She's warm and professional and so supportive. My favorite product is her hand crafted organic face cream. I'm posting the review for the amazing face cream that is made in house. It is absolutely wonderful and has helped every dry patch I had and continues to improve my skin. I am almost 50, some light lines and dry skin that can be sensitive. I have tried every brand, from super high end and expensive, to cheap drugstore. this one really works, and won't cost you an arm and a leg - especially since you only need a small dab. it is a balm-like texture. It is so effective and soothing, and they can even customize some of the ingredients for your skin. I have interacted with the owner and one other person and they are lovely & caring. Wow what an amazing oasis for relaxation and luxury traditional treatments! I have been going to this location for several years. Each and every time I'm in the region I make sure to make an appointment for a facial in advance. They use all organic products carefully curated by the the owner. I go to Michelle for all my facial waxing and eye brow, lash tints - she always does a great Job leaving my eye brows as thick as possable with great shape, the tinting, that she recomended is a great asset to looking fresh and put together. I have moved around quite a bit the last four-ish years so I have been to a lot of different waxing salons and this by far has been the best brazilian. The results after my first wax was incredible. I had been in-between salons due to our most recent move so I was shaving for a couple of months and she gave me some medical grade numbing cream to help ease back into the waxing routine. Michelle ROCKS. Ive been coming to her for a couple years now and she is by far the most accommodating and efficient esthetician i have been too. I Don't want my leg waxing to last for hours. I recently took my 13 year old daughter here to get her eyebrows done and they charged $25. A whole $25 just for eyebrows and she didn't even do a full job. The woman told my daughter she wouldn't wax above her brow because it would look "too grown" for her. I will definitely not be returning to pay $25 for some woman to tell me or my daughter what looks "too grown" for her, especially when I did not ask for her advice. read more

I saw Michelle after booking a facial through Groupon. I am new to the area and was nervous to try someone different after seeing the same esthetician for over a year! I have very problematic skin and have suffered from hormonal and adult acne for years. From the moment I walked into her space I felt at ease. I instantly felt like we had been friends for years, and she treated my skin like she would her own. We chatted as she exfoliated, peeled, extracted, and massaged my skin. She also performed high frequency light therapy! I greatly appreciated the close attention to detail and thoroughness of her work. I came here with two girlfriends recently to cash in on our Groupons for facials. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the facial was very relaxing. Pros: -Nice location with easy parking and nice, walkable lunch options nearby. -Really relaxing facial. I am not partial to facials, but I highly enjoyed this one. -Michelle did a great job on my facial and my skin looks great (at least for a day or two...). -Very clean! Cons: -No bathroom or changing area inside the spa itself. I had to adjust my expectations to realize that this is not the complete spa experience I am used to, but only consists of two tiny treatment rooms and an even smaller waiting room. -My friend reported that the receptionist who she had scheduled the facials with was extremely rude to her over the phone. In addition, they kept changing our appointment times. -Layout of the treatment rooms is not conducive to complete relaxation. The walls don't reach the ceiling, if I recall correctly, and the outside sounds kept permeating the room. read more

What a score! Michelle is AMAZING! I've seen lots of estheticians over the years and she is very special. For one, Michelle uses the purest high-end products with aromatherapy that leave my skin feeling so nourished, clean and beautiful.
