I even told her that it hurt and asked her to be more gentle, but her response was rude and unprofessional. She said I should have made an appointment, even though I was previously told that appointments are not needed for eyebrow services. The overall attitude felt very mean and selfish, and I did not feel cared for as a customer. I am not satisfied with the service at all she should be ashamed of treating customers this way.

I was not expecting a "spa experience," but I did expect the wax room & equipment to be clean / sanitary. They did place a foam sheet on top of the bed that is not on the photo attached. I did go through with the wax, against my better judgment because I was off for vacation the next day. Overall service was fine, quick and to the point. But to be honest I was scared to even place my purse on the chair & lay like Donald Duck on the foam sheet. It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT go here for lash extensions Let me take you through…read moremy experience First, she was very unhygienic, she didn't change the sheet where the previous customer had been, nor did she wash her hands between clients Then she started applying the lashes... she was very rushed, and sloppy She answered calls during my appointment and then when the next client came in, she threw some more lashes on and Called it a day Spent only about 20 minutes on them I couldn't open my eyes at all, so she took some scissors and cut and ripped apart my bottom and top lashes and said it was normal SHE CUT THEM My eyes were watering so bad and my vision was blocked by these long, plastic, lashes The quality of the lashes were awful and not at all what I asked for They looked like lashes you'd buy at party city So I paid and left, and when I got home I spent TWO HOURS trying to get them off There were CLUMPS of glue all throughout my lashes I tried everything, lash glue remover, oils, eye drops etc So I called her and explained what was going on and asked for a refund or atleast a partial refund because this is not okay I also asked if I could back in and have her remove them and she said no just use eye drops?? And then she said she'd call the owner who lives in India When she called me back an hour later she said the owner said that was normal for the first day... the blurred vision and glue stabbing my eye was normal?? We've been working on getting them to match and grow-in for quite sometime. I don't let anyone else touch my brows but her because she knows what we've been working towards. Lip & chin I'm not as particular with who does those. But for brows grow-in and shaping, I get pretty particular & protective of. They're open 10-6pm all days and Closed on Sundays. Walk-in are welcome! if they're too busy to keep lobby area from over crowding, they will have you sign in with your cell phone number then call you when to come in from your vehicle. They are friendly, good at what they do and reasonably priced.

After the clunky appointment process, I got a text saying that the provider was with family and wouldn't be able to accommodate the appointment. I had called a number of estheticians and it's probable I made a mistake so to be safe, the next morning I replied to all the emails confirming the appointment and also tried calling to say it was my understanding the appointment was cancelled. No reply to my emails and the phone number didn't have a voicemail, but because you have to enter a CC to make an appointment, they charged me a no show fee even though I could document all of my attempts to clarify if I actually had an appointment or not.
