Katy kept changing the interview time, saying she had scheduling conflicts. When the interview finally happened, she showed up late with no apology. During the interview, Katy was rude and unprofessional, and even made racially insensitive comments that were totally out of line. She also said that she's a "very strict boss" and claimed that one call-out would result in an automatic suspension and termination -- something that felt harsh, inflexible, and frankly, inappropriate to say during an interview. No one should be treated this way when applying for a job. Jersey Mike's needs to seriously look into who they have running this location. I walked away feeling disrespected and disappointed.
