    Freakier Friday

Tonight we watched #FreakierFriday in auditorium 16. This room was set at a comfortable air temp, didn't need a jacket and wasn't burning up. The seats were clean and in good condition too! I liked our dj that played while we waited for the movie to start. Alot of the 2000s hits were played! Additionally, there were plenty of spaces to park, no issues. I had an enjoyable time :)

First time here for a screening of the Fantastic Four: Small Steps in July 2025. Amazing fan presence here on this evening, as the cinema was filled to capacity! Stadium seating, with plush seats and an incredible sound system. In sitting at the very top of the seating area, the view was still very good. Outside of the theatre, concessions were plentiful, yet not over the top expensive (priced just right7. Th bar area? Yeah, good luck with that. At least it is there. The employees here are genuinely enthusiastic, and pleasant to talk with. My sole complaint? Turn the lights on after the movie is over. I was quite surprised by how many people had to use their cell phone flash lights to maneuver through the rows to get to the exits. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure if this is normal, or just an anomaly- it can be a potential safety risk, AMC! Parking here is simple- just find any space, and walk toward the area that has the multiple exterior ticket booths. AMC Grapevine Mills is huge, and it is easy to miss the entrance into the theatre. Just follow the others in front of you toward the mall area, where you will see the ticket booths plus front entrance. Overall, a good environment for anyone to enjoy. 5 stars for the quality venue & customer service., yet -1 star for the turned off lights aspect at the end of a movie.

Love coming here for the Dolby Screen they have. Sound like no other theater I've ever been to. Always clean with comfy seats. Staff and food is fine? No better or worse than most movie theaters. Pricing is fine these days. If I want to see an action movie, the Dolby screen here will always be my first choice.

A night out at the movies to watch a sneak peak movie premiere, seats were nice and comfortable with heated options, can't beat the experience that you get when you step into the theater!

    dirty table

This amc location is disgusting , has roaches inside the actual theater very dirty , table trays are very dirty over all 1/10 customer

One of the older theaters seats are worn down. Came for a free premiere though so can't complain too much!

This is the worst movie theater in Texas. Wet floors, food on floors and seats, and the staff seem to hate their job.

I chose the Cavatappi Four-Cheese Pasta. The portion appeared small due to the large bowl in which the pasta was served. It was an illusion as the potion was adequate. The Boursin cheese sauce may have been the third item in the list of ingredients, it should have been listed first. Every time I lifted a piece of pasta or chicken, the cheese sauce was dripping from the fork. The chipotle seasoning provided a delicious contrast to the Boursin sauce. For dessert, I ordered the Warm Brownie Sundae. While I definitely tasted the brownie and the ice cream, there were no strawberries in the bowl. The Moviehouse & Eatery had existed many years prior to the purchase by Cinepolis. Unfortunately, required maintenance was heavily lacking. My tray would swing away whenever I released it. Whenever I ate, one hand always needed to hold the tray. It made for an unenjoyable dinner & movie going experience. On a minor fiscal note, the suggested gratuity options are calculated post sales-tax.

I don't want to miss any of the movie. I run back to the concessions, now the line is triple longer. Needless to say, I never got concessions. The staff need to know the rules or say nothing. Theater review : Kind of rundown and old feeling but still gets the job done. This location is in the Music City Mall next to the food court area. There are trees covering the signage so you have to be on the lookout or you'll miss it every time. The employees were nice and the restrooms were clean. Can't ask for much more from such an old rundown place. Prices don'r really reflect the quality of the maintenance and build of the place so if you want more bang for your buck then go to a different location. Plenty of parking cuz it's a mall.

Our matinee movie was $9.50/ticket. Our movie was in the one of the extra big corner theaters with the extra big screen. We sat in the very back. Seats are pretty plush and comfy, and they recline. They even have seat warmers! I didn't need it of course. I was very comfortable the whole movie long. Plus there's a good distance between rows so you don't feel squished next to strangers or have to hear anyone chewing or digging through their popcorn. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.
