I ordered several item from this establishment as delivery. I ordered the combo #77 which was chicken wings and shrimp plus the fries and Pepsi. Unfortunately the Pepsi wasn't included and when calling the restaurant they didn't remember if they put it in the bag. Also I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and they gave me the strawberry cake which was cheaper. All the other items were fine and the chicken and shrimp tasted good. I chose this restaurant based on reviews, but wrong items and missing items I wouldn't recommend ordering online for delivery. Maybe if you go in store for pickup it might be different. read more

The food was really good but I made a mistake and ordered the cake and unfortunately every slice I bought was dry and tasted like the refrigerator. I'm sure they were good upon arrival but they need to do a better job of refreshing slices that were not sold in previous days. Again, it was 4 separate slices so I know it wasn't just me. read more

Run of the mill Fish, Chicken, and Fries place. They can't seem to clean the fish correctly and every fish has at least a few dangerously sharp and hard bones in it. Abdul refused to do anything about it actually he blamed it on GrubHub, then told me he needed to see a receipt. But he wants to see the receipt obviously he must have seen something because he knows it happened exactly a month ago. The guy on the phone was really rude. At first, I wanted to order delivery I'm on 12 street so he was like door dash grub hub and hung up. The wait time was very short the meal was very bland. No seasoning on fries or fish. had to use a whole bunch of ketchup and tarter sauce to make it taste good. if I could I would get a refund for the bad flavor I should have stuck with my first mind and got Chinese food. False Advertisement, Sadly Disappointed I stay and work in Irvington and have been a customer of Ambassador for the past few years. Oftentimes I use them to cater events or bring chicken wing boxes to parties. On Saturday August 2, 2020 @ around 5pm. I entered the restaurant looked at the menu on the screen and ordered 30 chicken wings. The price for the 30 wings read 22.99. The cashier (not sure of his name) brown skinned brother who often wears T-shirts with black empowerment logos, told me that my total was a little over $26.00. Hmmm this confused me because even after mentally adding NJ sales tax I could not conclude how my order should total $26+ dollars. I asked the cashier "what was the unit price of my item before tax". He points to a computer screen and says "$24.99". I responded "the price on the screen says $22.99". He said "don't go by that its $24.99". I said " According to the BBB (Better business Bureau) Thats false advertisement, the price that is there (pointing to the computer screen) must be honored". The cashier responded "do you want it or not".......Disappointed in being dismissed I said "absolutely not". Second day walking by this place so I decided to try it for lunch, there's really no dine-in, one ottoman type seat to wait as the food is being cooked to the right as soon as you walk in. t's really a just grab to go type of spot and after ordering meal took about ten min to be cooked...I went with the #80 which was rice, and 4 wings and 4 shrimps on top of it...about 7$ ...good bang for buck....you should see the crazy amazing deals they have for wings and fish! My husband went in to get us lunch and asked for the normal condiments for the meal. He was told that he'd have to purchase them because they only had them for sale instead of with the purchase. Once I reviewed the change, I wanted to know what was I charged for. So I went inside and the woman at the counter she said they didn't have any to give but they did have some for sale.
