After waiting 2 weeks just to get an estimate from a different shop that was double what I told them I could afford, I called Cristiane and she came right out to where the car was. I got a quote that afternoon, not only within my budget, but got a full project based bid. I had the car towed over the next morning. Within 2 days, they had already started the body work!! Every step of the way Cristiane kept me updated, asked me for feedback, communicated any issues or asked for pieces. The scope of the project was clearly defined up front and there were NO surprises. She held up her side of the deal and did a phenomenal job. I frequently stopped by the shop only to find more work getting done, and done right. I needed a long distance tow (about 60 miles); Amazon Tow took the job from AAA (no other AAA company would respond) and the driver was courteous, careful and got the tow done! It was late, but got it to the repair shop for the shop to assess in the morning. I know he had a long day of towing, and got to my location around 11PM, but he was friendly and had a great attitude to get it done. Appreciate the great service. read more

This review is long over due. Last year, some idiot hit and ran my parked 2016 Dodge Durango in the middle of the night. I took my car to Amazon after being recommended by my uncle. Marco helped my husband and I through the whole process and even caught things that the original body shop we took it to didn't address. The car came back looking great, as if nothing happened to it. My friend Tung who own J and K Auto in Daily City refer me to the Amazon Auto Body.. When I arrived I was greeted by Cristiane. She was very nice and attentive to me and my car needs. I told her that my car been hit and run on the left hand side front fender, the light, and few more damage around this areas. She went outside to take pictures, and she saw the damage paint on the car (I live by the beach) she told me that she will polish it for me. I thought I come here just for the little repair but she insist to make my car in perfect condition. I was so happy to hear that... With in 4 days my car was complete in a mint condition. I was referred here from King Tint across the street, because he only does vinyl applications on brake lights, something I wish I would have done to begin with, but that is another story. Anyway, I had my tail lights spray tinted at a crumby little shop in the city who left my tail lights looking dull, scratched and with an orange peel texture. They did such a bad job that I went on the hunt for a place that not only does spray tinting of brake lights, but who would be willing to fix the mess the other shop made. That is how i found Amazon Auto Body who took the time to do the job right. My tail lights now have a smooth, glossy finish. If you need your tail lights tinted I would definitely go here, they did an excellent job on my tail lights and everyone there was super friendly. read more

I had my car repaired here after a recent car accident. They were extremely helpful and made the repair process very easy. They actually picked my car up from my house and dealt with the insurance company for me. I didn't even have to go into the Bodyshop until my car was repaired and ready. They also helped cover my $500 deductible which was a real life saver! The customer service I received was great, which is a very rare thing to find these days. My car was nice and clean when I picked it up. They were also able to meet me at the shop a few hours after they closed on Saturday since that was the only time I could come. Cristiane also did a great job following up and keeping me in the loop during the whole process. The only one thing that I can complain about was that they overlooked the damage to the windshield wipers, which I only noticed when it rained a few days after I picked my car up. I contacted them right away and received a very fast response. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about this repair, which was discovered about a week ago. Bottom line: I am so grateful that I found this place! I will never go anywhere else. The price I paid for a hanging side mirror and busted mechanical mirror adjuster was shockingly low, less than 15% of the price quoted by a major chain. TRUST THIS SHOP. I know NOTHING about cars. The kinds of questions I've asked tow truck drivers are probably legendary jokes in auto shops. I feel like a huge moron when anything happens, and I can barely put air in my tires. I'm also slightly accident-prone. I have a Toyota Solara that I bought used early last year. It's new to me and the nicest car I've had. I backed out of a parking spot in the garage at my office building and scraped the driver's side along a huge cement pole. I don't know how I missed it - I just did. Shut up. It took off my mirror, or would have, but it's wired inside because it has a mechanized adjuster-thingie on the dash. So it was hanging precariously. The metal piece that anchors the mirror inside the car was horribly bent and was putting pressure on the window, so I was scared it would pop. It was BAD. I stopped off at a major chain shop on my way home and had someone look at it. He told me it would cost me at least $2k to fix. I panicked, he helped me tape it up so it didn't fall off, and I went home and cried about it (because that always helps). Fortunately, I made some calls and Amazon Auto was recommended to me. I went down and met with Cristiane. She is SO approachable, kind, and didn't make me feel like a moron. She also squeezed me in immediately. She gave me options: she could fix it perfectly at a slightly higher rate, or she could make it functional and look nice for less. I went with the latter, as I am not rolling in cash. She immediately got on the phone and found a replacement mirror from another shop, which prevented the expenditure of hundreds of dollars for a factory replacement. They had to paint it, and though she mentioned it might not match perfectly, it did. And they repaired all of the mechanics so the mirror works perfectly. And it cost me $290, including labor. They didn't vacuum or anything but I would so much rather do it myself than have that tacked on to what I had to pay. I was so, so relieved. This was SERIOUS damage, affecting the inside of the car door and the functionality of the window. And they completely fixed it for so much less than I'd expected. It was so nice to be treated like a valued customer, not an idiot for not knowing anything or for being a woman. Cristiane is honest and very kind. She got me a ride home while they worked on the car, and it was ready first thing the next morning. Don't even bother going anywhere else.This place is amazing. read more

Finding a good body shop is a hit or miss. There are many shops out there that either provide you with a sub-par experience, or are more that willing to prey on uninformed buyers. But not Amazon Auto Body, this is the place where you want to go. Cristiane and her team commitment to excellence, and quality give you the best experience in the market. My car was hit right above the rear-left tire in the parking lot of a certain mall in Daly City, the other party wasn't kind enough to leave a note with their information, and just left. Fortunately, my car is fully covered and the insurance took care of it. Dropped off my car on Tuesday afternoon, Cristiane gave me a reasonable time frame, and made sure that the car rental picked me up right in front of her shop. I was involved in a hit and run not too long ago, so I was pretty upset that I had to deal with the whole damage/repair situation on my own. Luckily I came across Amazon Auto Body and the owner is truly amazing! I didn't have to pay my deductible, and she was very clear what was gonna be done with the damage. She also took care of contacting my insurance, rental car, and made the whole process that much easier for me. After 5 days, my car looked like it was never damaged. They were aware of every minor detail that had damaged my car so I was amazed with how quickly and precise they were. Going into shops sometimes make you feel like they just want your money or they may rush into the whole process, but with them it's the total opposite. Very considerate and honest. Yes, as one other reviewer recently posted - too bad there are no negative stars for rating. Do NOT patronize Amazon Auto Body. Their tow truck driver, Shinyu Mitchel Tamashiro Diaz, hit and severely damaged my parked car on 2/16/2019 while attempting to tow my cousin's car on my street. The tow truck did not have a license plate at the time on the truck or a VIN number inside the vehicle. A couple of red flags. And when I called them at the time of the accident they told me not to report through my insurance or their insurance. They said they would repair my car. I told them I could not do that and that I was calling my insurance immediately to report the accident. A week after the accident, I find out that the insurance information/policy they provided me had expired. Fortunately, I was able to get their current insurance policy via AAA since they were the ones who sent the tow truck company. However, the driver and the owner have not returned any of the calls to admit responsibility to their insurance agent (Zurich Insurance) so she can start processing the claim. They are not returning any of my calls as well. Yet another red flag - when I called them yesterday, Christiane answered. She said her name is Christiane Santos and that the owner is Christiane Vinia. In addition, when I called the San Bruno office I was told by another employee, Marco, that the manager was Christiane Pereira. How can there be 3 Christianes at this one business? Clearly, Christiane is evading responsibility and claiming different identities. This business is operating illegally. I am planning to take them to small claims court and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This business is operating illegally and should (and will be) closed for operation soon. If I could give less then one star I would.....I have been holding off writing this review because I wanted to see if Cristinae would do the right thing but it has been over 3 months and she hasn't so now I feel I should let you all know to beware of Amazon Auto/Tow. In September one of their tow trucks hit my parked car causing nearly $11000 worth of damage (it was a flat bed tow truck that sliced through the back of my vehicle). The entire incident was caught on surveillance video. Initially Cristinae verbally accepted responsibility for what happened but has since refused to provide her insurance information. Instead she asked me to not involve insurance at all and instead have her do the repairs "real quick". I said no because I wanted an outside body shop to do the repairs and have it covered by insurance. My insurance wound up covering the bulk of the cost but I am out my $1000 deductible. The claim is now in collections because she has avoided all contact with me or my insurance company. I took my car for paint job here when I scratched the rear bumper of the car (Black Madza). They were very professional and gave me the estimate and stayed on that. The car after the repair was as good as new. Their estimate was the lowest as compared to 2-3 other body shops where I showed my car earlier. I met with an accident and my car was damaged heavily in the front. I went to AAB and they had taken a look at my car and given me a reasonable price. I had not taken collusion damage insurance and they helped me in reducing the price. The person was so kind and even given me a ride back to home and also offered to pick me up once the car is ready. The car is repaired nicely and there is no deviation from the price which they quoted initially though few additional repair was done. I recommend them for any car body work. Great shop they left my car looking better then new. There was a part the was in question and Christiane fought for the replacement and quality of the part with Farmers Insurance. I pointed out a couple of imperfections on the paint and they took care of them ASAP. Also they ordered an obsolete part a d worked with insurance to approve it. This is by far the best auto shop I've ever brought my car to. To start, Christiane (customer service lady and shop manager) has the best customer service skills ever. From beginning to end, she made sure I was notified about the status of my car and was in charge of handling all the details about the repair. She is very personnable and will do anything to help her customer. About my car, I got rear ended. It was pretty bad. When I picked it up, it looked better than ever. I went in there to get some work done on my car. Amazon Auto Body did a fine job with it. The owner Christine was friendly and professional. However, when we tried to use the Yelp promotion they have on this website, Christine refused to honor it. She said that for anyone who will like to use Yelp promotion, she will have to charge them a higher price than she quoted. It is like asking a price premium for someone who use a coupon. Why would anyone bring a coupon in and be ask to pay a higher price than the retail price? It does not make sense to me. I dont believe this is the way a honest business should be conducted. Christine then offered to refund the gift certificate for a quarter of it's actual value. She offered to refund 50 dollars of the 200 dollars gift certificate from yelp. It was completely ridiculous. To add insult to injury, she forced us to pay cash for the whole transaction. Christine said that at the price she quoted us, she cannot afford the fees credit card companies will charge her. I will not be returning to Amazon Auto Body. read more
