Now, guess what's been "temporarily out of service" for over two weeks. For the last 5 years, it's been impossible to get a human employee on the phone. Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I'd like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, "Is your antiquated coin machine working today?" Are YOU looking for a new bank? Before the sale, they assured me the car had gone through a full inspection and maintenance service, something they charged $2,499 for. This fee was supposed to cover new or serviced tires, brakes, fluids, and other major maintenance items. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed the tires had severe dry rot -- something that would have been obvious to anyone performing even a basic inspection. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership expecting them to take responsibility, but I was told "the owner doesn't care and isn't going to pay for new tires." This dealership completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and refused to honor the very maintenance they charged thousands of dollars for. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. If you're considering buying here, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of honest dealerships that stand behind what they sell, unfortunately, this one clearly does not.
