I would say, I don't think there was much to work with since my eyebrows were already shaped (unevenly), but the result turned out great! Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon to not even an enemy. I went to this salon only to get my eyebrows done. I had no intention of getting a haircut or hair color. However, during my eyebrows getting done the lady saw my hair and told me I need a hair cut too. I said yes and asked, "do you guys cut hair also?" She said, "Yes!" I trusted them to know what they were doing and it turned out to be a big mistake. I ask her if she can do layers. After she looks at my hair she told me my hair very thin and if she puts layers on it it will looks more thin. She said we can do one style on that it's called a "step hair cut" I said ok because I trusted her and told her, "do it make sure it looks good!" She said, "Yes it will look good!" After she cut my hair she left it wet. I paid and left salon When I got home and styled my hair, it was very obvious that the haircut was uneven and badly done. When I called the salon to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed and accused me of moving while sitting in the chair. This excuse is completely unacceptable. The next day I showed my hair to my regular hairstylist, who confirmed that the haircut was not done properly. Fixing it would require cutting at least two more inches of my hair, which I do not want to do. In addition to this, the payment process was not transparent. I was not informed ahead of time that there would be an extra $5 charge for card payments. This was only mentioned after my card had already been charged. Customers should be informed about additional fees in advance. I paid in full for threaded eyebrows, the haircut, color, and even left a tip. Yet, I left extremely unhappy with the service. The salon seems more focused on pushing extra services and charges rather than providing quality work and honest customer service. I will never return to this salon, even in an emergency. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. People shouldn't take on a task especially when they don't know how to do it! read more

I gave this place another try and actually liked the eyebrow threading. However, every time I visit, they always point out my acne or hyperpigmentation in an attempt to sell their facial services. I understand recommending treatments, but repeatedly listing all the 'issues' with my face is unnecessary and uncomfortable. During one visit, I even mentioned that I had recently gotten a facial, and the response was, 'Oh really? It doesn't look like it worked.' That was rude and uncalled for. Please be more considerate--people are already aware of their skin concerns. Additionally, during one visit, a staff member did my eyebrows right after a waxing service, and the whole time, I could smell sweaty armpits on her hands. Please wash your hands and use gloves after such services--basic hygiene is important. read more

It's hit or miss here - I appreciate that they do a combo deal for brows & upper lip, but pricing is still pretty high. One of the girls made my brows too thin, despite telling her I just wanted to get them cleaned. All the girls have to do my upper lip multiple times before getting it completely clean. Had a really bad experience with them recently. The person judged me and thought I was some dumb person they could fool easily. She started with my haircut (after telling her multiple times that what I wanted was final and didn't want to go with other ideas) She said she can't cut the hair as she needs to wash it without which haircut may not be accurate !!! Even after telling her that I washed it one day back. After pressing on my time limit and that I didn't want a hair wash which btw costs extra $$ , she finally started to cut the hair. Btw they do not have hair cut rates published like they do for other services. Also for facial this lady told me a rediculos rate of $150 when they have printed prices of about $50 She and her colleague started talking in Punjabi about me and how much they should charge me. While they thought I couldn't understand a bit they were saying but to their bad luck I could understand every bit of it. So ridiculous !!! This salon will try to extract $$ from you specially if they falsely judge you ! She cut the hair and refused to dry it after. Who will wet your hair and not blow dry it !!! Again all of this because they couldn't fool me with their tricks.. At the counter when she asked for much more than expected and when I told her that I could understand everything they talked, the owner was stunned and apologized to me for a bad client service and having no respect for customers. Every business will try to "sell" but there is a decent way to do that and these people need to learn client satisfaction and customer first mindset. Pls AVOID this salon if you aren't sure what you want or are non_Indians. Get some peace of mind back in return. They will try every bit to fool and extract $$ read more

I came here for an acne facial and to get my legs waxed before my trip to Cabo. I'm so happy I found this place! My usual wax place was booked and I needed to get my legs waxed before going on my trip and I was getting anxious because I've always gotten my legs waxed from the same person for the past couple of years... Aman was so nice and sweet even from the initial phone call booking the appointment and I felt comfortable through out the whole time even when I was there. On top of that she recommended the acne facial for me because I randomly break out and at the time I had a couple of break outs ... after she did the facial I have not broken out once so far! I'm honestly very shocked never thought i could last this long with out breaking out.
