I was trying to get something notarized at another…read morelocation and she let me know that the ONE notary was on a conference call and wouldn't be available all day. The assistant manager suggested I go to a bail bond and get it notarized there (but I'd have to pay for that and as a platinum member I don't pay for those services through Chase and when I told her that she stared at me like I had two heads). Fast forward, the teller called this location, spoke with the notary, confirmed that she could do it and was expecting me upon my arrival. The downfall to this location is one ATM so it backs up in the evening and you have to go inside for all transactions (yes, im lazy and don't want to get out of my car, especially on rainy days).

The fee schedule is difficult to find on their website and it doesn't even mention monthly maintenance fees with waivers for minimum daily balance. The by-the-books interactions rather than interacting like a person is frankly repulsive. Gives the feeling that employees are robots and only have pre-approved corporate responses. Most, if not all large banks have this atmosphere of pseudo-professionalism. I'd recommend staying far away due to the above reasons, and this isn't even going into detail about the delays and difficulty taking my relatives money out!
