If I could ZERO stars I would. As soon as I walk in the place smells like poop! Really bad. Amongst other things .. Employees need to know about the food they serve. The guy tried to be nice but all the other ladies were extremely rude !!! Worst customer service !! Will not return There's better American delis in atl

I love these wings ! wtf. Idk how I never had these before . I tried their lemon pepper wings which are a wet sauce not a dry rub but very good. I ordered all flats which was an extra 25 cents on my 6 piece order . The fries ?! Sooo hot and fresh. I ate some before I took the pic. But the seasoning they add on to the fries is amazing! It's so damn good . Woooooo! I tried their sweet chili wings also. It has a nice kick to it . i got lemonade as a beverage. I thought it would be fresh sweet lemonade . But it wasn't homemade. It still got the job done! I will be going back before the weekend is up

I went to this location on 03/08(see photo) and ordered what I usually ordered. However, this particular time, the fries were soggy. I didn't check them until I got home which is about fifteen minutes from this location. I went back immediately arriving at 7:05 pm. I went up and express my concerns. The Hispanic rep with braces(I'm stating this because I asked for her name) stated that it's been over an hour. I pulled out my receipt(thirty minutes) and stated that it's not over an hour. She said "well it's close enough". She told me she had to check with her co-worker and not the manager. She told me we can do it for you this time. I asked for my wings to be reheated since I have not eaten them. She said we can't do it. I said okay no problem. She then begins to say we will do your order since it's been but your order should've been checked. I told her I didn't check her order until I get home. She then proceeds to tell me that "I'm always complaining." I told her what are you talking about..."I've never complained"...I told her that her customer service skills are horrible. She dismissed me...I told her I got time because now I feel as if I'm profiled as a black woman in majority community because all black people are not the same. I asked her name, she said she doesn't have to give it to me...Fine..She walks away..I asked the African American lady what is the manager's name she told Hal. I tried to call to this location to state what has happen and she hasn't been there...I have the transaction receipts to prove that I'm been going to this restaurants weekly for months as well as sent my colleagues to this restaurant. However, based on this situation, I'm never spending my money at this location again. To the manager, please get your employees training on implicit bias, diversity inclusive and customer service. This is uncalled for in this establishment. If you're looking for great wings and horrible customer service, please keep buying. However, there is Hop Singh next door. Publix, or Subway in the same suite. This is my honest review...

I had no idea what I wanted for lunch and walked up and down the sidewalk trying to find lunch. When I came into American Deli, staff even commented on my walking all over the place before coming in. American Deli is a chain restaurant, but also is a shop that you've no doubt seen before. You know the one, that has wings, philly cheese steaks and gyros plastered on their windows? Yep, this is pretty much that. I got the gyro combo ($7.99), which comes with a gyro wrap, fries and a beverage of your choice. So what did I think? Gyro, which was a beef gyro, was surprisingly decent. Stuffed with beef, onion, tomato, onion, and a white sauce (wasn't tzatziki) on a pita wrap. The French fries were frozen crinkle cut, kinda tasted like they were too, but hey, they give you a lot of them. Interior is clean with a few tables, and parking is fairly easy since American Deli is in a strip anchored by Publix. Cheap, quick, decent...American Deli

I have never been disappointed with an American Deli, and this one is no different. It's got your very typical American Deli menu items - wings, burgers, phillys, fried seafood. All of those wonderfully classic cheat meal items. I ordered a few items for takeout - chicken tender combo ($7.99), 15 wings (no combo, just the wings for $11.99), burger combo ($7.99), and a Philly cheesesteak (no combo, just the sandwich for $5.99). If you can manage to keep the fries fresh until you get home, omg, they are so crispy and the perfect ratio of potato and fry batter. All of the items, but the chicken tenders, I would recommend. The chicken tenders are well fried, and well seasoned. I guess my issue is with the chicken meat itself. It's your typical "mechanically pulled chicken meat". The frozen grocery kind from Tyson's or Swanson's or what have you, where they pull apart the chicken parts, make it into mush, and then glue it back together again with binding agents and texture enhancing agents. I'll attach a picture of the tenders to show you what I mean. When you break a piece of the chicken tender, you don't see the meat naturally pulling away like you would with a real piece of chicken. But the burger and wings were bomb.com, per usual. Can't go wrong with American Deli. The cheesesteak was good too! It's no Big Dave's or Woody's, but it'll do when you're craving one and passing by an American Deli. Oh yea the menu prices don't show you how much the wings cost without the combo. I ordered my 15 wings without a combo, and it was $2 less. I ordered half plain and half lemon pepper. Their lemon pepper is saucy and not dry rub.

I decided to stop by here for lunch. The staff was polite and the service was fast. I got five piece wings and philly cheese steak. The philly was the bomb! Meat was seasoned and everything. The wing were really good as well

I've passed by this nearly deserted plaza many times and never felt the urge to enter. But the urge for a burger was strong late at night and they had a special going through Uber Eats, as I'm not sure I'd have tried this place otherwise. The burger was surprising large and decent. It was undeniably tasty and prepared exactly how I ordered it which rarely happens at other places. But the fries... oh boy. Whatever oil they fried them with was undoubtedly old and nasty. I had to drown them in hot sauce to be able to eat them. My digestive system did not enjoy that decision. In term of ambience... this is a bar. No matter the time of day, the vibes will always be a bar. Very sticky. Sepia-like, with drunk, belligerent customers and cigarettes littering the storefront. Not sure I'd eat in here. But hey, I gotta give them their props for that burger. I'd definitely order it again if the craving arises, especially since I live in the neighborhood. Shout out to them for staying open late.

After a few visits, I've tried a good variety of the menu: * **Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich:** This is served open-face and uses a mix of Sichuan and Calabrian chili. It is absolutely amazing, but fair warning: it is *hot*. Even if you're used to Sichuan spice, this one may still be tough to deal with, but it's still incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. Just keep in mind that they don't adjust the heat level for this one. * **The Greens:** These are wonderful. They have a rich, savory pork flavor and are easily a must-order for me every single time. * **Shrimp and Grits:** This has a fantastic sauce that strikes the perfect balance--not too heavy, but not watery either. My only minor wish is that they'd add some andouille sausage to it (even if raised the price), but it's still a really well-executed dish. * **Southern Pho:** Really great and super hearty. It's a comforting bowl, though probably best enjoyed during the winter months. * **Drinks:** The cocktails are always creative and well-made, and they keep a really interesting beer list on hand too. ### 2. The Ambience The vibe here is great. The interior feels like a charming, cozy little house you'd find in Savannah. I especially love the bar area, which has these really cool copper chandelier lights that give the space a warm, inviting glow. ### 3. The Service The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every single time I've been here. The Summary I honestly feel lucky to live close to this place. It doesn't get much love or mentions from the Atlanta social media crowd and local press (the good news is you won't encounter a lot of annoying people lol).. I'm a fan though.

I ordered a mocktail which was absolutely delicious with fresh watermelon. I ordered the bone in pork chop with a blueberry reduction, green beans and "potato salad". The potato salad is in quotes because it was more like cold whole potatoes with some seasonings on it not really reminiscent of a potato salad per se but I see what they did there. I wasn't a huge fan unfortunately. The pork chop was delicious but would recommend putting the blueberry compote on the side instead of dousing the whole plate with it. The compote was very good and not super sweet which was nice (so I didn't mind eating it with the potatoes and green beans as well). My husband ordered the sirloin steak but as you can see in the picture it looked like someone just put clumps of horseradish all over thinly sliced pieces of sirloin. That much sauce on thin pieces of meat can be a bit overwhelming. The most disappointing was the presentation, it just did not look presentable. I would say the steak still tasted very good. The corn side was also cold. The server was great, no complaints there. My favorite part of the experience was the mocktail. This place has true potential. I will definitely try it again and hope that I can boost the star rating a bit next time.
