I loved how inviting and friendly the people are and I felt like I had no worries of getting it fixed. If I had any questions they'd respond to my call super quick and explain in detail what is delaying and what they are doing to fix it. I also was surprised how clean my car was when I got it back! I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before. My car sat for over 24 hours before they even completed the estimate, and after dropping it off for repairs, I repeatedly had to call for updates. I was told multiple times that my car was simply waiting to be painted, despite it sitting there for nearly a week with no progress. When I expressed my concerns, the estimator Chris, essentially brushed them off, saying they had too many cars. My take on this is if you are over scheduled or just bad at scheduling do not take on additional work! Having my car and I'm sure many others just sit there for 5+ business days is unacceptable. My car took longer to get painted than it did for the actual repair! After escalating the situation through my insurance, the owner contacted me directly, apologized, expedited the repair, and waived my deductible. I genuinely appreciated his response and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience with the rest of the staff was very different. When I picked up my car, it had not been cleaned as promised, and there was visible dirt on the interior, residue on the inside of the door, and tar/black adhesive on a tire. The estimator, Chris, who had previously dismissed my concerns did not acknowledged me at pickup, did not ask if I had any questions or concerns, and did not even look at me while returning my car back. Not sure if this is because I'm a women or because I complained. I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else, even if your insurance recommends this shop. The owner clearly cared about making things right, but the overall communication, customer service, and handling of my repair were extremely disappointing.

A month passed and the insurance received nothing from Caliber, called caliber and spoke to the guy that inspected the car and asked him if he sent it to the insurance and he said that he guesses he didn't, I told him they expected that a month ago to what he proceeded to reply: I am not gonna be assisting you with committing fraud" to which I replied I only came back per the insurance's request and asked him to repeat what he said, he avoided it. Told him I wouldn't continue dealing with Caliber, hung up. This was back in March and we are not in May. I asked for a recommendation and he refused. Very displeased with this experience and will never return to this location, or likely Caliber in general, again.
