Dr. Diaz does amazing work on my fillings and truly gave me a nicer smile over the years. The dental hygienist, Pedro, is also fantastic with my cleanings and always makes me feel comfortable in that chair - it's no wonder why I always see children and families here together; it's a great environment. I started noticing one of my teeth needed treatment pretty badly and I went back to the one place I had a great experience SIX years ago! I was treated by a different female Indian dentist (I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) but WOW! She could recognize I was very nervous and did everything to help me feel safe. The light taps on my chin and co distant verbal reassurance and the quality of work she left me with. I had to have two root canals and after I came back for my permanent crowns, I was shocked with how naturally they fit in my mouth and she PERFECTLY color matched them to my teeth. I've NEVER left a dental office so pleased. I showed my mother in law and my husband and they would definitely like to switch over to this office if they're taking new patients.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Rojo immediately put me at ease, was very gentle, explained each step before he does it, and he told me he'd take time to do it slowly so as to avoid heat on the tooth. He took the time to do it properly and there was no need to do a root canal! Price might be a little higher but then if you have to choose quality, I'd highly recommend him. The staff is also very nice and the clean surroundings are definitely a plus.

I have always struggled with dentists who have talked down to me (I have a lot of fillings because I did not have the best hygiene as a kid), but Dr. Tuong-Oanh Nguyen's entire approach to her work has been so refreshing. She always makes me feel at ease, takes the time to explain treatment options, and is great at building rapport. I appreciate that she also lets me know when I am doing well because it helps motivate me to continue focusing on my dental health. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in to be escorted to my room. All of the staff is extremely kind and are always willing to answer questions. No greeting, no introduction, just immediately questioning why I had not seen a root canal specialist. Mind you, during my last visit I followed the notes and guidance I was given. I later found out I was misinformed about how that referral process works, which is fine because things happen, but the way she addressed it today was completely unprofessional. Her tone and mannerisms were rude, and she made me feel uncomfortable and honestly disrespected. I cannot have someone working on my mouth while giving off that kind of energy. At one point she was pulling on my cheek to force my mouth open more, and I have never had that issue with any other provider there. It was not just what she was doing, it was how she was doing it, and her gossiping! What made it worse is that she went to the front desk and spoke as if I had been properly informed about the specialist when I was not. As a patient, I should never be made to feel confused or at fault for miscommunication on the office's end. I have always had great experiences here, which is why this was so disappointing.
