Highly recommend! Wonderful ambiance inside thought it's small but the food is spectacular. Just tried this place out a few weeks ago and have been back a few times since. I really like the Chickon Massaman, the mango steak was pretty good too, and so is The NY Times Beef Panang. I am addicted to trying something new each time I come. Check them out!

Am Thai Bistro is a hidden gem in Brooklyn. This spot serve authentic Thai food and amazing cocktails. Every dish we tried was incredible. The fish was huge ( didn't expect that lol ) , the Mango salad was super refreshing, and the Khao soi had so much flavor. The whole vibe of the restaurant is super cozy and pretty too with all the flowers. Huge shoutout to Chef Boonnum for making everything so delicious. Service was super friendly too. Definitely adding this to my go-to spots in Brooklyn.

Family favorite & always on the take-out roster. We take advantage of the buy-one-get-one get one to explore the menu and try new dishes. The delivery is usually within a decent time and we have had no problems. We've also done dine-in and have no complaints, the space is small and the staff is welcoming.

The food was delicious as was the Thai tea and strawberry mojito. The service was quick and staff were very polite. The ambiance was also very comfortable even though it was a small restaurant.

Started ordering here during Covid and now I seem to go and order here a lot, I love the food choices. My favorite dish is the Hawaii'n fried. Rice m, but I get it made with brown rice....yummy. Pad see yew is my second fav. Anyway nice and cozy restaurant to go for lunch or a dinner with your partner or friends. They're ver nice about the service so hit them up.

The food is good quality and the staff are always very courteous and helpful. The aesthetic of the restaurant is very well suited for a nice gathering whether it's for a date, a family dinner, or just to grab a few drinks and a bite to eat. Pricing varies. Definitely a nice and lovely restaurant in the area.

The food is so good it hits the soul like home cooking the service is the best they are very attentive and fast to please the low Lighting give a soft and cozy feeling where two can get close and share there foo the drinks lavender lychee are on point and the wine selection is very diverse love this place.

Service was good, food was okay! This isn't a bad review by any means. This restaurant just seems a bit expensive to me, with portion sizes that aren't very big and flavors that don't make up for the prices marking up. I feel very neutral about my meal, so I'm giving it an average rating. Come here if you got the money for it, I guess!

My to go order took less than 5 minutes from me ordering til the bag was placed in my hand. i should've known this food was trash. I ordered basil fried rice with shrimp. It was the absolute worst I ever had. This rice was soft and soggy like it was steamed. No way it was fried and instead of basil there was hunks of green pepper in it. If the egg was in it, it must've been invisible or masked as green pepper. I couldn't eat that mess. I wasted $18 and I'm was still hungry

I came here for my birthday last week and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was on point, thank Joy for being a great waitress and trying to get us drunk. The restaurant is quaint, cute and on the smaller side. Probably can fit about 20 people. We had an array of appetizers: Chicken Satay Chives Chicken and Shrimp Dumplings Shrimp Rolls Fresh Mango Salad Bistro Roti (not pictured) Jumbo Margarita and Lychee Martini The margarita was strong, strong. The lychee martini at first was mild but they spiked it for free and it was strong. The drinks were huge. The food was fresh and tasty. I loved the mango salad and the crunchiness of the cashews.

Our group of 4 started with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and a few appetizers to share, namely: Som tum papaya salad and dumplings curry. For the main entree, my eyes caught the attention of clay pot mix-fried rice with shrimp, chicken, sweet sausage, and my partner chose shrimp pad thai. Nothing really stood out with the dishes; I found it to be a bit Americanized, having eaten in so many Thai restaurants around New York City. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here; our food came in timely fashion, and the customer service is good as well, but it's probably not your place if you are seeking a more authentic Thai-style cooking.

PLEASE get the mango stick rice cocktail omg it was gone in like 5 sips because it was so good. The tuna ceviche was so refreshing and the sauce had a little kick to it which I absolutely loved! It was like a sprinkle of Thai on a classic tuna ceviche. Note the taro chips are a little thicker than a typical chip! The pork jowl wasn't as crispy as I expected but it was still flavorful and the portion size was huge, considering how it was an appetizer. We got pineapple lychee crispy duck, crab fried rice, and kana crispy pork over rice as our entree. ALL WERE SO GOOD! The curry for the pineapple lychee crispy duck was so creamy and flavorful, with the duck portion being huge and being the perfect texture. I loved that it was crispy and didn't get soggy fast in the curry. The crab fried rice was top tier as there were SO MANY HUGE CRAB PIECES!! You can definitely tell that it had flavors of seafood/crab.. they did not skimp out! And the kana crispy pork over rice was huge portion as well, but note that it was a big strong/saltier than the other dishes. For dessert, the pandan coconut pudding custard was SO yummy. It was warm and so flavorful and creamy!! I fell in love with Brooklyn even more after coming here. Highly recommend!!

My visit to Ugly Baby many years ago is somewhere in the deep recesses of my memory, and while I…read moreremember it being enjoyable and spicy, it wasn't enough for me to make return trips. I feel differently about Hungry Thirsty. At this point I've been to countless Thai restaurants, and for the most part they've all been fantastic. Compared to all those fantastic meals the flavors here still stand out and I'm excited to read that they're expanding with additional locations. They have a phenomenal and lengthy beer selection, which is fun because it complements the spicy fried dishes quite well. The fried branzino and shrimp and squid in salted duck yolk were very tasty with white rice but the dish that lit up my taste buds was the Kai Jeow Pu- colossal crab omelette. The egg was deep fried in an aromatic oil and filled with fresh, large pieces of crab and served with a phenomenal zesty sauce. The place is tiny and no frills, and our server chafed at my partner for pronouncing a beer on their menu incorrectly, which just added to the experience. I loved it here!

Unfortunately, I have to admit I was pretty disappointed. Most of the dishes, especially the sauces, they were extremely salty! - Beef Tartare "Dine-In Exclusive" -- I'd skip this one. The beef was very dry, and it came with taro chips and greens but no sauce to tie everything together. Definitely not what I expected from a tartare. - Enoki Bloom -- Crispy, perfectly fried enoki mushrooms that I actually enjoyed. The only downside was that it was also very salty. The creamy green sauce on the side helped balance it out. - Crying Tiger -- Another skip for me. The steak was dry, tough and chewy, and the meat itself was pretty bland. The sauce had plenty of flavor, but again, it was way too salty. - Pork Jowl -- Probably my favorite dish of the meal. It was perfectly grilled, tender and flavorful. I'd skip the sauce though since the pork was already delicious on its own. - Crab Curry -- Unfortunately, another very salty dish. I honestly don't know how it got this salty. I was expecting more of the spicy or slightly sweet flavors you normally get from a Thai curry, but the salt completely took over. Very disappointing!!! - Thai Iced Tea -- This was actually really good. Creamy, rich and not overly sweet. The menu changes seasonally, so unfortunately, some of the dishes I had seen online were no longer available when I went. I was really looking forward to trying Tong, especially since it's so close by, but overall the meal just didn't do it for me. I probably wouldn't come back or recommend it based on this experience.
