Extremely disappointed with this car wash. They did a poor job on my expensive sports car, leaving soap residue, dirt, and water spots all over both the interior and exterior. To make matters worse, they scratched the hood of my vehicle. The facility looks nice, and you'll see plenty of high-end cars coming and going, but that's likely because it's located in an affluent area--not because of the quality of the service. I work hard for my money and take pride in my vehicles, so I expect a basic level of care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I've had better drive through $15 car washes than this $40 car wash. The only part vacuumed was the driver side, the passenger side and back seat was left dirty and untouched. The windshield still had foam spray cleaner on the bottom near the dash causing a glare and streaks making it hard to see out of. The outside of the car still had debris, dust and dirt to many areas. Also, I'm not sure what happened to my touchscreen, but it was somehow reset and stopped working. Now I have to take it to the dealer for service. For $40 plus a $10 tip I would never come back here. I borught in a Subaru Impreza after leaving the window open the other day during the torrential downpour. Yes, car interior was completely flooded and wreak of mildew. John and his staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure the car was returned back as if it just left the showroom. Been going to this car wash for many years with all my cars and trucks. I took my Ram RHO today for a wash as I have done countless times over the last year. Today the owner I believe would not allow it through the wash. I have never had an issue bringing it here before. I have also never had an issue bringing it to any other similar car washes. I suggested to management that they put a sign up so people do not waste their time like I did today. If you own a Ram RHO, TRX, perhaps even a Raptor they will most likely not wash your truck here anymore. read more

Left with a clean swirly car. The car wash was quick with minimal waiting time however like most commercial car washes, it can leaves your car with swirl marks. The value is decent if you have an older car and don't care as much about your paint but I'd avoid car washes in general if you have a black vehicle. read more

Insanely disappointed with my service at American Car Wash. I paid for the platinum package but it felt more like copper. I'm usually not one to leave reviews but this is unacceptable. The platinum packages includes wax and ceramic seal as well as wheel coating. NONE of these were applied as you can clearly see from the photos. There was still dust and dirt all over the car and on top of it, I found new SCRATCHES that were never there before on the hood and trunk. Basics like the hood and mirror were completely neglected and not touched as you can tell from the photos. Although they had 4 workers wiping the car down, the entire interior was ignored also! The cup holders weren't touched and neither was the dash board. This is NOT the type of service you expect from a place when you're paying for the top tier package. Insanely upset about this and will never recommend this place again. read more

Worst car wash! And the worst treatment you ever get anywhere in the area I complained because I spent $30 on a platinum wash and looked like a five dollar crap job. I asked for the supervisor he never came so I literally had to grab the rag and the spray and clean the inside of my car myself then I went to the back to find the supervisor and ask for a refund to the lower basic price. I explained the entire problem and he looks at me with his blubber slob by face and he says "what is the problem?" I asked him if he heard what I said - and he replies "yes,what is the problem" "I won't refund you anything" This place is always full and I don't get it. Yelp should have a zero star option. I paid $31+ for the most expensive package and had to take the car back twice! I saw the bad reviews for this place but took the car here out of desperation. A relative has a very dirty car and just won't take it to the car wash. This was my only option. And I concede that the car was quite dirty inside. But they didn't even try to clean it! First I had to take it back again because they didn't even vacuum under the seats or really below the mats. There was so much junk still there. Even the manager told me to take it back. But then as I was driving away after they vacuumed, I noticed that they didn't even touch the vinyl surfaces. There was simple dust there and no sign of a cleaning cloth or liquid making physical contact with the dashboard. So I came back for a second time. One of the workers was surprised when he saw the surface because he knew that I paid for the $31 package, which includes vinyl treatment. Ironically, it was the manager who had "cleaned" the interior. And he tried to tell me that he wiped everything but anything additional would constitute detailing. I point to several areas (not spots) where it was clear that there was no attempt at wiping anything. And so they preceded to wipe the dash and what not. But here's the kicker: then they started putting a glossy coating on the vinyl surfaces -- which they hadn't done at all before. The vinyl treatment isn't just wiping the surfaces, it's putting a glossy coating on it. And I paid for that. So I asked the manager why he hadn't done that the first time. And he said because I didn't ask for it! But I paid for it! I said I want everything that I paid for done and I don't have to ask you to do it. If I didn't want that done I would have paid for a lesser package. So the car looks much better than before, but these people have no pride. There are still spots where they just didn't simply wipe. No effort! With the vacuuming and the wiping I had to point to specific locations for them to take care of. The place was not packed. They just didn't care. I clean my own car regularly, so I know what it takes to clean a car. They just simply did not try. The reason is probably because my relative's car is not a luxury vehicle. A previous reviewer noted this as a factor in how customers are treated. Well, long story short, I'm NEVER coming back to this place again. The location is convenient, but the service is terrible. Take your business elsewhere, if you can. I've been to better car washes. None of them are perfect. But this is the worst. And the reviews are a testament to that. read more

I have been holding off on writing a review in hopes that this place might change. It has never been good but now, it seems like they do not care at all for the quality of their work! Nor has management bothered to improve! Starting from dropping the car off, the attendants do not pay attention to cleaning the wheels nor cleaning the dirt off the body of the car. They push the button to move the car through as soon as it arrives. If they took an extra 15-20 seconds maximum, they would have better results and honestly would have saved this bad review. When the car comes out, I've had to repeatedly tell the attendants to dry the door sills. Today, was the last straw, the interior was not cleaned, the door sills were left wet, the rims were still dirty after going through the wash. This place has a good location but very poor quality wash. Management should absolutely read this review and implement a change. They charge good money for a poor quality wash! Spend an extra 15 seconds per vehicle, make sure that it is cleaned off BEFORE it goes through the wash and on the exit, dry the car appropriately!! Not hard. read more

Brand spankingly renovated. Having recently reopened after renovating the American Car wash is doing what they do best- washing your nasty, dirty car. The inside is really gorgeous- way more than what you really need or expect in a car wash- lets face it, you are not going on a date there - lots of marble etc. Sort of reminded me of a car dealership. They are very friendly there- that much is for sure. There are a load of people working the car wash proper - and when you see the prices, you'll know how they pay them all! It is really costly in my opinion - and frankly I could care less that it is "green" or eco-friendly - most new car washes recycle the water already. They do give you a membership card - so after 10 washes you get a freebie- so that is about $250 for a free car wash... um... They did do a nice job - mostly. The exterior was gleaming- which is always hard with a black car. They did a crap job on the windows and I had to reclean them at home. This was even more annoying since there were so many people in the car- you would think one of them would notice that the windows were all streaked. Final analysis: Decent job, friendly service, costs too much, waste of money on the decorations. read more
