    Chai Latte

Cute little place with interesting music and a friendly staff. I'm sure this is popular among the folks who live in this neighborhood. The breakfast menu is pretty good. I had the breakfast sandwich which had crisp and chewy toasted bread, eggs, ham cheese and avocado with a slightly spicy dipping sauce on the side. The flavor combination was very good - creamy, crispy, salty and slightly spicy. I also had a chai latte which is perhaps the best I've ever had. Creamy, rich with a nice little bite from the spices. When I finished it I left wanting more!

This review makes me sad to write. I had been waiting for the seasons to change so I could get the fig and ricotta toast. I knew that also wouldn't be enough so I ordered the oatmeal. Both are so disappointing. Especially insulting because of the price. The old fashioned steel cut oatmeal with bananas, strawberries, nuts and blueberries was DISGUSTING. Looks NOTHING like what is advertised. Had like 2 slices of banana, 6 blueberries, 2 pieces of walnut, and 2 strawberries. WATERY flavorless oatmeal. Just awful. For $14! And the fig and ricotta toast. Looks nice...tastes like nothing. Like cold, grainy nothingness. For $18. Never again.

I love their decaf espresso -- it's the best in the area. The beans aren't over-roasted, the taste is smooth, the staff is friendly, and the patio is wonderful.

Maggie's Farmhouse is one of my favourites go to place for breakfast and brunch. Everything on their menu is fresh and is healthy. I recently tried their Turmeric latte and it was such a healthy hot beverage to have in winters.

This place is always full with people. The food looks amazing. I came here with some friends on Saturday late brunch and we had lots of fun watching and enjoyed the great food. So this is the deal with this place. It's a hybrid between fancy restaurant, farm table, cafeteria if that makes sense. So you order at the counter and you pay your tip there and then you get a sign to carry it to your table Server and put the food on your table. You bring your own water from inside to the outside. What I mean by bringing your own water is there is a coffee station of sorts where you? There's also bottle of water so you bring it to outside. We were there for over an hour and, since it is cafeteria style, don't expect anyone to come by to more coffee or water. Is a small kitchen and it's a lot of work that they do behind the scene so I give them kudos for that. On Saturday, I believe the restaurant closes at 4 PM. Passed by here so many times to go to CycleBar so I'm glad I finally went.

Omg the fig and ricotta toast here is heavenly. Loved the combination of the buttery ricotta cheese, slightly sweet fig, and the sourdough toast. Service is fast and the ambiance is very chill. The outdoor patio area is also super cute! Perfect place to grab a quick brunch with friends!

    Egg avocado burrito

Absolutely loved everything I tried here! The chai latte was amazing! not too sweet, with just the perfect hint of fall. The egg and avocado burrito was cooked to perfection and came with delicious salsa. And the apple tart? Hands down the best10/10 experience all around!

Food and service were amazing! Overall ambience is light and cozy. Cost effective option compared to other places around. Street parking available. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed this location. Would absolutely recommend. Matcha latte is by far one of the best we've had in a very long time.

    Almond Milk Cortado (4oz)

I happened to be in the area and needed to kill some time. Pooped in here and ordered an almond milk cortado. The coffee is extremely smooth and tasty. I didn't try any food but I'm watching the staff make everything fresh and the baked items look delicious! Cute little spot that I'd definitely come back to

    Coconut key lime square

Such a cute restaurant in the Jersey Arts District! I came here for a late breakfast before venturing out to NYC with my +1. We each got lattes, a savory dish, and split a coconut key lime pie "fudge" square. Seating was a bit tight, but we were able to snag a table in the corner on the ground level. My turmeric latte looked huge but I believe it was still a 12oz size, despite the large mug! I got the the vegan "tuna" melt which was essentially a grilled panini with a chickpea puree and avocado mash filling. The tomato/spicy mayo sauce it came with had a unique flavor that was pleasantly delicious! I was a super fan of the dessert we ordered. I love the coconut and lime combo, and so the bites of the dessert square were incredibly scrumptious!

    Croissant
    Barbara C.

This spot is bustling and lively on weekends, and for a good reason. Lots of outdoor seating (with tables for small and larger groups of 6 or so). The baristas and staff are all very friendly, providing recommendations and answering any questions. Croissant was light and fluffy, but filling! The Oat Maple Iced Coffee seemed be a seasonal or new item, and was delicious! Will definitely be stopping by again

Maggie's Farm Espresso is such a charming local spot! It has a stylish, cozy vibe and feels like a perfect little farm-to-table café. Conveniently located around the corner from one of my cycling studios, it's become a great pre-workout stop. I grabbed a matcha latte and a croissant this time--both were fantastic and just what I needed before my ride. This was my second visit, and I've noticed how attentive the staff are, even when it's busy (which it often is!). They offer great, healthy options, with breakfast and lunch served all day. While I haven't tried their full meals yet, everything looks delicious, and I can tell they put a lot of care into their food and drinks. Can't wait to try more next time!

A rare quiet moment Saturday morning the place has been pleasantly packed

The inside is nice and bright so it offers a great start to your morning. Also, the wifi is pretty good so no issues from a work perspective. I ordered an avocado toast along with a cold brew. This has somewhat been a routine of mine since moving here and I haven't really been disappointed anywhere I've gone. This was no different. Loved the picked onion addition too. Now - the pricing is not necessarily breakfast pricing. Expect to spend around $20 for both a breakfast item and coffee like I did. But if you have the means to do so, then you might as well.

The server asked if it was alive or dead when I found them. I told him it was dead and looked steamed....like it matters... Long story short I asked for refund but they said they have to ask their manager who's not coming back that day since it is holiday and I would need to wait until next day for refund so I end up getting a cheesecake instead. The cheesecake tasted little sour so initially I thought it went bad. Also it tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for a long time. You know when you taste fridge smell from the food. I lost sanitation of their food and will not recommend it to anyone

For drinks, we went with the non-alcoholic Rose and Peach Please, both of which were refreshing. We finally had the opportunity to do so on a quiet Easter Sunday. First, the interior looks pretty amazing. A lot of history behind all the architecture and they did a good job preserving it. Because it was raining and chilly, we couldn't see the rooftop, but I can see the appeal. To start, we got an assortment of small muffins for the table. That was a nice touch. They were good too. For brunch, we each ordered omelettes. I got the Jalapeño & Cheddar while my fiancée got the mushroom and spinach omelette. We ended up complementing the items quite well. I did end up enjoying her omelette well. The vegetables were definitely fresh and cooked quite well. My omelette was nice and cheesy, how I like it. The jalapeños didn't have a crazy kick, but enough to satisfy. The potatoes were good too.
