I had already had a repairman out from another company and they didn't know what to do. Eduardo was professional and knew what was wrong with my fridge. He told me ice has built up in the pipe and to allow my fridge to defrost for 72 hrs and then plus it back in and I would be good to go. He did try to defrost it manually but to be on the safe side we did the 72 hours. Worked like a charm and has been going strong for the last two months with zero issues. The date was set for Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and GVC gave a window of nine hours to be home 8 AM to 5 PM. They never came nor did the company call or email or return any calls that day when I was calling to find out how much longer they arrived at 5:10 PM walked up to the door, took a picture of himself at the house and doesn't wait or want to talk to the camera(ring) away.
