The theater seemed to have all of the amenities, the seats were large, and reclined... Very comfy. Easy to see the screen... And, not too loud.... also had dinner at the pavilions... Came here to watch how to train your dragon recently and my biggest complaint is the cleanliness. There was quite a bit of popcorn on the floor throughout the place and the seats felt pretty grimy too. Also, things are pricey here!! We got a slushie and that was delicious, apart from one of the flavors being the wrong consistency. Overall, I would still revisit due to the location and access. They validate your parking ticket here, and the recliners are nice! read more

After 1 hour and 20 minutes and three trips to the counter, our food finally arrived. When I asked what took so long, staff said they'd brought it to the wrong seat multiple times and then "gave up." They blamed me for giving the wrong seat number--despite me showing my ticket. No apology. No accountability. The manager was rude and unapologetic. Their solution? Free movie tickets--which are useless since we're traveling and don't live near an AMC. To make it worse, one of our five seats was broken. My wife moved... and that seat was broken too. My family and I were in the area so we decided to watch the new Demon Slayer movie. This is probably the most modern and sleek looking AMC we've encountered in Colorado so far plus it's well kept. Concessions is directly upon entering and passing the ticket person. Bathrooms are before the eight theater rooms. Seats are comfortable, recline, and even have heaters! The seats are very comfy. The place is clean. I was happy they gave me a voucher for the person who didn't make it. However, the food was not hot and way too salty. It's strange to order and then have it delivered to the seats. I think it would be better to take it with you after you order or have full seat service. all right, so I went to see wicked 2 (yes it was amazing) and had to run to the bathroom super quickly. unfortunately, just as I got out, another showing of wicked 2 had just ended and there was a line to get to the bathroom. I waited for about 6 minutes, but once I finally got back to the movie, I missed probably the most important part. theres about 8 theater rooms x about 30 seats (thats lowballing it) = 240 seats and 7 stalls for the bathroom??? only 1 bathroom???? idk seems kinda like a safety hazard also again, I missed the most important part because this theater decided to be stingy with bathrooms wicked 2 was amazing tho read more

I stopped in last night to see Wicked! I was super excited. I've been to this theater before but it has been a while. It's located in the Cherry Creek Mall. I live nearby so I am able to walk to it. I bought my ticket in advance online and selected my seat. I showed up 15 minutes before the show and was able to get my junior mints and soda in short order. The seats are cushy comfortable and recline. They do have a dine in service where you can order snacks or heavier items and they will bring it to your seat. I do wish they had a couple of slightly healthier options. I'm not a looking for anything crazy, but maybe just air popped popcorn with no butter? Or mixed nuts etc? They do validate parking which is helpful since this mall annoyingly charges for parking. I love going to the movies and this is a useful neighborhood option for me. read more

Although I typically writes positive reviews, this theater is the poster child for why the industry is struggling. Wait until the movie is available for streaming or check out other theaters in town, as this one is just the pits. My husband and I walked up to the concessions stand at around 3:30 pm and greeted the employee. However, we were met with a rather lengthy and somewhat unpleasant explanation of their workday struggles. I get it - work stinks. But we all have a day off once in awhile and we're spending ours here. Nevertheless, we placed our orders - I opted for the chicken salad, customizing it by choosing crispy chicken instead of grilled. I was corrected - "it's called fried chicken." Oh, my bad. I then asked to remove the avocado due to allergies. The employee seemed irritated by the changes, and said, "well I wish I'd known that at the beginning," as they angrily tapped on the screen, which didn't set a positive tone for the visit. To make matters worse, my husband's attempt to order a milkshake was met with pointing at the menu board and a snide comment - "we're out of it, see?" The lack of attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the theater. Popcorn scattered everywhere, dirty floors with footprints and mud, and empty napkin dispensers added to the fun. Despite trying to flag down multiple employees for assistance, we were unsuccessful in getting anyone's attention. Seriously though. This place is *filthy* - these floors haven't been swept or mopped in days. During the movie, we noticed consistent flickering and other issues with the screen, making for a pretty terrible viewing experience. With the current condition and service quality, the ticket price feels unreasonable. For about $80 with tickets and food/drinks, we had to endure a *really* messy theater, a problematic screen, and a staff that seems like they're super unhappy with their working conditions and make it known to the guests. I'd say maybe consider alternative theaters or waiting to watch the movie from the comfort of your clean home. The choice is yours, but I'd definitely explore other options rather than this AMC location. read more

Recliners with heat, great! Everything else, terrible. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was all bun with a flavorless chicken patty thrown in. There was probably more mayonnaise in the sandwich than chicken. Went to order an alcoholic drink at the beginning. I see frozen margarita on the menu, went to order and was told they don't have frozen margaritas. I went back out before the movie to grab something else. Ordered a regular strawberry margarita. The different woman behind the counter started making it then told me they're out of Jose Cuervo. She tells me she can make the drink with a different tequila but it'll change the drink from $15 to $19. $19 for a margarita!! I know they're out their gd mind and apparently out of stock on a lot of things! read more

We came in for the first time to watch the new Avatar movie. I'm not sure if this theater validates for the expected paid parking when you arrive. We paid for our movie tickets on a machine out in front. When I called beforehand, the employee I spoke with was really nice and helpful. When we were greeted by the man checking our tickets, he was also nice. There was not a bad seat in the theater. The seats recline, are heated, have a table, and allow you to kick your feet up. Possibly why I feel asleep a few times during the 3 hour movie. We tried to order our meals with the app. It was a frustrating challenge. We were unsuccessful and later found out that meals had to be ordered more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the movie. We then ordered in person. We found out that we were double charged. And told one of the charges would fall off later. This area was a reason for the lack of 5 stars with the review. The food was good with the sampler and salad with two large drinks. I do expect that we will come back for another viewing in the future. I believe it was $20 bucks for each movie ticket and nearly $50 bucks for the food. So we ended up spending $120 for our first movie experience. I think 4 stars is a fair assessment of this first experience. read more

Came here to see Batman last night for (discount Tuesday's) Overall, a wonderful experience, but want to say a few things to help the next consumer. First: They do parking validation! We were there for 3hours for Batman, and could have saved money had we known! Also, park closer to the Macy's that's near the AMC or you will find yourself walking through a very creepy mall if you see a movie past 7pm! Felt like we were in the shining trying to get out, lol. Aside from that, I am in , the movie theater is remodeled to perfection. We were in theater 2 and it had heated seats! I get RLS during long movies and the heated seats helped! Food and drinks were expensive, as they usually are. But the theater was large, screen was huge also! The popcorn came in a huge bucket and tasted fresh , unlike other theaters. Glass of Rose was as expensive as a bottle. The bathrooms had dyson hand dryers. Overall I was impressed and will be back, being as I'm an A-Lister read more

Pleasantly surprised considering all the low ratings. They were older ratings, so maybe they've revamped since then? I could see the floors were not spotless, there was a lot of spilled popcorn. Other than that- I really liked this theater - here we're some of the positives: -One of the few dine in theaters in Colorado - they did serve alcohol too - they had heated seats!! That was huge for me - the food was good. We orders chicken tenders & boneless wings, and liked both of them. - the sound wasn't too loud. I know some people like to be blown away in the theater, but I do not. - the staff was professional and courteous, even though they were the usual young crowd every interaction I had with them was great. I had gone to another theater about a month ago and wasn't sure we were going to be visiting another movie theater ever again. This one changed my mind. read more

Since the remodel a few years ago, this has become my go-to theater in Denver. And there are two reasons for it...the seats and the food. The reclining and HEATED seats are so nice. I have back issues so absolutely must be in a reclined position when seated for more than a few minutes and the heat is a huge bonus. It makes me able to see movies more frequently again, which I love. It's easy to order tickets and food through the AMC app and I really like a lot of their food. I love the tater tots and enjoy the chicken strips, pretzel bites, fries, and a few other appetizer items I've tried. One important thing to note is that you cannot order food through the app once the movie has started. I thought it was more of an on-demand thing, but you need to order before you go if using the app, or at the theater. The standard concessions are crazy high priced just like all movie theaters these days, but their full meal food options are much more reasonable. What keeps it being 5 stars from me is the service is hit or miss. Which I get, good help is hard to find. I've had good experiences and definitely had rougher experiences where the service is not as friendly, efficient (bringing wrong order, slow, etc.) and the spaces need to be better cleaned. But over all I have had many very positive experiences and it continues to be my theater of choice in the Denver metro. read more

Being a regular A-lists member of AMC Stubbs club, we visit many different AMC theaters across central Colorado. Some are dirty, broken seats/elevators/bathrooms, no management presence, sloppy looking staffers that are undertrained poor food handling practices. Some are mostly average meeting most expectations and then there is AMC Cherry Creek. Glistening clean, engaging staffers from the front entrance ticket scanner thru the food & beverage counter staff. Each made suggestions and idea parings for an order with eye contact, all were using 100% food handling trained skills. The elevator (key for wheelchair visitors) was working and a staffer rode the elevator with to ensure the ride was just right up & down. The bathrooms were clean with TP /towels ( imagine that). We were so impressed of the difference I asked to speak to the manager. He ( Matt) was working on the food pickup line training a new hire. WE complimented his operation and service levels. We shook hands and hope to visit there again soon. Our theater of choice is AMC Cherry Creek. read more

Hubby is deaf and all their caption devices had dead batteries -- which we only found out about after the original captioning device we were given died during previews due to low battery. When he tried to get the device replaced, they had nothing. They did refund us, but this is inexcusable. Deaf people rely on CC to understand the plot, to follow along -- keeping the devices charged is the absolute minimum you can do, especially in 2024. Do better. read more

This is probably my favorite AMC in the Denver area. You can easily park in the mall garage, right next to the theater; and the parking is validated. The theater is on the smaller side, there aren't a ton of theaters but generally find that they aren't super full. The seats are nice, new and cushy. They recline and each have a little tray if you want to eat or hold your drink. I will say the bar doesn't seem to always be open, so that's sometimes a miss. read more

I'd say this theater is pretty middle of the road for quality. I thought it was cool how they serve meals to your seat before the move starts, but it kinda sucks that none of them are vegan or remotely healthy. Pretty much just pizza, burgers, fried chicken, and cheese As for the theaters themselves, the seats were pretty comfortable and everything was fairly clean. They are really small though and the picture quality was nothing to sneeze at. I took my 2 grandsons here yesterday to see Mufasa. It's a beautiful movie theatre and I had our snacks delivered to our seats that had small tables next to them. It was so easy taking a 4 and 7 year old kids to do it this way. Very easy to get to from the 2nd floor parking garage and they also validate your parking tickets. read more

I love the new renovations to this AMC! The seats recline and are heated and the attached tables are very convenient so I don't have to hold my popcorn in my lap anymore. The lobby is small, so on a premier night or a weekend I could see the place being a little bit like a small rave. If you frequent movies, it would be smart to get the AMC+ membership so you can wait in shorter lines. The food and drink prices here are not cheap. Be prepared to spend up to $50 if you plan to have dinner and drink there, including tickets. But it is fun having the food delivered to your seat. The appetizer sampler is a great dish to pass back and forth with friends as it has a little bit of something for everyone. I prefer the pretzel bites with various dipping sauces. Movie experiences aren't the cheap date they used to be, but I appreciate the upscale seats and food options now, so I'll pay if I really want to see the movie! read more

Why such a high rating? It's because I'm in my post-pandemic era and starting to get out of my fearful shell of going to the movies. This isn't a huge multiplex, but just the right size (think Goldilocks). It's located on the 2nd floor of the mall, a mall that charges for parking 7-days a weeks . However, the movie ticket will validate your parking fee. Each time I've been here, everyone working has been friendly and helpful. The popcorn has been average and not always freshly popped, but never stale. I recently went with my kiddo and he had to eat, so we got him a $10.50 kids meal, which turned out to surprise us both: the chicken tenders were delicious! They were so crispy and perfectly juicy on the inside. Who would have guessed a movie theater kids meal would be anything other than average at best? I'm officially sold on this movie location and will be back! read more

This location also has the option to order food and along with the traditional popcorn you can order ahead on the app and they will bring it to your seat. I don't know why this theater doesn't have better reviews! On second though... I do. It's what you might expect from a theater at Cherry Creek Mall, so I could see how people might expect a typical movie experience. It's not that (in the best way possible IMO). First off, the ambience. I hate movie theater smell. I can't even stand the popcorn because of the old popcorn smell emanating from every surface. They had new carpet, freshly painted walls, and clean washable chairs. In the theater, the row letters are lit so you could quickly and easily find your seat. The chairs are super comfy. While plenty of theaters have reclining seats with leg rests, these can be heated (like a car seat heated). I was so cozy and warm! Also the seats are separated enough that I couldn't see the people in the other rows, so it felt private. I didn't love the tray over the seat. Since I wasn't eating with it pulled in, I couldn't bend my legs when the leg rest was up. Next, the food. They have a great menu. I was running late and not hungry, but I was tempted to order something just because I could. They have a bar too. For my $10-15, I'd take bacon roasted Brussels Sprouts and a glass of wine over popcorn and soda any day! If you're a popcorn and soda movie theater enthusiast, this might be out of your comfort zone. Also, they validate parking. read more
