Amayas blew my expectations out of the water! I was looking for a crew to come in & do a quick Move Out clean up for a house we've been renting for 10+ years that was already in shabby condition when we moved in. Maria was very quick to respond on Yelp - provided me with an estimate for the full job (not an hourly one which I really preferred as that leaves a lot of room for interpretation) and arrived to the address early the day of with her team. The team did such an amazing job that we had a hard time believing it was the same kitchen/bathroom at first. Almost broke the lease at the new place after seeing what they did with the bathtub.. But in all seriousness - the ladies got to places I've never even considered cleaning (top of garage door, behind the ancient fridge, walls of the kitchen, etc). I expected the place to look a little better & sterile but it was SPOTLESS after the team was done. Could not recommend them more - 13/10 will work with Amayas again! Response times were very fast and they were able to coordinate our cleaning quickly. This was a full move-out deep clean and they did an amazing job. It was cleaner after they left than when we'd moved in three years previously. Even though it was a long job, no corners were cut. We had carpets cleaned in addition to general cleaning and it was well worth it. They sent many photos of the end process (I wasn't able to meet them on site) and documented it thoroughly for me. Maria and her team did an amazing job cleaning away 1.5 years of cat hair from our house! They spent about 2.5 hours doing a full cleaning of the house, and even though we had quite a few things left on the counters and desks, they cleaned underneath everything and tidied up the place for us. I'm sad to have to change my review. I was very happy with their service in the beginning. The last couple of times have been a hit or a miss. I've been having them come out once a month as my home is generally organized. They came out recently and I was very disappointed. They do ask to check and make sure everything is clean. I think that should be more of a spot check than have to ask them to clean something for the first time. I checked the kitchen and it had not been cleaned as I swiped with my hand and you could see the dust. I lifted the toilets and they had not been cleaned; feces was still left on the edges under the lid. I feel that people should work with integrity. "Checks" should be to identify missed spots. Not "catch" someone for not doing the job you're getting paid to do. read more

Overall a superb job from these ladies. They were very kind, helped clean and organize the spaces which the quality was excellent. The customer service was all around responsive and I just appreciated the consistent communication. I even thought it was so sweet that they only needed to clean the kitchen and bathroom, but mopped up the living room as they walked out the front door. Quality - sadly I need to change from a 5 star to a 2 star. The crew are not careful cleaners, and do not follow instructions; they damaged my persian rugs' fringe, shredded and cut and wood floors gouged by their vacuum cleaner. Had the weekly service. read more

On March 13th, I was extremely pleased with Maria and her hard working crew of two women (whose names I've forgotten, unfortunately) who did a deep cleaning at a family home that had been neglected for quite awhile. They arrived on time, well-armed with their cleaning supplies and went right to work after a quick walk through with me. I'm very grateful that they made it look well-loved again...clean and shiny kitchen and bathrooms, floors spotless, baseboards white again, fans and blinds dust free, and inside windows washed.
