I came here for the first time and will never be returning. I chose my polish and waited my turn like usual. When the lady who did my nails called me over I stood there for 5 seconds before sitting thinking she was gonna clean up the area from the client before but didn't. The same towel was used to place my hands over. And the nail polish and nail cutter and all the instruments used previously were all on the counter still and were used on me immediately after. Then instead of removing my current nail polish with remover the lady took a file and removed it that way. I told her I'd prefer nail polish remover instead of filing them down but she refused to listen. I had to tell her several things that needed to be fixed during the process yet I left still with so much wrong with my nails. I have bubbles and my previous polish still shows on some fingers. Every station has a print out on the wall of instructions on what to do after each client leaves with a list of cleaning duties to keep the area sanitary. Clearly that isn't followed here. I also love how on the paying machine they put a sticker over the part that says "no tip" so clients are forced to tip.

worst experience ever. I asked red for my toes and natural beige for my hands but they just grabbed random deep pink color and started painting. when I said it is wrong color then they get mad. also cut my cuticle cleaned with the dirty towel and not carried about it. when I asked alcohol my cut cuticle then she was mad. the nail painting were ugliest ever! read more

I have been in twice now for a pedicure. Both times the lady has cut me. It's also hands down the worst leg/foot massage I have ever received. Thought maybe the first time was a fluke so I tried again. I won't be back. read more

First time customer. The ladies were nice but I will not be returning. It doesn't appear they sanitize the equipments after each use. I saw her take it directly out of the drawer. I asked her if the clippers were sanitized and she proceeded to dip it an alcohol jar in front of me. Nails were ok. Not really worth taking that chance again. Go at your own risk. read more

I was in need of a quick Shellac mani the other day and decided to hit whatever nail shop I happened to pass. What a great find. While I was there I went for a brow wax. $10 and a little head massage came with it. Awesome! They gave me the option on the Shellac to just get a polish and no full mani. It was $15 and they had a ton of colors. The last place I went didn't put on enough coats and the Shellac came off super fast. This application was great and they even give a free nail design. The woman who did my nails was sweet and funny and it was an all over great experience. I am wondering if a couple of Yelp reviews helped them change stuff up a bit since I had a great experience unlike some of the other reviewers. read more

Typical nail shop, nothing special really. You pick your color, let your feet soak, my auntie says hello and get's to working on my toes and after a few minutes they're nice and pretty and off you go. I came here with my mini me over the weekend to get a pedicure. We were able to get seated right away. The gal I had was very nice and did a great job on my toes. I'm Vietnamese too and sometimes when nail lady's find out I'm Vietnamese they get all chatty but the gal I had kept quiet and would ask me questions here and there. Enough for me not to get annoyed. The pros to being Vietnamese sometimes is that when the nail tech finds out you're Vietnamese you get special treatment. Even if that means just a longer foot massage. Shoot I'll take it. The lady that did my daughter's toes did an excellent job with my daughter. Gave her little diamonds on her toes with her flowers. If my daughter is happy than I'm happy. Amazing Nails is reasonably priced. read more

I went here for the second time since all the other places were full and I don't think I'll be coming back. The lady who did my nails was very impatient and aggressive with my hands. She also said something under her breath when she got impatient because I couldn't decide on which design I wanted. I think they should work more on their patience and service. and if you don't like doing your job, find another one. read more

I have been coming here (I'm here, now) for a long time now, and the reason is the personalized service and consistent good care, along with the friendly atmosphere. I also get good advice on shape, color, designs, etc, that suit me. I've gotten eyelash extensions, wax, brow tint, facials... I always get compliments from people who see my nails, and they want to know where I go. When I see them again, they have positive reports and have become repeat clients. I have been coming to this place for the better of 4/5 years. I have had only 2 people touch my hands. they have been amazing. However, there has been one tech that I get all the time and she is hit or miss. I recently went for my traditional Birthday mani/pedi. I got a full set this time and I noticed she was using the dip instead of regular acrylic. That's fine...however she didn't disclose price when I asked. Then I showed her the picture I wanted and was picking the actual color, she kept ignoring me and just went what she wanted to use!!! She did that before and it turned out ok, this time not so much. My nails don't have the shape o color/effect I asked for. The worst part was being charged 85.00!!! (30.00 for the pedi (ok) but 55.00 for a botched full set). Now I have to go to another shop to change the color...... Time for a new shop. And slick caught an attitude when I didn't tip.....for services not asked for or completed right. Sorry not sorry. read more

For my first visit I say it was ok. I received a fill and nail design. Customer service-good Quality of work-good What I DID NOT like is that I asked for a manicure and then had to remind the nail tech. Then she tried to persuade me saying I didn't need it which I think she was just rushing me out to get the next client. All good.... Less tip for you and plus you get a review like this! This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. The lady that did my nails was extremely rough. She said nothing to me. She cut my finger. Then she shoved my hand into the dryer and messed up a nail. When I asked her to fix it, she said I messed it up. Wow. read more

I am adding a review because I just moved back to everett and decided to give them another try since they were so good before. Today wasn't my best experience. I love going into a nail shop and experiencing the kindness, the openness, and humor that goes along with women grouping together to make themselves beautiful... today was ok, but the workers seemed not as interested in their customers as before, and that definitely took some points off, b/c when I get in here, they are like counselors for me. So I will probably go back, because the actual work they do is fabulous, their demeanor was just lacking. read more

What I received was very harsh contrast with bright orange front pieces and overly dark sections throughout. It looked more like an outdated stripe highlight than the blended, dimensional result I requested. I was nervous about trying a new stylist and communicated that several times during the appointment. Unfortunately, I did not feel there was much focus on understanding my hair goals, tone preferences, or the look I was trying to achieve. Most of the conversation centered around the stylist's personal life rather than consultation about my hair or checking in throughout the process. I returned for a color correction hoping the warmth and harsh contrast would be fixed, but the result even less balanced. The front pieces still appeared orange/warm and the overall color lacked blending and cohesion. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up afterward. I emailed the salon owner twice trying to address the situation privately and never received a response. The only communication I received was after posting a negative review and she publicly asking me to call her to address it privately. After already attempting to resolve this directly, that response did not feel genuine or solution-focused. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering I now need to pay for corrective color services elsewhere to repair the result.

I had gotten my nails done at a salon that I had never used before because my mom recommended them. When I left the salon, I noticed that all of my nails were different lengths, the color was on not only my nails, but my fingers, etc. I was so upset that I did not want to go back in and deal with them to get them fixed. So, I went to a nail salon that I had frequented in the past but it was closed, out of business! I stopped at several salon's and each of them had long waits. When I got to Amazing Nails & Spa, the owner, Mimi, asked if I could wait a few minutes and told me to pick out a color. Mimi made sure that all of my nails were the same length, and my nails turned out perfect! I have since seen Mimi and the other women in the salon, every 2 weeks and I have NEVER had a bad experience! I have had mani's and pedi's and the prices are always reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend this salon, they are GREAT!!!! read more

I have been to Amazing Nail Spa couple times for multiple services. It's located in Casino square at corner of Casino Rd and Evergreen way next to Payday loan.The experience is nothing short of full spa treatment. The girls are professional and friendly, the atmosphere is clam and relaxing and the services always meet my expectations. My favorite treatments include their pedicures, facials, and I love the lashes I got from Michelle! New owner is terrible, I went in for an appointment and she started my nails an hour later. She can't shape them, the color came out terrible, the matte came out even worse. She put gems and they fell off the next day. I've been going there for more than 5 years and for the first time I have a complaint about them. I called her and complained and I can't even get a refund from these crappy nails. Officially need a new nail place. read more

I recently visited this salon just to get a pedicure and ended up also getting solar nails as I was going to a wedding the following weekend. I was very impressed with the operation.
