I have sensitive skin and have had reactions in the past at previous salons with eyelash extensions, but the staff at Amazing Lash studio have been so awesome to help me enjoy the full benefits of eyelash extensions. I loved going to this place I was a member for about a year and loved everything about it but I will have to say that sometimes my eyelashes wouldn't look as full like other times . I left because I did get pregnant and didn't have time to lay on my back for 2 hours so I decided to cancel and they really weren't so nice after that I told them I wanted to cancel and I filled a paperwork and they still charged me my refill $60 and I never got a refill and I told them to refund my money and they said sorry we can't but " if you do decide to get a refill you can come back " so I decided to call to make an appointment to at least use the $60 they took from me but they told me " it will be $180 because I wasn't a member anymore. After that I said fuck this place . People be aware of them stealing your money . read more

....Absolutely awful. Before I get hate for saying that, this has been my experiences with them: During a service, a lash stylist failed to let me know that during a fill that it ended up being a full set and I would have to pay more for the full set. So I ended up not really having the money to pay for the remaining set ($40 or so) because I wasn't warned and I was put on the spot to pay. The same person during the next appointment ( my stylist) told me there was a deal on their products, which was misleading. That was disappointing and not a huge deal, but almost every appointment I've been called back late from anywhere from 15-30 minutes past my scheduled time. Today, they told me my appointment was at 7:10p.m and to be there then, I was here at 7, and in a very unfriendly way the front desk girl informed me my appointment was at 7:30 and that she doesn't know who told me that. [It was at that time] Not to mention the eyelashes don't last. Even using their products, taking care of them the instructed way, I have never had eyelash extensions last so little amount of time. By 3 weeks, I am lucky if I don't need what is considered their "full set ". I'm overall frustrated with my service and this place, the inside is nice, but the services fall short. I've also had a lot of issues with the eyelash style not being consistent. As of 7:55 I was still waiting for my appointment. I've just had bad experiences and I've tried giving them chances. I just am so unhappy with the membership and I wish I would have known what I was signing up for. read more

Wish I could post negative stars! Seriously, save your money, your eyelashes and your time! I wish I would have taken the advice of soooo many! Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I gave them a shot (natural, single lashes). Less than 24 hours later, several clumps of lashes had fallen out. They were very good about having me come back in immediately and upgraded to 3D and 6D lashes at no charge. Since they seemed to make it right, I signed up for the monthly membership (mistake). 12 days later I went in for a "fill." I was told too many lashes had fallen out, so I'd need a full set (more expensive). I bought the eyelash wash, as they suggested, in the hopes of helping the lashes stay in longer. I went back for my fill 10 days later. Finally was able to just get a fill. Was so excited that maybe everything was finally going to work out. Sadly, 3 days later, while I was on vacation, 99% of the lashes and my own natural lashes fell out! Imagine going from good natural lashes, to amazing extensions, to pretty much NO lashes at all. That's what happened to me! After all that, I didn't ask for my money back, I just simply asked that they cancel my membership and not charge me anymore since obviously their products were not going to work for me. I emailed them twice and spoke with a representative from the shop in Elk Grove. The company did not honor my request to NOT charge me further and instead deducted the $70+ in the monthly fee. What a complete and utter waste. If you must splurge on extensions, go anywhere but this place! I'm going back to Milan Lash Lounge, which is more expensive but the quality far exceeds this place. read more

I just moved here from Irvine and I got my lashes done down there through a different company, they were just a classic set. I asked for a classic set at Amazing Lash studio and they aren't nearly as full as the set I would get down south. I paid almost triple the price for WAY less lashes. I got my lashes done here in july, first time was good but noticed a lot of the lashes fell out the next day, i had them done thursday, sunday i tried to cancel membership but Danielle the manager said its too late, i also noted that some of the lashes are outside the lid, i went back in 2 weeks for refill and because it was too late to cancel the membership, i went ahead and got one. At 3 weeks, all the lashes fell out so on the 4th week, i have to get new set today, the procedure was weird because i woke up in a lot of achy pain in my eyes, my left eye feels like have a razor blade. I no longer want this membership and will be calling to try to cancel. The place is nice and the girls are nice but gosh, eyelash extension is supposed to be painless. read more

I started getting my lashes done here 4 months ago for a one time event and I've been coming back ever since. What can I say, but simply Amazing! I love the staff at this location, from the stylists to the front desk ladies to the manager/owner, Danielle. Alisa is my current master stylist and she is friendly, skilled, professional and quick. I get so many compliments on how natural and beautiful my lashes look after a session with her. My refills are every two weeks and my lashes look great in between appointments. Master stylists, Maggie, Megan and Tierra Rock too! The welcome committee at the front desk makes all of the difference. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They make it happen. Came here twice. The first time my lashes turned out great, no issues! However, my first fill appointment was traumatizing. I believe the girl who did them applied the lashes too close to my eye because an hour after getting home my eyes started swelling and itching. When I called to complain they said it was a reaction even though I had never reacted badly before. When I went in to have them removed (the glue was so strong and close to my eye I couldn't remove it on my own) they made me wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time with swollen, watering eyes! They then used my removal as a training experience for a new girl as I sat there sobbing. Finally, they charged me a ridiculous amount for the removal of my poorly done eyelashes. Scarred me from the whole lash extension thing forever. read more

I've been going to amazing lash in general now for a few years. This Elk Grove location for probably close to about a year. I just want to say that the customer service is great here. Everyone at the front desk is very personable, they remember you, they're nice and very accommodating. I've never had a bad experience here in comparison to other studios. The lash stylists are also amazing. Alyssa is literally great and so is Tiara. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their lashes done. I've also referred a few friends here and they have said as well how great the service is from the front desk as well as the stylists. I've honestly never left unhappy. I've been going here for several months and I'm on contract. Once you're hooked they charge for the thicker looking lashes $20 more each visit so total of $80 when you signed a contract for $60 every two weeks...but that's just a refill of one lash on one lash. hmmm...then today I'm told that the technician that I've been seeing is now considered a master technician and if I want to keep seeing her I'll have to pay upfront an extra $10. So lets see, that wonderful deal of $119 for twice a month is no longer so wonderful. I finally accepted the fact they wanted $20 each time for the thicker lashes, whichi is ridiculous but now another $10 on top of that? And let's not forget the tip... Whatever happened to "keep your health plan keep your doctor." Now they're saying I have to schedule with another technician if I don't agree to pay the extra $10...REALLY??!! Rip off... read more
