got so many compliments of the space as well as the food! Personal Touch dining is included in the venue fee, which was such a relief because they had the best food options and amazing staff! I didn't have to worry about anything involving catering because everything was handled for us. Side note, we randomly got so many compliments about the garlic mashed potatoes and the mini churros in chocolate, LOL. We got so lucky with Ashely W. as our event coordinator throughout the process and the day of. My wedding was absolutely beautiful, the food was delish, and everyone had a great time. But the amount of stress we had to go through the DAY OF was unheard of. It is a beautifully situated venue that offers the opportunity to have a huge wedding at a reasonable price . They provide the food,tables and chairs , and linens . you will be responsible for decorations, cake, flowers, etc. (They do have a list of vendors) Just be aware that since it's on the grounds of a military base all of your guest must pass a background check which requires them to submit their real ID or passport. This may or may not eliminate some of your guest as they must be US citizens or in possession of a green card. It also provides the opportunity for a lot of misunderstanding at the front gate so tell everyone to come early and be prepared to be patient, just in case the list has not been given to the front gate and things have to be sorted out, has happened in our case. Setting those concerns aside, it really is a beautiful venue and the food was really good. A couple of the servers had bad attitudes, but the management is really accommodating so it kind of all comes out in the wash.If I had to do it again, I'd probably just pay the extra money (about double the price) and book an all inclusive venue to eliminate some of the headaches that we endured, as I did with my younger daughters wedding, but if you have a good wedding planner a lot of problems can be avoided .
