He took extensive measurements and was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed, and got us a quote on the very same day. The turnaround time was impressive. They covered up some extra exposed area directly under our porch that didn't necessarily require a barrier and wasn't included in the quote, but when I expressed some discomfort, Juan came out and inspected and while he assured me it wouldn't need a barrier, he still had his team seal it up anyway at no extra cost, just to ensure my comfort.
