They then proceeded to play games by refusing to give him a receipt for this month's payment. They attempted to physically throw him out of the office without said receipt. I strongly advise ALL car shoppers to AVOID this car lot. Once you've driven the car off the lot, they don't want to hear from you, unless you're making a payment. They claim that their cars undergo a 37 point inspection. I find this extremely difficult to believe, since we've had to replace every system on this vehicle, including the fuel and cooling systems. They claim that they are retiring, but we have doubts about that too. Anthony and Steve have been completely dishonest and have made no attempt to show that they care at all about good references or repeat business. Being in customer service myself, I am appalled at their overtly insulting and outright threatening demeanor. We give this business zero stars. Don't do it, you'll be sorry!
