I haven't been here in YEARS. It had become dirty, noisy, sticky floored, uncomfortable mess in a dying mall. Now mall is remaking itself and theater is along for the ride. Comfortable seating. Nice variety of snacks. Full bar. First run theatrical releases. Gonna see Naked Gun and Superman (make it a double feature). Very nice job bringing this back. I'm retired as of June, so they will see much more of me. Senior ticket for matinee was only $8.51!!

We've been visiting this movie theater for the past two weeks, and so far, it's been a great experience. The theater is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment feels safe. Parking is convenient and close by. We usually go in the evening after the mall has closed, which makes it even more enjoyable

Go to spot for watching movies in my area. Decent movie theater that offers discounts for early showings. They also have nice recliners to enjoy the movie at whatever position you're comfortable with. The snack line do tend to get pretty long and it slow depending on the staffing. They do have an online mobile order lane for pick up, but there is a concievence fee just as well as purchasing tickets on their mobile app. Popcorn and drinks are pretty good and not stale or flat!

Overall a good theater. We were given a Fandango Gift Card and wanted to use it, this was the closest theater from our home that accepted Fandango payment. We walked in, and for a brief moment we thought you just keep on walking as we looked around to show our tickets to someone but no one was there, (as I said, brief moment) then a greeter came to scan our tickets and we were on our way. We proceeded to our auditorium, luckily our seats were clean but one next to ours was visibly greasy. The seats were comfortable, my only complaint is they didn't lean back until the leg rest was fully extended making it feel like you were in bed at that point. I doubt we'll be back as it really isn't close to home and it didn't leave a good impression.

It's been years since I've been back to this movie theater and although the service isn't top notch, the new changes in chairs and set up had immensely improved! My family has found our new movie spot! Especially since we have joined AMC's movie goer subscription. It is a total must and we are so happy we don't have to drive as far as Disney Springs to get nice reclining chairs AND reserved seating! So goodbye rushing to the movies as soon as we get off work. Plus I am so exciting to go on date nights here cause they have a full bar and some wines!

So, in theory, sounds great... but does it actually work that way? No, it doesn't. Not the way you want it to. We get to our seats to find that there was a menu on the side table for us. However, upon picking up the menu, the odor of beer hit us. There was unwiped beer on the side table and the menu was just placed on top of it. So we put the menu back down, and just used the QR code to order. Our movie just began, we ordered the soda, pretzels and chocolate chip cookies. The soda took about 12 minutes to be delivered. The pretzels and cookies were delivered 30 minutes after we ordered them... way too long in my opinion. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. They were warm, which makes cookies even better. When it came time for the check, our check was wrong. There was a beer on our table that the seat next to us ordered. We did not drink beer during the movie. We had to flag down a server to have them fix it. When the checks were delivered towards the end of the movie, everyone is turning their flashlights on to read the checks. Completely distracts from the movie going on. That was very annoying. I would assume that there would be a better system for having people pay their checks then having to turn their flashlights on during a movie.... Overall, I don't think we will be back to this theater. Regal, in my opinion, has comfier seats than this "luxury" theater has.

When our friends first introduced us to this place, we didn't necessarily know what to expect because they said "old seats." Old seats? What does that even mean? I'm thinking thrift store folding chairs. Heck no! We walked into this cute mom and pop movie theater and walked up to the young girl working the counter. The ticket prices almost floored me! WHAT! It was super inexpensive compared to the big box theaters. Already a win there. We went in and ordered some actual food. I love movie nachos and cheese and a good coke. My husband ordered a burger and a beer. The price was like $25 for all the food we ordered! & the food was perfect for a movie. We entered into the theater and there they were. The "old seats." NO! It was just a regular movie theater! Not the fancy theaters they are producing now. It was perfect. My husband and I have been back like 3-4x since and look forward to going even more! On top of that, they play the newer movies, too! So you're getting a great deal, supporting local, and having a cool experience! Highly recommend.

Going to the movies can be expensive these days, so it really helps out a lot to save some bucks. We got two popcorn combos with a candy and a drink to enjoy during the movie. The seats and theater was very clean and cozy. The weird part was the restrooms and where they were located. You either go up or downstairs to a movie, but the restrooms are in the middle. There's no way that can be changed unless the whole building is remodeled. It was a nice experience overall.

On the evening of our visit, our group of 11 arrived at Universal CityWalk excited to watch a movie. Upon entering CityWalk, security asked for identification to verify that at least one member of our party was over 21 years old. We fully understood this requirement and complied. In fact, six members of our party presented valid IDs showing they were well over 21. One member of our group had unfortunately lost their wallet during the trip and did not have physical identification available. Despite having already verified multiple adults over 21, we were given unnecessary difficulty before eventually being allowed inside. The real issue began when we arrived at Cinemark. We were once again asked to provide identification. Since we were attending an R-rated movie, we understood the policy to be that guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult, and we had numerous adults present who were well above the required age. However, Ruben, the employee checking tickets, was immediately dismissive and refused to work with us regarding a digital ID from one member of our group, despite the fact that multiple other members were clearly over the age requirement. His attitude was disrespectful, and rather than attempting to resolve the situation professionally, he escalated it. We then requested a manager, and Luisa arrived. Unfortunately, her conduct was even more disappointing. She immediately approached the situation with statements such as, "You guys are having the same issue," and claimed that it had been "the law since the 80s" that identification must be shown. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly stated there was "nothing she could do." What made this particularly frustrating was the inconsistency in enforcement. We observed Ruben allowing individuals who appeared older to enter without being asked for identification. When this was brought to Luisa's attention, her response was that if Ruben thought someone looked under 17, he could ask anyone he wanted for identification. This explanation raised even more concerns because the policy appeared to be based entirely on subjective judgment rather than consistent application. The situation became even more contradictory when Luisa later told us that she would have allowed us into the movie if we had been "nice" to her. This statement directly conflicted with her earlier claim that there was "nothing" she could do because it was supposedly the law. If the policy was mandatory, then personal feelings should not have influenced the outcome. If discretion existed, then her earlier statements were misleading. As we were leaving to obtain a refund, one member of our group stayed behind and successfully de-escalated the situation. When we briefly returned inside, another member of our party respectfully expressed that the experience had felt unfair and that policies should be enforced consistently for all guests. Luisa responded by stating that she personally checks all IDs. When I replied that employees should be trained to do the same to avoid situations like this in the future, she became defensive and told me, "You don't have to talk to me like that. As a matter of fact, stop talking." At that point, I asked for her name. Rather than professionally identifying herself as a manager, she covered her name tag and stated that it was none of my business. This behavior was particularly concerning from someone in a leadership position who should be setting an example for customer service and accountability.

We booked our tickets for 7:00PM earlier before this day came. We were all highly anticipated for this day. It was only my 18-year-old brother (a legal adult), my 16-year-old brother, and myself (15). Because we were accompanied by an adult, there was absolutely no policy violation. When we walked up the stairs to get our tickets scanned, the employee completely shifted her demeanor. As we showed her our tickets and what movie we were going to watch (and 90 percent of the people in the theaters at that time were likely to see the same movie we were anticipating seeing), she began staring us down aggressively and demanded our ages. My older brother said he was 18, she then turned to my other brother and asked for his age. He stated he was 16. Despite my brother being a legal adult, the employee deadpan stated, "Nope, you can't watch this, get another movie ticket," claiming we needed a "guardian." Unbelievable! We saw multiple groups of other teenagers and even literal 7-year-olds carrying blankets walking in completely unbothered. The younger children had parents of course, but that doesn't explain why we were rejected. The show is independently produced and rated PG-13 (even this theater listed it as an unrated movie) meaning even if my 18-year-old brother wasn't there, a 15 and 16-year-old are fully permitted to buy tickets . This feels targeted because we were the only Black customers in line, and we were the only group targeted, interrogated, and turned away. We ultimately had to get a refund. The employee in question was a short, older woman with red hair. Her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, discriminatory, and downright inappropriate. We went home feeling absolutely upset, and we pre-bought these tickets. I have already sent an official email to leevista@epic-theatres.com with our exact booking reference number and clothing descriptions so they can pull the security footage to know this isn't a fabricated lie.

We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion).
