I scheduled two pedicures, for my sister and I, and was so happy to hear they had availabilty on the same day! The salon is is beautiful, very aesthetic and clean. Soon as we sat in the pedicure chairs, they offered us a complimentary beverage of our choice and turned on the massage chairs. Unfortunately, I didn't get everyone's name, but my sister had her nails done by Helen and did an incredible job. Our pedicures were amazing too! We'll definitely be returning soon! read more

I created a yelp account just for this. I had a scheduled nail appointment with my bff for our girls day at 11. We get there and they have no open seats for us except pedicure chairs. I had a young lady in glasses do my nails. I asked for French tip on my natural nails. She made every one of my fingers bleed. I'm writing this two days later. My cuticles are swollen, sore and still bleed. My French tips don't look bad but she butchered my fingers and I paid 50$ for it. Waste of money and waste of blood. read more

America nail salon has been my go to for the past 3 years living in Napa. I always schedule last minute appointments due to my schedule and Andy always finds the time to accommodate me. I get builder gel on top of my natural nails and they have never looked better. I also get a gel pedicure monthly and the staff has gone above and beyond to give a little extra foot massage when they have the time, knowing I have a job that keeps me on my feet often. I always walk to the salon and they offer me a small bottle water which is much appreciated! America nails is the go to spot in Napa! read more

This is my new go-to for my nails- I love them! Had the best gel manicure with Andy and gel pedicure with Ken today. They were both quick but gentle and I never felt rushed but also didn't get frustrated feeling like I was wasting time sitting there like can sometimes happen at other places- I'm thrilled with everything about my mani/ pedicure. They also gave amazing massages, and the price is great. I'm so happy to have found America Nails Spa after having some not-so-great experiences at other Napa nail salons. Andy did my nails for my wedding coming up this Saturday and I love them! I initially was just going to get a French bc I wasn't sure what I wanted and thought it would be a safe bet. Andy suggested adding the chrome so it pops especially in pictures and added a 3D flower. It's a new technique that has been trending recently he says and it was cool to see him build / create it. I came here for the first time and was super anxious, as it was the day before my wedding! I was worried about trying a new place (I am a new resident of Napa, so have yet to establish a place to go to) and the staff here were AMAZING. I came with my maid of honor and they were able to to sit us next to each other for a pedicure. We had such a good time, and had a great massage. Then I got my nails done with Nancy, and I loveeeeed her. She was so sweet and funny and gave me everything I asked for on my nails. The salon was clean and inviting and we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. The next day, I realized I didn't love my nails (through no fault of the staff, but I had asked for too much and just wanted a more plain style on some of the nails) and went back in the morning. They got me in right away and changed some nails free of charge, and congratulated me on my big day. I will definitely be returning and HIGHLY recommend this establishment. Finally found my regular nail place and I am so happy. read more

I absolutely love it here! Andy is the best at accommodating me whenever I come in to the shop they know you by name which gives it a personalized feel when you come through the door. I love looking up designs online and when I come in with an idea they never tell me they can't do it and I always end up loving the finished product. They don't rush you here and they don't switch between nail techs while you're getting your service done. I also like how they are up to date with trends and have a ton of colors to choose from read more

I went there for quite a while for fill ins and French manicure nails, pedicures and then they just started to get sloppy and my nails look like I had on fake nails then I changed to the owner and my just kept breaking. I couldn't afford the time to go back all the time so I figured out that it was that they're using cheap ingredients I changed to green polish salon and my nails really look great. read more

I would say this is probably one of the best nail salon experiences I have had 'out-of-town' in a very long time. I would like to note that they granted me an appointment late in the day (roughly 90 minutes before closing) for a mani and pedi. When I arrived, I was quickly seated and my awesome pedicure began almost immediately. I wish I got my girl's name but we were just busy chatting away. She was very meticulous from beginning to end, and took her time to ensure I liked every part of the mani and pedi. The foot and hand massage she gave me practically put me to sleep. I literally was nodding in and out of slumber -- I must've been so exhausted. Anyway, I loved everything about my visit. The rest of the staff were super friendly and very personable. We all laughed and chimed in on one another's jokes -- these guys are very intentional about creating a fun and relaxing environment. I was even offered a glass of adult beverage compliments of the salon. Really looking forward to returning the next time I'm in town! read more

This salon has fantastic service! I was able to call ahead for a gel manicure later that day. A woman did my nails and it seemed like she might have been newer because I didn't get the full manicure (nails soaking, etc.) but she was very thorough and made sure the nails looked good and that I was happy with the color and shape. I needed something fixed later and they were quick to get me in. After over a week, the gel still hadn't cracked or chipped. I will definitely be back! read more

The other lady next to me said she was an hr in and the same lady had not gotten to her pedicure yet and was still not finished with her manicure. First time going and I truly wanted to love it. Got a basic pedicure with gel and she was great and very detailed. Unfortunately my dip nails weren't the same case. It was extremely rushed, rough and just non enjoyable. I came in with long natural nails, asked for box shape and a French. Since he was rushed he went so fast with the nail filling that they were way shorter than I wanted (I wouldn't spoken up but he did it so fast I barely was able to see how short he filled). Throughout the appointment, she was taking phone calls and talking across the salon to other people while working on my nails. And she was talking so kindly to them in the switch up when she would talk to me was insane. It made the experience feel very unprofessional. She also seemed irritated that I wasn't paying with cash. When I told her I was using a card, she rolled her eyes. I didn't realize she expected me to use my physical card, since most businesses now accept Apple Pay, she sighed heavily in annoyance. After she handed me the receipt to sign. I accidentally signed in the wrong place, and instead of politely pointing it out, she spoke to me in a very condescending and aggressive tone, like I was a child. Considering how I had been treated, I chose not to leave a tip. The service cost $10, took about 10 minutes, and the overall experience was unpleasant. That seemed to make her even more upset. She hesitated before handing my card back and looked genuinely shocked that I hadn't tipped. I have never been treated so poorly at any business, especially at a nail salon. Between the rough treatment, the rushed service, the unprofessional behavior, and the rude attitude, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I just wish the massage had matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

And I love it. i was recommended this place by a friend. there were some off putting reviews, but i gave it a try. the space reminds me of caesar's palace in las vegas, with the cloud ceiling and pillars. i was told to see tina, upon arrival- the owner tiffany, who was excepting walked me over to the pedicure area they had ready. to speed things up- tina did my pedi and tiffany did my mani. they were both really nice- the perfect amount of engagement and attentiveness, but still gave me time to myself. tiffany was so sweet- she custom made a color for me with bubbly bath mixed with funny bunny to give me exactly what i wanted- without me having to ask. tina would check in, to make sure the color was right, to go back for cuticles, asked to check for ingrowns, etc. i normally get russian mani/pedis, but this was a great substitute- i got gel mani/pedis- they paid a lot of attention to my cuticles, listened to what shape i wanted, took their time and was v neat. I asked again and they kept saying yes it's gel .....I ended up with two pretty bad cuts, every time I look at my nails I get mad and on top I had to pay for builder gel even tho that's not what I asked for. I tipped in cash (even tho the service they gave me was terrible) then the lady told me that she stayed open just for me and now they have to drive back to Oakland. Like complaining that I gave them not a good enough tip. They each got $10 cash. I'll never be going back to this place to stay the least

Men pedicure went great. Nice staff and host. The place was clean, relaxing, and very professional from start to finish. They took their time, paid attention to details, and made the whole experience comfortable. The massage chairs were a great bonus and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Absolutely loved my experience at American Nail Spa! The service was amazing, and I have to say--the leg massage was one of the BEST I've ever had during a pedicure. I could have sat there all day! What really impressed me was how meticulous and detailed they were. Nothing felt rushed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job.
