When I came it was during construction so my massage was in a hotel room on the 7th floor, so I didn't get to see the actual rooms. The reason for only 4 stars is because you don't get to enjoy the amenities all day, you only get to come an hour before and stay an hour after. With the price you pay and all other spas I have been to you get to stay All day. The service was also very slow at the pool so we couldn't even order a snack because it took too long. Also, the restrooms don't have body wash, which was surprising. Lastly, the pool is NOT heated and was cold when we went. I do think it should be heated as it would be more enjoyable. I did love that we got 2 complimentary drinks. Either champagne, rose, or a mimosa. I got the mimosa which was good. The locker room itself is small. I enjoyed the snacks they provided. We got a couples massage and it was probably one of the best massages we've both had. The women's locker room was nice and the amenities were clean and worth it.

The ambiance and relaxing vibe this place has is great. It feels like an oasis even if you go on your lunch hour. Relaxing music, dark lit rooms, and great aromatherapy. Thankfully this place had an available appointment within 24 hours which was awesome as I could barely move my neck. My lady was great at focusing on the neck area and I felt so much better afterwards. Was super relaxing and a great first massage experience for sure. Lastly, it's less sanitary now as they have robes instead of the top/bottom "uniform" and allow others in their street clothes and sandals in the saunas.

She's 41, this is her first baby. It will probably be her ONLY baby. The women's body is crazy like that. Happy I'm able to decide what I want to do with my body. Tangent. I booked 2 massages. A maternity one and a regular Swedish massage. My friend goes in right before the appointment time. Perfect! My turn is coming right? Someone calls my name. Oops. She meant Catherine. Not Caroline. Idk that mistake happens often. I know because I have a sister whose name is Catherine. So I sit down. 20 minutes after my appointment time, the manager comes in and tells me the therapist didn't show up and they're fully committed today. (No wonder they confirmed the appointment a million times) she basically said "you ain't getting your massage today" but, nicer, wayyy nicer lol Am I annoyed? 100% Am I irritated? Totally I text my husband who is the rational one in the relationship and he said "give them some grace, it's not their fault someone didn't show up to work." He is right.
