The house has wood siding in front and stucco on remaining three sides. They were the only one willing to drill hole through the exterior wood siding in front and patch. They also paint if owner provides the paint. The other two contractors said they had to drill holes from inside the house (oh no, we had just patched out walls after the electrical work). So far looks like house is staying cooler in warm afternoons. We shall see this winter!

Then they use a cork foam type backing to put in the holes as a vapor barrier and close it with stucco patch. Then comes the texture followed by primer. And if you provide them your matching paint they will color the patches too. They are nice and simple folks and easy to work with. They did not protect or cover the attic entry, leading to the sides getting stained blue from their tubes. The entire house was freshly painted 4 months prior. Andrei initially agreed to personally fix up the paint and ghosted me after causing an extra $500 to hire a painter. 3. The most egregious issue - the crew used my bathroom and urinated all over the floors and walls. They didn't clean up and left it looking like a truck stop bathroom. Andrei did not send his crew to clean up or offer a credit to hire someone. I paid nearly $15K and ended up cleaning up after a bunch of disgusting, filthy men. Did I mention they repeated this behavior on days 2 and 3 despite requesting that the crew be mindful of their cleanliness.
