I hired Amazing Landscape to do a winter Cleanup, mow, edge , blow and prune. I was horrified to see the quality of work this company did. I immediately called and sent them photos of what my yard looked like after their crew left. The edge lines were not straight, the grass and moss that grew over the sidewalk and patio was left untouched after the edging, my pavers were not edged and they blew the leave but blew them into my flower bed and left them. I couldn't believe my eyes. Amazing Landscape did offer to come back to fix the problem but I decided not to accept due to the workmanship the first time. I have a high maintenance yard and to pay the amount they were charging I was expecting professional work. read more

They lived up to their name! Fantastic job with one day notice! My yard was very overgrown because of all the rain and I needed help fast before guests came. They took my call and were able to schedule a next day service! The team was SO FAST and weeded, trimmed bushes, mowed and edged and did a terrific job. They were gone in a flash. Pretty shady business practice. I had a flyer on my door..37.97 per visit for mow/edge/blow and 74.97 for fertilization and weed control. I called excited, and asked if I could do 2 visits a month. They require weekly visits. Require. I've had lawns for 20 years, and I know that in the midst of summer a weekly maintenance can keep it looking good (this is in Wa) but outside of that, it should be 'as needed'. They told me that 'most people keep us on because we focus on the keepup of the property'. Uh..for $160 a month there's many less expensive alternatives, and I don't think weekly is needed there either. If they had been up front with the quote or allowed for a flexible schedule like the other two companies I've used int he past (which are sadly up north) then I wouldn't have dinged them. To quote me with no flexability...that warrants a warning here for others. The other reviews also seem that had I gone with the fee, the quality isn't up to snuff. read more

The only good thing I can say about this company is that they showed up. I received a flyer on my front door and figured I would give them a try. Well I wasted my money on this one. I signed up for fertilizer and weed control, six months later my grass does not look any better, I still have weeds throughout my lawn. They come and spray their formula on the lawn but whatever it is, does not work. My lawn looked better after I applied fertilizer myself. I called twice to complain, I was told a manager would call me back, I have yet to receive that call. I finally canceled service with them, three weeks later a guy is in my backyard applying their spray, he didn't speak English so it was tough telling him to stop his work and that I canceled service . To top it off, they tried to charge my card on file for this. I do not recommend their services. read more

Had a crew of 3 come out for our first service and we weren't impressed. They left a lot of our trim looking like the images I've attached along with piles of grass in the yard. We called them back to have them finish our backyard since they didn't mow a large portion of it and they said it was "overgrown" and the crew had reached their time limit. Then they said the crew wasn't aware it was part of our yard...so not sure which one it was? We won't move forward with them as our landscapers. read more

I'll start with the positive. They called me and got me scheduled with in 24 hours and were out the same week to do the work. I only wanted my back yard mowed and trimmed. We had been gone out of town for 2 months so the over growth was out of control. I was quoted 349 for a half day of work. The day they came out there was no time frame they given for when they would be there. When they arrived, they just went straight to my backyard without knocking on my door to let me know they were there. I went to the backyard to discuss what was needed. The worker just looked at me and handed me a phone. I spoke to a man on the phone and he said mow and trim the entire backyard I said yes and I was told that the end of my yard slope was included in the price he said OK. They worked for one and a half hours then left. When I went to check the work, they left a large portion of my backyard, not trimmed. I emailed the company and they had to send them back out. They worked for another 30 minutes then left again when I checked on the yard for the second time there was still a huge section not completed. Today I was sent the invoice for the work and they charged me an additional $50 then what was quoted. I do not recommend this company based on the fact that they did not complete the work both times and I was overcharged. I got charged for a half days worth of work when they only took them two hours. read more

This company was supposed to provide complete lawn mowing and trimming. Turns out, they charged me for the service when my security camera caught one of their employees using a TRIMMER on my lawn, and it wasn't mowed at all!!!! THEY BROKE MY GATE by pushing it the wrong direction. It has now fallen off the side of the house so we have to take care of it ourselves because I don't trust this company to be competent and honest about their work. DO NOT USE AMAZING LANDSCAPING. They are dishonest and they may charge you for a lawn mow and just not do it. Get your security cameras on if you don't want to get ripped off. read more

Amazing... started out good. We had them since 2019. We just had them mow, edge, weed wack were need be and blow the hard scape. This year was the worst. For 5 weeks in a row, I was emailing them and calling them (Nobody answersthe phone), that things weren't going to plan. We have a dog, all gates to be closed when done. They left 2 of the walk through gates open. 1st time they apologized and said "I will talk to the crew, it will never happen again!" That happened 3 more times, in a row. Something wasn't getting to the crew. Same response each time. We even put signs on the gate as a reminder. They weed wacked so close to the ground where they scalped the lawn in every border and edge. They ran the mower so full and didn't empty the wet grass the clumps of grass would leave trails all over the lawn. They started spraying, God knows what, around my rockery, where I HAD poppies growing. They killed them. They didn't have permission to spray anything. I have a different company take care of that for me. With my knowledge. Weed wacked the tops of my hostas when they were coming up. I have rocks around them. They became so irresponsible and nothing I said got passed the person I talked to on the phone.(when they answered) I even asked for the owner, Kyle, to call me. I never received that phone call. I had to drive to the physical address to talk to the owner about how dissatisfied I was. He wasn't there, never received a phone call from him. Amber called me and we discussed what was happening over the 5 weeks and I asked to be refunded my 5 weeks. She agreed and said she understood and she even calculated what would be refunded. I never saw it! She took off that days mow. Just beware people. read more

They failed to show up the first time we scheduled them. They failed to show up the second time we scheduled them. We contacted them to fire them and asked to speak to their manager. They said he was not in and then left a message. We never got a callback. They showed up the next day unmasked. Mowed the lawn did a quick edge but didn't blow as per our contract. We therefore fired them for a second time. They tried to blame the lack of service on a lawnmower breaking down. I made it very clear that operational issues on their side should not impact the customer commitments on our side. The only reason I'm giving them any stars is because they did finally show up and mow the lawn after a couple of calls. Would not recommend for lack of reliability, lack of responsiveness, and quality of service. read more

He and I discussed what was done and what needed to be done to make the work acceptable. We could not get service off the ground with this business. I called twice and both times the theme of the call seemed to be what works for them. They do not come out and meet with you, but instead estimate your services off of satellite pictures. When I asked if someone would come out to talk to us about services and look at the property, I was told that no one does that. When I told her that we have met several landscapers that way, I was told only "Gypsy" landscapers do that. Unbelievable! They do not use contracts, but neither will they do a one-time service. I was informed about how they needed more visits to make a profit and other information about how they work and what works for them instead of what might work for us. Her rudeness escalated until she determined that "we are not the right business for you". She got that right! read more
