There's attentive service and there's invasive service. This was aggressively invasive and ruined the entire experience. Having people loudly removing small plates or bread holders while actively in your meal makes you feel rushed and you'll lose appetite quickly to just fulfill their requirement to get you out of the space and churn the table as quickly as possible.
