I told Juan and Mel that I had a brand new floor, please do not scratch it, two times. They dragged an oven across the floor to damage the house and set my deadline to rent it back. The worst case scenario. Before that, Mel had a mask on, he had just gotten there and wouldn't talk to me without it. I told him to take it off, he did then explained he needed it for the chemicals as he pointed at unopened chemicals. After I noticed the scratches, which were obvious, Mel acted like nothing had happened and demanded of me to show him what was wrong. I told them 8 times to get out, they stood dumbfounded and a little amused that they had gotten me upset. They have agreed to pay for it. Upon following up about the warranty I had the pleasure of speaking with owner Elissa Casper who is a very rude nasty lady. Extremely unprofessional and even hung up on me! I was given the surprise of a "1 year warranty for tenants" policy. This was neither expressed verbally or in writing. How convenient. Furthermore Elissa claimed, and I quote, "The soap dish cannot be utilized with soap on it after reglazing, because the soap will adhere to the dish and trap water under it causing cracks". Scary. The above quote speaks for itself, their methods and materials are cheap and if you so dare to choose these people, don't even expect a semi - good quality seal. They'll instantly try to fault any peeling on your behalf. Wish I would've researched these people before wasting my dollar. Never again. read more

The person working was on time, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He answered all of our questions in regards to cleaning the bathtub after the treatment had been completed. It has taken me a Month to Post this Review as I wanted to First have the Repairs Done the Disaster Caused by Jim's Horrible and shoddy Workmanship, and to be able to write this Review after consulting with several Professionals in this Field. I contracted with Elissa Casper to have my Bath Tub Reglazed per a friend who had seen the Company listed locally. My Email Inquiry was Quickly returned, and she called and set up appointment for the following week. I went out of my way to accommodate Jim as he is hard of hearing, gave Him use of my driveway etc. After the Job, I Followed all instructions regarding drying Time, tape removal, etc, but to my dismay, some of the Glaze lifted! I emailed Elissa the Very next Morning- No Response. I called, NO Response. 36 hours later I received an Email stating I had signed off on the job, so it was now MY responsibility to caulk the edges- and she said it should be done anyhow- I was in Shock to put it Mildly. The glaze had lifted not even close to The Caulk edge as you can see in the Pictures below. I tried to email and Call Three more times over the next 3 days, and never heard another word. The Other Companies I contacted were Angry at the Irresponsibility and Poor Representation of their Profession, saying this Absolutely should Never have occurred. Just alone saying I am supposed to do the Caulking, exposes them as a SCAM. One of the Companies I spoke with I sent a Repair Kit, and my friend did his best, finding even another blemish he needed to repair. Showing the Pictures to the Other Two Companies, I was told the job is of very Poor Quality, and probably won't last but a couple of years at the most, that the glaze is Very Thin. Very Bad Job. Do you not have these people do your work. They will not stand behind their own mistakes. I had my tub done they do not put the caulking back on when they're done and if you try to put your own caulking on and you use painters tape it removes their glaze and they blame you. Rude. Horrible. Tried to charge me more money for their mistake. Do not go with them you will be regretful. You get what you pay for and they do not stand behind their 2 year warranty! The company claims that it was due to cleaning products and that the beginning conditions of the tub and the conditions it was sprayed under were cause for concern. So why then did the individual that came out to do the work not mention the "concerns" before applying the glaze. Lesson learned, don't ever use Amazing Tub Glazing and get it in writing if a warranty exists. Two months and no warranty. Our tub looks Amazing and brand new! We had been living with an old reglazed tub where there was peeling around the drain and had a couple chips in it. James who came to do the job was on time, explained how it would work, cleaned up after he was done and explained how to remove the paper and tape afterwards. Our tub looks brand new! First off, if I could give this business 6 stars, I would. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone I dealt with. Everything was explained on the phone and I immediately was emailed a detailed quote. I was resurfacing/reglazing a tub/shower kit. And, all the fixtures needed replacing, as well as repairs to the faucet and control unit in the wall. They were on time for the appointment, and James the member that came out explained everything he would do. The finished product was amazing...hence the name I imagine. They were one of the lowest bids I got and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. Additionally, when I was about to pay he lowered the bid price by $20 because one of the repairs he did went "easier than expected". Who is that honest these days. It's not the money, it's just an example of how they treat customers. I chose this location based on yelp reviews, my experience was nothing like the reviews. First I set a appointment for a certain day and they came the following day. That's one! second they come late and increase the price which I was ok with then the guy is on his phone texting. Then he leaves my home unlocked when I was on my way there to get cash out to pay them. I get home no one is there I called the company to find out where the guy left to and after the fact they mention the job wasn't done correctly there was paint drips around the tub and they said they had to reschedule to redo it. . I specifically mentioned I needed this done by a certain time. I called the company and the manager or owner was rude "they couldn't do anything about it" that sometimes happens.I work for a great company that takes pride in our customer experience. We had our tub reglazed. We had amazing bathtub reglazing do the job. When it was done we waited the 24 hours. Within 2 days we had sand bubbles popping the finish. We called and they came and redid the glaze. In 5 months we have blistering on the finish. We called again and they said it was due to chemicals we used and the warranty does not cover that.
