The menu here had a bunch of dishes I didn't recognize, which immediately made me excited. They even have a spice guide though the icons don't necessarily mean increasing spice levels. As I understood it, different symbols represent different types of heat. Three chili emojis and three meteor emojis may be equally spicy, but they hit differently. They recommended not to order the pad krapow nuer, and honestly, fair enough. Instead, we got the chicken khao soi, which was far better than versions I've had elsewhere - deeply flavorful, spicy, rich with umami. My partner was crying.
