New owner is dismissive with long time customers and the products n service are horrible never in 30 yrs of acrylics being done have I EVER had the Polish peel off after 24hrs of having them done when I called to have them fixed they wanted me to pay for a color change when I photo documented with date n time stamp I said no I dont want to pay for a color change when I just paid $45 before tip on Monday to have them done so then they said okay come now I'll change so I said okay I'm on my way then they decided no in an hour I said okay I'll be there in an hour which would have been 2 p.m. in the afternoon minutes later they called me back and asked me to come at 5 at night because she is too busy with customers right now well I too was a customer I already paid I already spent an hour and a half of my time and I have to drive back in there to get it redone is ridiculous especially when they want to put you at their last appointment of the evening I've already been a whole week with no polish on the nails that I got done on Monday here it is Friday night at 5 and they want me to come in to get my nails done in rush hour traffic it's rude dismissive and unacceptable I will from here on be taking my money and business elsewhere since the new owner Diana does not want to treat her customers properly DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING GOOD QUALITY SERVICE!! Got my acrylics filled here a couple weeks ago and upon home removal I have found out they are using a mma monomer. MMA is not approved by the fda and for good reasons. This place is just another sketchy chop shop. Do not go there. read more

Horrible experience! When I first came in "Shirley" said she could do my mani-pedi and that she had been cleaning up a station for a new employee. She had me sit in the pedicure chair and started clipping my nails. Then another customer came in and Shirley left me and told me someone would be in soon. Someone else did arrive and she started in on the pedicure. It was clear she had to idea where things were and I had to tell her to cut my toenails shorter. Suddenly, with no explanation, a man who had come in with the new person began massaging my calves and feet. It was nice but I would have liked to have told what was going on. Then a third employee came in and was going to take over! I said no because I was tired of being handed around. The new person did my gels and I have nicks on my fingers where she "missed." During the whole time all the employees mostly talked to one another and acted annoyed when interrupted. I could see that the operator was using too much gel and when I pointed that out, she told me I was wrong. $70 later, before tip, I had product all over my hands, the polish on my toes smeared when I put my shoes on...though it had been over 45 minutes and my nails were only shiny because of a topcoat that she smeared. It's been over a week now, and as my nails grow out, there are ridges of excess product on the grow out and sides of my nails. I've been looking for a good tech for two years now because my former tech sold her business. She must have been exceptional because I've been unable to find anyone who does a good job. read more

I was recommended to come here by a long time friend who KNOWS I AM EXTREMELY picky and particular when it comes to my nails. I finally took her up on her recomendation and was PLEASANTLY surprised!!!! Michelle does a TRULY AMAZING job on my nails...she listens to every detail I like and remembers them so I dont have to tell her each time she does my nails. Her artistic talent with the designs she creates is unmatched. This shop is truly an unique gem tucked away in the shopping center. I have since left the nail shop that I was at for almost 7 YEARS and will only go here. I have never been more pleased with my nails... I get so many compliments on them and they LAST FOREVER no chipping or breaking. I also received a pedicure from another nail technician ( I cant remember her name) but she did an excellent job. They have great customer service and do a great job. They even entertain my kids when I bring them in. They charge fair prices. I am forever a satisfied customer. I've been coming here for about a year. The owners are fairly new...maybe almost 2 years. Some of the workers come from other salons I had been going to for years (VJ Nails). I got tired of VJ Nails charging me an arm and a leg... Anyway, my mom started going to Amazing Nails, its near the house. Once I tried it.. I loved it. I let Teresa know what I like and bam. She takes her time and makes sure I"m happy. I know what the price is going to be and she doesn't upcharge me for nail art. I get a ton of compliments on my nails, thanks to the shellac I can brag about them being my natural nail. Give tem a chance.... its not the same team as 3 and 4 years ago. read more

There first couple of times I went there I received good service, never was I pressured into receiving other services when I did not need them, and they were very good to me. I am a tipper and tip very well for good service. I just moved to the area and was excited to find a regular nail shop. So after a while the owner would try to up sale me and try to make me get services that I did not want. No longer did we have pleasant conversation where her asking me all the time started to become annoying. Then one day I returned to the shop because one of the bow gems on my finger fell off and wanted to get it replaced. I told the owner what happened and she told me that I should have been wearing gloves when I cleaned...really? I'm not sure the relevance of that but she continued to tell me that I was heavy handed and if I found the bow then she would put it back on. Find the bow? That was like finding a needle in a haystack. I asked her can she just put another one on and she said for another three dollars. This whole time I kept my cool I gave her no attitude and when I asked her why she still tried to up sale me telling me to get a pedicure when I got one last week. Not to mention the level of service was going down when the owner did my nails. I go to them every two weeks and over 2 months gave them over $75 in tips. At the end of it all she did not put the gem back on because even though I paid for that gem a hundred times over, and I did not feel like a valued customer. She was giving me lip service so I just walked out the shop to never return. Not sure if she became to comfortable with me but it was totally out of order. read more

I used to love coming here when Michelle was the owner, now not at all! I went last time with a friend and it was embarrassing for me to even have suggested to bring him. They didn't do a full job in him and left his cuticles untouched which is why we went, but by time he realized it he was done and they didn't want to work in him anymore even though we told them he missed out! They argued with me over a glass of wine because I asked them not tondo the sugar scrub because that was what I though I was allergic too but it ended up being the mud mask. But they didn't understand anything I was saying and started yelling at me about how I'm not getting the wine because I didn't want the sugar scrub! I was paying for the service for it and just didn't want it because it burns my skin! But like I said ended up being the mud mask on my legs because it has eucalyptus in it! I was so upset because it was embarrassing in front of the whole shop! I would never recommend anyone I know to go here again. They need some people skills and also some design skill too. This is a really good inexpensive nail place, nothing over the top, or too fancy. Ive never made an appointment so its usually a 5-20 minute wait. They are very patient with getting your nails to the right shape, but sometimes I do need to remind them about my cuticles, which is really no biggie. I've gotten a mani and pedi here and they were both great, they also have message chairs which are amazing. Ive also gotten multiple gel manicures, and my nails usually last the whole 2-3 weeks without chipping or peeling off. The girls there are usually super friendly, even if you walk in 10 minutes before their closing time. Last time i went i also got my eyebrows waxed, and they did an okay job, my eyebrows were left a little too thin but it wasnt horrific. They also yell across the room to each other in Vietnamese, but its not too bad. I really recommend this place if you need an inexpensive and well done mani or pedi in short notice. read more

Worst place in the world. Beware don't go!!! They say one price on the board then change the price. One of my daughters got acrylics the sign says 25 I got charged 30. Youngest daughter is 12 sign says 12 and under prices after them saying ok they came back in the middle of our nails being done to say oh she too big (she's tall) that will be adult I said no the sign says 12 and under the worker no it's under 12 they lost their tips and they lost my business. That was probably the worst customer service and worst manicure i have ever had. The girl who waxed my eyebrows kept pointing out how red my face is because of my roseacea and didn't want me to open my eyes because she "didn't want to see me flinch" when she waxed my lip. I am not normally sensitive when it comes to my skin issues but she would not stop about the redness...which wasn't very red today at all... then I I just needed a set of acrylics put on for a wedding tomorrow. Nothing fancy, and a small manicure because well - my cuticles suck. The girl did NOT touch my cuticles, she didn't ask about nail shape and squared them even when i asked for rounded nails (its hard to type or do much for me with square) and the polish was not put on well at all. it didn't even go to the end of the nail. The girl made me feel like an inconvenience and a troll. Nope never going back there. At home now trying to at least do the polish right. read more

Went here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend, she said the owner always does her nails which are acrylics and they do a really good job for a reasonable price. I got shellac and after 8 days one of the shellac polish fell off in one piece and broke my actual nail as well. When I called her to tell her what happened, she said she would fix it. But when I went in she said that it had been over 12 days and that it's normal for that to happen because my nail produces oil. I only get Mondays off so I know that I went in the Monday before last which was 8 days exactly. And I have had shellac before which have lasted two to three weeks this one barely lasted one. They also don't speak much English while you're in there getting your nails done they speak a different language amongst themselves which is rude. If you're looking for something in this area I have found success with lovely nail so far they've only been nice and their prices are the same but they actually do a good job. So irritated. read more
