We are going to have quartz installed in all four bathrooms, but we'll go elsewhere. Funny thing, the owner was all over us when we were buying, but have not heard from him AT ALL about this. The only other advice I would offer is to NOT get the touch faucet unless it is "hard wired", as the battery life isn't great.

I paid for it on the spot, and they were able to get the guys out to measure and install it within a week or two. If you get up close, you can see where they didn't caulk it perfectly, but it was a good enough job and I was happy with how it looked and how fast it occurred. Fast forward to recently, I contacted them again, explained I was a repeat customer, and then asked them to help me with a stone cutting/quartz job in my bathroom. It took over two months to get a tech out to the house. The excuse was, we are really busy and we have scheduled work. I pointed out, I am a paying customer as well, I too deserve to be scheduled, not just told you'll fit me in when you can fit me in. Even after the tech came to measure, nobody got back to me, and when I finally reached out several times, they still had many of the same questions before the tech came over. I've had to send two, three, four emails to follow up. They don't seem to initiate contact, and they don't follow through. I don't know what's going on with their office but they seem really disorganized and unfortunately, I just can't keep waiting for them to ask me the questions to get organized to let me know if they can even do the job. My interactions with them over the last three months have been really disappointing. I just finally stopped reaching out to them.

I told them I wanted the same exact style of cabinets for my kitchen as I had got for my bathroom. Needless to say, I got a different style of cabinet. Not only that, I also had to make the cuts on the oven cabinets. None of this was told to me. I gave them the dimensions of all the appliances for no reason. I assumed these were custom cabinets and I assumed they could look up my last order to see what style cabinet I got before. In addition, never order cabinets by Mantra. Their customer service is as bad as Cabinet Warehouse. Never assume they will do their job. Go elsewhere.

They work only with contractors so basically even though I was the one giving them the money (my check made out to them) they were unable to disclose my receipts and costs to me the client/purchaser. We also ordered the Aristokraft cabinets through them, and found a few of the cabinets have visible seams where they shouldn't have - now whether this is Bowser or the cabinet company - I'm not sure.

Gabriel did an amazing job renovating my master bathroom in my condo. From the demo, to the tile,…read moreto the fixtures and all the other parts, Gabriel was great at working with me and getting the job done. Even when I decided to change from a shower only to a bathtub installation, Gabriel was able to accommodate the change and adjust the work order without issue or hesitation. He did a great job installing the tile, and even went above and beyond when some floor tile needed to be removed from one area and added to another area to accommodate a vanity with less depth than the previous one. Installing all the new bathroom components, including a new toilet, vanity, tub, shower hardware and light figure were all done to perfection. Gabriel was very professional, clean and neat, stuck to the budget, and provided all receipts for the out of pocket items he purchased. As well, he was great at working with me to help make decisions when I wasn't sure what to do on certain things. I would definitely look to hire him again for future projects, and definitely recommend him for your home improvement project, especially if new tile is a part of it.
