Didn't quite understand the 6% cash discount as the posted price of $30 for a pedicure is what I paid in cash. No signs said that the posted price was the cash price, but it was so reasonable that I didn't mind. I'm a stickler when I see cash discounts at shops or gas stations - I just don't like it personally. But I understand why the business does it. I had cash so I paid cash. After they finished using it the tools on me they just put it back in the drawer without washing them. The prices are cheap, but I think they are violating health codes. I was told 10% do builder gel and everyone else wants acrylic. He painted the builder gel on-2 layers. Made me cure both layers. Nothing like what I had done with gel before. Once he e-filed down, my nails were very thin and bending along a few edges. The sidewalls of my nails were angled in. Several nails are varying shapes. My thumb is separating from the gels already/lifting. The nail (gel) polish application is lumpy and you can see the uneven painting. Just not a great experience or presentation. I can do better myself-and will probably start doing so.
