I would not recommend I drove from Dixon to go look at a car that I was interested in when I showed up I was asking them question about the car s550 Mercedes' Benz When I asked him if I could test drive he looked at me , judged me didn't think I had good credit basically like I was wasting his time . He then told me they needed to run my credit to be pre approved before even getting behind the wheel . I brought it back the next day at the owner's suggestion and they fixed it immediately. I bought a 2005 Honda Pilot for $7,500 from these heartless people. Next day My husband, my self & 18mon toddler go take a trip to Santa Cruz on the way there we had to stop and change the oil due to a light coming on, back on the road to Santa Cruz, then San Francisco, on our way home the transmission was giving out and we ended up in Vallejo getting a $350 tow. Basically it was my transmission that I have to rebuild for $3500. The mechanic said it looked like the dealership put an additive in my tranny to make it last a little longer. Do not buy a car from this place! This dealer is not a man of his word!! Bought a car from him and five days later it won't start. I let the dealer know what's going on and he says depending on what the mechanic finds either he will repair under warranty or he'll reimburse for repairs. Find out n Dealer says send him photo of receipt and he'll reimburse me. Then he ends up only paying me about half! Says repair cost was higher than he thought. Bought a VW Tiguan from them and 3 months later we come to find out that the timing belt needs to be replaced, that the struts are worn out and when it finally rained that the moon roof leaks water on to the passenger side front seat. I don't claim to be a car expert but for sure thought the car would be okay for a little bit longer than 3 months. It was a tough pill to swallow and we know we cant get our money back but at least change the name of the dealership from "pristine autos" to something else. This place is legit.... which isn't always the case with used car dealerships. Worked with Tony and bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for my 16 year old. We've had the vehicle for a few months and zero issues. I'm not going to say I stole it price wise because I don't think that happens at used car dealerships but I do think I got a fair deal.... and most important the car is as advertised without problems. They mailed the registration tag which for some reason seems to be an issue with dealerships. Bottom line.... great inventory, no hassling and no issues. We purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna Van. Upon arrival, we found the model trim version had been misrepresented on their website. We were ok with the lower model but not at the higher model price. The car was NOT cleaned well on the inside, trim pieces were loose, cookie crumbs in numerous places, a nerf dart buried in a seat...you get the idea. We finally agreed upon a lower price and even though the original salesman had promised me a full tank of gas since we live 2 hours away (and I had it in writing), they would not honor it. Then, we took it to our mechanic when we got it home and they had not performed ANY basic service on the vehicle. NO oil change, no air filters, no tire checks, nothing.
