This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. They've been so good, in fact, that I scoured the web and found the company online so I can order from them again in the future (it's Anderson House Frontier Soups - they use minimal all natural ingredients and have a wide variety of flavors - fantastic soups!). I also snagged a dip mix and they had locally made honeys, jams, candies, and even fresh gourmet coffee beans and an antique grinder. And if you love to decorate with any rooster or chicken themed items, Shabbyology is your jam! I did a full walk around, trying not to breathe in too much dust, but it is hard to feel comfortable shopping when it is uncomfortable to breathe. I was looking for a couch and saw a few. Even though the place was dusty to breathe, the furniture looked clean. Some of the pieces were pretty. There isn't a very large selection, but it was good to see what they offered. The one man who was working there seemed caught off guard by having a customer inside. He followed and hovered the full walk around, asking awkward questions.
