I sent out requests for esimate for LED security light installation to mutiple electricians via Yelp this morning. Justin from AQE was the only one to immediately respond with both flat rate and available time slots in his first reply. I picked the earliest available time slot, which was 12pm-2pm today. I immediately got a confirmation via Yelp, and a heads-up text message at 11:18am, and a phone call at 11:58am. Justin arrived at 12:15pm or so with a mask on, and his tools neatly organized in his tool box. He was very respectful, and there was no up-selling and no BS. Not professional and poor technical knowledge. Hired Justin to look at the main panel for breakers, Justin charge me $200 for inspection, made a lot of assumption during inspection, couldn't find the problem, and provided a quote for the work he was going to do base on some assumption, so hired another Electrician company at no cost to find the root cause out and they found the A/C breaker was bad which Justin missed. Reach out back to Justin and inform Justin and asked him to provide a quote for the job as he already charged me $200 and the response was that he is busy for few months. save yourself time and money to look for another electrician. read more
