Don't waste your money! The only good lash tech they had was Daisy, and she is no longer at the studio. This studio is incredibly unprofessional. I had an appointment with Daisy because she was a master stylist, and did my lashes perfectly. On the day of my appointment I come in only to be placed with a new lash tech that did a terrible job. Amazing lash studio never contacted me prior to notify me of the change, or even to ask if I was ok with it!! I decided to give them another shot, and booked with Tameka, who is another master stylist. She was TERRIBlE!! She yanked a bunch of lashes out, and placed barely any to replace them. I had more lashes when i arrived than I did after my refill. I will be going to another studio moving forward. Waste of my time and money. read more

If zero stars were an option. The really tried to make this location work because it so close to home. Results vary way too much. They use your credit card at their own whim. Only enforce policies when it benefits them because they are never on time. It's one tech there that rushes every time, always eating and behind then huffs and puffs like she's irritated when servicing you. Just save your disappointment and go somewhere else. read more

I'm so glad that I read the other reviews and did not waste my time going to this joke of a lash studio. They ask you to call them back on a specific number and when you do they keep hanging up. Don't ask me to call you on a certain number if you are going to play around like a child. This is so unprofessional and ignorant of them. I have better things to do with my time; don't think for a minute I'm going to waste my time trying to get you on the phone when I have several lash studios to choose from that are professional and don't play games. I loved my lashes! The staff here was soo attentive and well trained. My master stylist expertly applied my lashes. They offer a 72 hour adjustment if you decide after leaving that something isn't quite to your liking. I will definitely be back! read more

I had an appointment and my stylist was 20 minutes late, I understand life happens, so I was understanding. I had a work meeting that ran late and I was running late. I phoned and the receptionist abruptly told me I would be charged 40 dollars. I'm all for fairness, I was late, but why is it not reciprocal? I won't ever visit this location even though it's the closest. I rather go out of my way. read more

Buyer beware! They sold my teenage minor a ton of products and are refusing to cancel her membership that she or they did not have permission to start. My lashes fell completely out on one eye a few days after getting them. They are completely unprofessional, dishonest and customer unfriendly. Refusing to cancel a membership because they need paper approval from a manager!!! THIS IS A SCAM. I will be going there with the POLICE since they are refusing to cancel services that were NEVER received. They told my daughter that they would call to schedule an appointment and they never did. She has not received a service and they are not canceling an ILLEGAL MEMBERSHIP. read more

I didn't have a good experience at this location. One of the lash tech plucked my eyelashes out during several sessions. This tech has been known to do this painful practice and was verified via another employee that she was told about a few clients that they experienced the same treatment and she didn't know why she would do that because they are trained to professionally removed loose lashes. She also stated that the lashes should never be plucked because that affects the lashes health. After my last appointment with this tech, I used professional lash remover to remove my lashes. I noticed that my lashes were horrible and had areas that were completely patchy and bald. They looked mutilated. Worse experience ever! Oh, I know this establishment is aware of the tech that is pulling out lashes as there is another review that states the same thing. My question is why hasn't anything been done. This is truly appalling. What a waste of time and money. read more

started off ok but charged ($139/mo) 3/times (they re used initial CC w/o permission and when I inquired they stated it was a part of the treatment paperwork signed which is deceptive), despite asking that card be removed it was used again. only had 2/ services...2/nd service pushed back 2/hrs and third service pushed back to another day entirely...because I received no reminder of the new date I was late (15/min) and they charged me $85 and refused to allow me to come in late despite pushing me back for some one else previously. it appears that there is no specific rhyme/reason as to how they operate on any given day and despite requesting to speak with the owner/manager, that has never happened. pursuing remedy via my cc company... NOT worth the effort! read more
