They have been doing really good social distancing and requiring people wear masks when they are not eating and drinking, but they've become more lax at this theater than any others. Now they are seating people with only one seat apart, so it is more like 3 ft. Went there today and not one person in the theater wore a mask at any time. People to the left were seated with just one seat between us and people to the right were only one seat between us. I said something to the manager but this is what they are doing. I can't recommend this theater, which is a shame because it's so close to us. Last time I was here (October 2019, before Covid), I ordered the food delivery service to your seat. I thought that would be so convenient, without having to wait in line. Well, they delivered a BBQ chicken pizza, popcorn, and sodas. The food wasn't that great, the pizza was kind of hard, and the popcorn was stale. The sodas weren't too "fizzy" either. Later that evening, I was awoken to horrible stomach cramps and was sick for three days. I obviously had food poisoning from the pizza. I called management to inform them, but was greeted with an indifferent, I don't care attitude. Well, luckily for me, there are other theaters in the area which I can frequent and pay my hard-earned money to. Another thing to note at this theater. It's not the best cleaned. The kids who run the place seem to be quite lazy. There was trash all over the floor, the soda area (self-serve) looked really gross, too. Just dirty. It could use a good cleaning. In reading the other reviews, I see that someone was bit by bugs (eww) while sitting in the dark auditorium, and another person saw a scorpion! Yuck! They really need to up their standards here. A good thorough cleaning, spraying for bugs is in order here. Show that you care people. AMC should really have better standards than this. read more

I went to this movie theater to see Birds of Prey with my three teenage sons and husband tonight. An hour into the movie, my son began to complain of burning bumps on the side of his stomach. I started to feel itchy shortly after, went to the bathroom, and found three big bites on my thighs. My one son and I were bit by some type of bug during the movie and his are even worse. Honestly, it resembles a bed bug bite.. but I'll get it checked by a doctor before saying for sure. So another issue is how the manager talked to us in front of our children. He was rude, condescending, and he made my son cry by the way he spoke to my husband. He basically told us to leave and he wouldn't refund our money or help us look into it any further. Please work on your customer service, AMC. And spray your theaters. We'll be heading elsewhere for any future moviegoing. read more

I have never had a problem coming to the theater and have always had a good time with my family. Recently we went to go see a movie, when I had gotten to the seats there was food that had been stuffed in the seats as well as on it. With a bunch of garbage that had been piled up and thrown behind the seats we sat in. I'm not sure if they clean after every movie or how there cleaning is structured at AMC but the trash behind us was a lot. read more

First time to this theater, and was very impressed! I took my niece to see Dora the Explorer for her birthday. The man who scanned our ticket sang her Happy Birthday, and sang it great! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service is terrible. The young woman at the box office was too busy feeding her face to greet us. I then ordered the tickets 2 seniors and 2 adult and she couldn't drag her butt forward to speak into the microphone for a SENIOR citizen, Army veteran to hear her. People want higher wages but they definitely don't want to earn it. Who has convinced people that they deserve more pay but don't have to be respectful and earn it. Then the young man at the concession counter greeted you by yelling "I can help you guys up here." What happened to the polite well dressed young person greeting you at the entrance to the theater directing you to your theater room with a smile? My son started his working life in a Cinemark theater in the late 90s customer service has never been at such a low as it is today! read more

My dad, boyfriend, and I had gone to see the movie Overlord. The movie was amazing however the theatre was absolutely disgusting. The trash in the theatre we were in was above full when we went in and the same when we had finished the movie. The floor in the main entrance was full of wrappers and popcorn... The hours listed online are incorrect, and they don't answer the phone. This really makes me mad because I scheduled my morning to come by at 11am to buy my tickets. Now I'm forced to drive back out again because there's no one at theater, and no sign posted of what their actual hours are. Please update your hours. The seats are very nice. Clean and relaxing environment. Staff at the concessions stand was very friendly and helpful. The theater was very cold today and uncomfortable. The seat warmers are nice but even on the lowest setting they get too hot and then with the air being super cold, it is uncomfortable. read more

Love this theater since AMC took over love the reclining seats and heat!!! It is a little weird there is never anyone checking tickets I just recently learned you have to visit the front get tickets even when you have already purchased on line I had been walking in the first several times with no questions ever asked or tickets check. A bit strange. Good theater, we love the recliner seats that come with heaters. We didn't experience any trash or mess when we've come. We don't order movie theater concessions so I can't talk for the service on that end, but it's a good theater overall. The seats are nice - and heated which is great in the winter. Service was... weird. I walked into an empty theater - I get it, covid - the five or so teenagers working there just stared at me. I asked to buy a ticket and they all just kind of looked at each other. Finally one guy sold me a ticket and just handed it to me. It didn't say what theater it was playing in so I wasn't sure where to go. These kids did not want me bothering them, so I just kind of wandered around the theater thinking there would be movie titles and showtimes displayed somewhere. Nope. Finally I saw the number six randomly on my ticket and went to that theater. No signs indicating what is playing here. No employee asking if I need help. So I guess I'll just cross my fingers and hope it works out. read more

So excited to watch Avengers tonight, they had a technical glitch with the projector and we couldn't watch the movie. That was ok, I'm a patient person, and can wait another day. They refunded the movie tickets, and refunded the popcorn and drinks we got...however, they would only refund the popcorn and drinks, if we returned the containers...um...just a terrible way to leave the night, such a bad customer experience. Before AMC took over this location I would have given it a one star because it was one of the worst experiences I have had a movie theater. It was dirty, graffiti on chairs, it was run down and customer service was lacking. However, since AMC has taken over it has gone up and become the theater we all want to see a movie in. Everything is clean and updated with recliners and even yes heated seats. I do wish there could be more theaters because it is a small theater. Overall though had a great experience since the updates. read more

We were at this theatre on March 22 at 1pm. I attempted to use the ADA washroom stall but there was an employee in there hiding from his boss talking on his cell phone. Could you let your employees know that the ADA stalls are for people have assistive devices or need to use the grab bars. He was tall, thin, with dark hair. I hope his parents are never in that situation. read more

This is an older experience, but still important; I went here to watch the first Star Wars reboot in IMAX and bought the tickets online from AMC, showed up on time and everything only to find out they didn't have an IMAX theater at all. They wouldn't offer refunds, but allowed us to go and see the next showing in a standard format. read more

Even with the new renovations, this theatre sucks. There are NO kiosks inside to purchase tickets, so you have to wait outside in line. On a busy Friday afternoon, there was only 1 window open which took forever. Once inside, there was only 1 employee working concession with a long line, so we skipped it. Got to our reserved seats and people were sitting in them, who said they didn't realize they were reserved? Maybe it will take some time to adjust at this place, but after going there 2x, I'll stay with Harkins. read more

I was excited to check this place out because of all the new renovations that happened. I was disappointed to say the least. The toilets in both family restroom were soaking wet paper towels everywhere litter was all over the place on the floor and counters. The litter continued into the lobby area as well ! The staff was just blah ! The young man that helped us name was Jacob he was very friendly and greeted and thanked us. Went in for a movie and came out for restroom not a soul in site it was like a horror film I couldn't find anyone for assistance, I understand if the counters are closed but there should of been at least a lobby attendant. First time at this theater and I was very impressed. Excellent customer service by multiple employees (ticket booth, a manager, snack bar). That alone is so rare! Comfortable seats and the heated recliners were great!! We will be back to try an imax movie next ! read more

Been going here long before renovations and now it is a great place to see a show. Reserved seats are so much better that saving a seat for 30 minutes before a show. I don't know what people expect from customer service at a movie theater. It seems unreal that someone won't come to a theater because the service was bad. I don't go to movies for the service, I go to see a show. I have never had bad service and everyone is always helpful and happy. Come see for yourself. read more

Date night with my hubby to see The Upside. Loved the movie! I am an AMC Stubs Premier member and appreciate not having to wait in long lines for service. Although I think long lines were created after they reduced staff only having, at least this night, 2 people serving. Gone was my previous membership were I got free upgrade just for being a basic member. Understandable that they were probably losing money on that deal. Now you pay $15 for almost the same service. Worth the cost tonight. My only issue was cleanliness of drink areas and bathrooms. They really need to work on keeping those areas clean! Only 2 restrooms were decent enough to use. Please work on this management and your Theatre will be golden. read more

Been going here for a while now, won't be going back. I like to go to the self-serve credit card kiosk inside rather than at the ticket window in the front. I can take the time to pick my seat without having people waiting on me. Went a few weeks ago and both kiosks were down. No biggie, went to the ticket window and purchased there. Tried to go today and the self-serve kiosks are still broken. Waited in line at the ticket window. Apparently their system was down and they were unable to take credit cards. People in front of me trying to pay by credit card were allowed in without paying. When it was my turn, I was asked if I could pay by cash. At this point, I could have said no and got a free movie but I was already irritated by the self-serve kiosks they refuse to fix, so I just left. Doesn't sit right with me that some people would get to see a free movie (including myself) while others were charged depending on if they had cash. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more

While the theater just went through a major renovation, which I loved, I was very disappointed to see that on a Saturday night there was only one person working at the concession stand. By the time(15 minutes later) I got to the front of the line we were late for our movie. I asked to talk to a manager, but the 16 year old supervisor told me that she could only supervise because she had a sore finger and the manager couldn't see the growing crowd of very unhappy customers because he was in his office??? Wouldn't recommend this AMC theater to anyone. read more

The only reason I give this two stars is for the ticket taker James, he's so friendly and amazing and we look forward to a quick visit with him each time. Sadly we haven't wanted to go back because the last 3 times we've been in the last 8 months or so the seats have been filthy and covered with spilled popcorn and soda. The last time we were handed wipes to clean our own seats. I understand a lot of places are short handed but at some point there needs to be a focus on cleanliness. read more

We bought our tickets online, had no problems getting our tickets at the window as we showed up 20 minutes before our movie started. The issue we had was that there was a long line for the concession stand. We thought 20 minutes was plenty of time to get our food and drinks. There were 5 employees behind the counter, but only 1 was taking orders. They went thru the VIP line completely before helping anyone in the regular line. About 15 minutes into standing in the line, another employee decided to help instead of watching the one employee at the register, so there were 2 registers open. Things moved quicker, but we were still 5 to 10 minutes late for the movie. The seats are very nice in the theatre (the heated seats are AMAZING!) but I suggest bringing in your drinks and food so you don't spend 30 minutes in line!!! read more

Bad reviews don't really make sense to me. We're AMC A list members and go multiple times a month and haven't had a single bad experience. Popcorn is always fresh, love the self serve ICEE and Coke machines. Reserved seating recliners. Only complaint: you guys need to carry the powdered popcorn seasonings like Harkins does. read more

BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE FOR THIS THEATER. I purchased 2 tickets for grandchildren visiting from Wyoming, who were both 18 years old. I drove them all the way to the theater and dropped them off. They called and said they were not allowed in. I turned around and went back. They had been refused entry as they were not "old enough to see the movie unless they were accompanied by an adult". They had been given a refund card for $6 LESS than I had paid. I went in and spoke with the "manager on duty, Aubrey. She told me they could not enter if they were not 21 or accompanied by someone who was 21 years old. She also could not refund the entire amount that I had paid and I could take that up with AMC directly. It is really odd to me that you can "go to war and defend your country" at 18 but you cannot attend a movie without someone who is 21???? This was my grandchildren's last night here visiting and they really wanted to experience a "big city movie". We returned home and I checked online. On the AMC site it states for that movie you had to be 17 years old. They could not attend that movie later in the evening so we returned to the theater a hour later for a different movie. I spoke to the SAME manager, Aubrey, and showed her on THEIR site where it stated 17 years old. She responded with "Oh I was told 21, guess I will need to check on that". No apology, no full refund, NO NOTHING. Heads up EVERYONE it may be one of those things you want to be aware of before you buy tickets online or before you drop your adult children at the movie. ARE THEY OLD ENOUGH.....NO ONE UNDER 21 APPARENTLY AND NO FULL REFUND IF YOU BY ON LINE. read more
