Got a Zep tonight for dinner NO meat! Second time this has happened forgetting I had ordered one time before and the same no meat. Beyond disappointed plus I have been asking for a new menu for a while now as their prices are minimal $3.00 higher than the menu I have. SO SORRY!! Wrong Amaedos ! The one I was referring to is in Trooper PA

We hired Amadeos for our baby shower and people are still talking about how great the food was weeks later! Beth went above and beyond to help us with choosing a great menu and even came to our house to make sure everything would be set up correctly beforehand. Joanna and Missy helped serve and clean up during our party and they were the sweetest helping our older guests! We ate leftovers for a week that's how generous portions were. You truly made our special day so much better and we are so grateful for your top notch food and service! We will definitely hire Amadeos again for our events.

I love this place. I have been eating here for over 15 years. The food is authentic and is very good. Hoagies - Pizza - Salads - soups - Stromboli - burgers - chicken and beef. They even make 72" hoagies and do catering. The seats need rebuilt but that is only because above average weight people eat here - that's how good it is.

    Drive by.

There are SO MANY pizza shops in the area that they need to stand out amongst the competition. Amedeos Too blends in. Decent cheesesteaks, but not amazing. Pizza has been a bit disappointing, but it will do in a pinch. The Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak is really BLAND. You might be impressed if you've never had a good Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. No offense intended to the reviewer who loves them. Parking is a pain in the neck when it's busy due to a small and awkward lot. To make matters worse, many of the patrons aren't very good at parking in small, awkward lots. I'll keep my theories on that to myself. It's a local business with a pleasant staff with a good sense of humor, and for that reason alone I'll keep Amedeos Too in the rotation of pizza places.

Calzone with a pound of ham slapped into the middle.

I have ordered from Amadeo's Too countless times. They typically have solid pizza and decent hours. I can't say I always get a super customer service experience, nor can I say it's among the best pizza I've ever had, but it's pretty good and it's conveniently close. I'd probably rate them four stars, but tonight I was disappointed. Let's be honest, you end up writing reviews on Yelp when you feel strongly about one or multiple experiences. Tonight I felt strongly enough to write a review. We ordered a ham calzone. The calzone was very clearly just a pound of sliced deli meat slapped right into the middle of the calzone. It was excessive. It was a solid pile of meat. There was no ham on either side of the calzone, just a 3" x 5" rectangle of ultra salty meat stuck right in the middle. Only at Amadeo's Too have I ever had a ham calzone like this, and it's actually the second time. Once, you might just say 'they were in a hurry' or 'maybe it was a new cook', but when it happens again it's worth mentioning. I was sharing it with two other people, we had to take apart the whole thing so that everyone would get some of the ham. I honestly would've just reached out to the owner, but there wasn't a way to do that on their website, so Yelp it is. Photo included.

I think what made it so good was the silky smooth texture of the sauce and the neutral flavor of the guanciale. Every component was cooked perfectly. I can agree with some of the complaints other people have had with walk in service and odd seating but I figure they're still finding their footing since this location is relatively new.

We pick selections for course 1 and 2 and wait for the 1st course. My wife ordered the soup and I ordered bruschetta. The first course arrived and we were shocked that the soup was not a soup, it was a pile of tomato with onions and other spices but before we could even get our server to explain the mix up our 2nd course arrived also before we even picked up a fork or spoon. I told the server to take back the 2nd course and when our server came to explain that it's not a soup it's just a pile of tomato, so I asked to speak to the manager. My wife saw the server speaking to the manager and the server returned to tell us he would be over to speak to us (which he never did). We finished the 1st course and 10 minutes later the 2nd course came COLD. I ate half of mine and my wife just asked for a box to take hers home to heat up as a left over. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When the menu says soup, it should be soup. Management doesn't care about any issue and does not respond either. The 2nd course should have been remade but instead they just waited until we were done with the 1st course and then served it cold.

We were there on a Saturday early afternoon and it was crowded which I expected. We walked into the bakery end which has some tables and chairs and tons of baked goods to enjoy there or to go. Tons of seating in the back, prompt service from what seems like high schoolers and college students on their break. The walls are absolutely maxed out with photos of various news, sports, and other cultural icons. We had one of the Detroit-style pizzas and a salad. Pizza was solid-- don't think I'd have this every day for fear of a severe downturn in my health, but when it comes to game days or just a dinner with the guys, I'd totally make my way over here if I could (I can't but I wish I could). Ordering happens from the counter. Food comes out pretty promptly. Staff are friendly, even letting us stay a bit longer past the closure of the main dining area so we could finish up. Overall-- stop by for a unique experience here in PA.
