I came here for the first time and will never be returning. I chose my polish and waited my turn like usual. When the lady who did my nails called me over I stood there for 5 seconds before sitting thinking she was gonna clean up the area from the client before but didn't. The same towel was used to place my hands over. And the nail polish and nail cutter and all the instruments used previously were all on the counter still and were used on me immediately after. Then instead of removing my current nail polish with remover the lady took a file and removed it that way. I told her I'd prefer nail polish remover instead of filing them down but she refused to listen. I had to tell her several things that needed to be fixed during the process yet I left still with so much wrong with my nails. I have bubbles and my previous polish still shows on some fingers. Every station has a print out on the wall of instructions on what to do after each client leaves with a list of cleaning duties to keep the area sanitary. Clearly that isn't followed here. I also love how on the paying machine they put a sticker over the part that says "no tip" so clients are forced to tip. read more

I called last minute to make an appointment for a full set. There was no way I was going to be able get there before 6:15 PM. I read they close at seven so I asked if I could have a 615 or I could do my nails in the morning because I had somewhere to be that next day. It was not a problem and I got in at 6:15. Had a beautiful full set by 7-ish. My natural nails are quite short but I wanted them long for this event, and they turned out beautiful! I was in need of a quick Shellac mani the other day and decided to hit whatever nail shop I happened to pass. What a great find. While I was there I went for a brow wax. $10 and a little head massage came with it. Awesome! They gave me the option on the Shellac to just get a polish and no full mani. It was $15 and they had a ton of colors. The last place I went didn't put on enough coats and the Shellac came off super fast. This application was great and they even give a free nail design. The woman who did my nails was sweet and funny and it was an all over great experience. I am wondering if a couple of Yelp reviews helped them change stuff up a bit since I had a great experience unlike some of the other reviewers. read more

Typical nail shop, nothing special really. You pick your color, let your feet soak, my auntie says hello and get's to working on my toes and after a few minutes they're nice and pretty and off you go. I came here with my mini me over the weekend to get a pedicure. We were able to get seated right away. The gal I had was very nice and did a great job on my toes. I'm Vietnamese too and sometimes when nail lady's find out I'm Vietnamese they get all chatty but the gal I had kept quiet and would ask me questions here and there. Enough for me not to get annoyed. The pros to being Vietnamese sometimes is that when the nail tech finds out you're Vietnamese you get special treatment. Even if that means just a longer foot massage. Shoot I'll take it. The lady that did my daughter's toes did an excellent job with my daughter. Gave her little diamonds on her toes with her flowers. If my daughter is happy than I'm happy. I have been coming to this place for the better of 4/5 years. I have had only 2 people touch my hands. they have been amazing. However, there has been one tech that I get all the time and she is hit or miss. I recently went for my traditional Birthday mani/pedi. I got a full set this time and I noticed she was using the dip instead of regular acrylic. That's fine...however she didn't disclose price when I asked. Then I showed her the picture I wanted and was picking the actual color, she kept ignoring me and just went what she wanted to use!!! She did that before and it turned out ok, this time not so much. My nails don't have the shape o color/effect I asked for. The worst part was being charged 85.00!!! (30.00 for the pedi (ok) but 55.00 for a botched full set). Now I have to go to another shop to change the color...... Time for a new shop. And slick caught an attitude when I didn't tip.....for services not asked for or completed right. I am adding a review because I just moved back to everett and decided to give them another try since they were so good before. Today wasn't my best experience. I love going into a nail shop and experiencing the kindness, the openness, and humor that goes along with women grouping together to make themselves beautiful... today was ok, but the workers seemed not as interested in their customers as before, and that definitely took some points off, b/c when I get in here, they are like counselors for me.
