There were a lot of things that went well with this visit. I'm one of those ladies who dreads spending hours at the nail salon. I'm new to the area and work within walking distance. As a result, I decided to try out this nail salon because, if I'm being honest, I wanted to kill some time before getting into that horrific 5 o'clock traffic. I'm soooo glad I did. I was able to walk-in, be seated, get my nails and pedicure done at the same time all while relaxing. Everything felt so relaxing and the nail techs did an awesome job. The massage was everything! Apparently they didn't have enough for all her nails so the technician decided to cut larger flowers stickers instead of informing us and asking what my neice preferred. Afterwards the nail tech said "yeah it looks goofy." My neice says that she doesn't like it but didn't want to ask her re-do it and be "that girl" and the nail tech says "yeah don't be that girl." I went here today for the first time. I asked for a Gel Manicure. It said on the menu it was $39. I got a gel manicure. She did put one coat of something extra on, but I assumed it was because the color I chose was sparkly. When I asked her about it she was unable to answer me in English so I let it go. When I checked out she said the bill was $60. I said, "I got a gel manicure. It says here it's $39." She said my nails were very weak and she had to put an extra coat on it. Service for gel polish only. The lady talked smack just about the whole time she was doing my nails. Told her I wanted more coats to cover blemish on my natural nail. She told me 1. No one is going to be that close to my nails to see it. 2. If I didn't wanna see blemish on my nail, get black the next time. I would've said they're decently priced, but they overcharged me. When I went to pay, service was $20 but after speaking in they're language I was charged $25 for polish only. When I mentioned it, the guy literally blamed it on inflation. Thievery. It's funny how I stumbled upon this place. I had some unexpected free time and I had been putting off getting my pedicure. A nail salon I usually go to was closed on Mondays and I didn't feel like driving to my other two mail spas I also like which are further out. I did a search for jelly pedicure and learned about this nail salon. Love the location, the salon was comfort (didn't give me luxury vibes but definitely not basic if that makes sense). Jelly pedicure is $65 and I was a walk in/impromptu appointment. I called ahead to find out if I could come in and I was told yes. A lady called me back and said someone else walked in so I would have to wait 15-20 minutes which I agreed but I told her this time to confirm me as an appointment and make sure my tech is good. I'm always fearful of walking into a nail salon without doing my research on techs etc but I was fortunate that I got paired with an amazing tech named Hang. I liked her style. She was very nice and always asked if the temperature of the water was OK, if the temperature of the towels weren't too hot and if the massage was OK. I liked her. Will definitely book with her in the future. I also like how she reserved the jelly pedicure part towards the end. Usually when I get a jelly pedicure they do the jelly as you soak your feet in the beginning. She did it after the hot towels and heel scraping. So it was really nice to have the warm jelly waiting afterwards. The only thing this salon lacks is luxury vibes and they don't offer you a drink but I received a quality pedicure service and massage. It's not super loud. While I prefer classical music or soft music. I believe they played top 40/contemporary. read more

So I really wanted clear nails.... I selected full set when I walked in. It was going great until she asked if I wanted any colors. I said pink... Long story short my first nail technician gave me another nail technician because she suggested I go "Ombre" ... so the new guy gets to drilling the clear nails that the first technician put on. I could tell he either did not want to do my nails or did not have time... Idk. Either way after explaining to him that I wanted CLEAR. He used transparent acrylic. Then only gave the white tipped ombré nails attention when shaping them.... it looks like someone threw up on my hands. The clear nails are are so sad. They look dirty not like glass. I've already decided I'm putting glitter on top when I get home. I paid $60 plus $10 tip... because I'm sure they assumed I wasn't going to tip from the beginning. It's not my first day being me. However it is my first time gettin clear and the experience was horrible... COMMUNICATION WAS TRASH. The worst part is I work for Tiktok and I make art. So all 100k of my followers would look and the video sideways if I left them this way. I'm upset. But there's was nothing I could do. It is very clear they do not honor appointments as I arrived on time and no one was interested in the fact that I had an appointment. I would recommend calling ahead and asking about wait times/an appointment because the location is in a popular shopping center in Buckhead. if you're expecting to walk in on a busy Saturday or Sunday and for a technician to be with you immediately after you've been seated at a manicure/pedicure station, you might need to shift your expectations, especially if it's a prom/graduation weekend! I decided to check these guys out today, (as my old salon of 10+ years pissed me off when I tried to book an appointment) and I was pleasantly surprised. They've got a good website that was easy to book an appointment, and I was able to book my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment time, which was a perk since this was a last-minute booking. As a tip, the parking lot is shared with a bunch of other surrounding businesses, so parking can get tight right around lunchtime. The salon has been recently renovated. It has a clean, modern, luxurious appearance. They've got a great selection of polish colors, and the staff was attentive. They seem to have a loyalty program, where you input your phone number to track your visits on a tablet at the front desk - I suppose I'll learn more about this with future visits. The service I came in for was a gel manicure. While my previous gel polish was being soaked off, the technician offered me a bottle of water, and gave me a shoulder and scalp massage - it was a nice one, and a decent length of a massage. She then removed the old polish, tended to my cuticles, and applied the new polish. After the polish curing was complete, there was a short hand and forearm massage, applying lotion & oil. Now, I was here at lunchtime, and during my service, right at noon, a gentleman came around to each customer in the salon and offered a complimentary lunch. Today's lunch was a Thai Mango Wrap - with your choice of chicken or shrimp. As I checked out & paid my bill, my nail tech reminded me not to leave without my lunch, which was almost ready. Before I could finish signing the check, they brought me over my lunch wrapped up nicely in food-service paper & in a Styrofoam to-go box and thanked me for coming in today. The station where he was putting the wraps together was clean, off to the side, away from the nail stations, and seemed to have refrigeration to keep ingredients cool. I can't say enough how impressed I am with this level of service - I went back to the office and enjoyed my wrap - it was delicious. It had mango, chicken, lettuce, & carrots with a mildly spicy Thai sauce wrapped in a spinach wrap. The pricing seemed in line with other salons in the area, but with the added perk of a lunch so that i could get back to the office quickly. I will definitely be back for future manicures, and will probably try a pedicure here next time. read more

Yes they can do a decent pedicure with an experience you think you enjoy. However all of that is a facade. They target people of ethnic value and sit them in strategic stations directly in front of the strategically place cameras. There were 3 Caucasian women and 4 women of ethnic value meaning mixed,black, and Muslim. When I entered they told my friend and I to sit at pedicure stations numbers 3 and 4 and once we sat down they changed there minds and said 8 and 9.(I realized in my head that me and my mom always sat at 8 and 9 but we thought it was cute because we were regulars)Our pedicures got started and me and my friend were weirdly feeling uncomfortable and unsettled. I than looked straight up and two cameras are pointed directly at us. I than looked around and on the manicure stations two ethnic women were placed every other row and every other seat and what to a surprise cameras over them. When I looked around the two white women placed in seats where there is no cameras insight or even pointed their way. I encourage for you to go and follow this detailed description and figure out for self if you choose to blow this off. I started getting my nails done at Trina about two years ago. The first time that I went was because it is so convenient, but I fell in love after the first visit! It's location is great and close to restaurants and shopping!!! The space is open but cozy. When you walk in, you see that both sides are lined with large, massage chairs for pedicures. The middle island houses the manicure station. They offer a variety of polish options!! From a standard manicure to non-advertised SNS nail polish and have an extensive array of colors to choose from. I get the Solar Nail Gel. It's $35 for the initial polish and $25 for every fill. It typically takes approximately 45 minutes. There is never a long wait, but if you want service immediately make a reservation. The pedicures are to die for!! They can usually match to your nail color or will try their best. The pedicures cost approximately $40 and there is a menu of six different options. I get the Deluxe which included a sugar scrub, massage and hot towels. It's $35 and well worth it!! The staff is always super friendly, inviting and attentive! This is a pretty cool nail joint. It's really pretty inside and they offer snacks and drinks which I completely love. I had a great experience with them, they have unique pedicure options which I think is nice. I am very ticklish on my feet and so it is difficult to give me a good pedicure so for that I give them credit. However, I have had better pedicures before, even though I'm ticklish. Came here with 10 people and they were ready for us and great as we were there to celebrate a birthday. Everyone was happy with their nails except me, so I would say that is pretty good. My girl unfortunately didn't give me any hand or shoulder massage as advertised and rushed thru my nails which caused them to be messed up and not last a few hours later (has regular mani/pedi) But everyone else was super happy and their nails looked great. Alyssa gave me a pedicure here. I got the Osana pedicure -- my feet are awful after trail running, Tough Mudders and karate. First time at Trina today and have to say, for the most part it was a great first experience. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons: Cons: - It's in the same complex as Zoe's Kitchen. The signage is hard to spot as the letters are all in a faded white. They may want to consider a minor facelift and paint the sign a bright color so it stands out. My friend and I drove separately and met there and both of us missed it and had to turn around. - No real waiting area. There's a tiny booth by the entrance right across from the pay station. It's super tight and the layout is awkward with very little room for personal space. Now for the Pros: - It's very large with plenty of massage spa chairs so it seems to be the kind of place where you can walk in and get taken care of without much wait time. We were seen within 5 minutes of entering. - HUGE nailpolish selection. It is a big overwhelming with how many choices there are but they separated the colors by brand into three sections so it's easier to peruse. I found this awesome ruby red O.P.I color called "Die Another Day" and asked for it for my pedi and LOVE it! It pops without screaming too much. - For the first time in my life I got a french manicure gel nails and am soo happy with the end results. Jennifer did my manicure and she was great. The total for a spa pedicure and french manicure gel nails was $60. We were in there for about an hour and fifteen minutes altogether. I am looking forward to going back! read more

I was VERY disappointed with my service at this location, particularly considering all the positive reviews that I read through in order to find a location for a manicure. I doubt that some of the 4 and 5 star ratings are actually real. Perhaps I'm just spoiled with my medical-grade manicure services at home, but this place was certainly NOT worth a return visit. First, although very polite, the gentleman whom did my service was unendingly rough, despite repeated requests to be more gentle with buffing, trimming, and cutting. He basically buffed his way down to the raw skin during my service. Second, the heating pads were black with dirt and residue and the gel light was covered in paint, dirt and dust. The files and buffers he used were also previously used by other clients, which is beyond unsanitary. Third, the tools were not sealed when they were brought over, meaning they likely were not sanitized. And of course he ended the service by using his bare, sharp nails to take any residual paint off my skin at the corners. Never even bothered to use gloves or perhaps a tool? Gross. If you are into cheap manicures in an otherwise wealthy neighborhood, go for it. But this is not a 5-Star worthy establishment. Take it from someone who gets a manicure religiously every two weeks.
