At first the woman was very nice, then she tried to talk me into just filing my nails a little and painting them. Once I said no her whole demeanor changed. She stopped speaking to me and began being very rough with my nails. She said she was going to soak them off but then proceeded to them off and everytime I pulled away she would just continue with being rough. By the end of it I just wanted out. My pinky nail hurts so bad along with my thumb nail due to the fact it was ripped and pulled too far down. One of my nails is bruised and I still have pieces of acrylic on my nails. The technician was kind, and I tried to stay calm and make the best of it, but the pedicure itself felt rushed. My feet weren't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, and there was a small cut that caused bleeding toward the end. On the positive side, my toes did come out really beautiful.
