3 raw oysters and 3 grilled oysters
    Auriel T.

Came here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy so we sat right away on their patio. My friend ordered the Cajun pasta and she enjoyed it. She said it it was well seasoned. I ordered oysters and ahi tuna nachos since I was not as hungry. The nachos were an appetizer and I was not expecting them to be filling. They came as 5 nachos with aioli. I do wish they were a loaded nacho plate because that would've been just the light fill I needed without needing anything else. They were still good. Tuna was frwah. The oysters were about $3-4 each and were fresh as well. I believe they have an oyster special during the week but the price seemed to be the same. The raw were medium size and I'm glad I chose them rather than the smaller ones. I'm not sure I love the oyster price (that's with knowing that oysters are usually not cheap). I've been to this place before so it's definitely a relaxing place to have light bites or even family dinner. My drink was ok but it became watered down very fast with the ice. My friend opted for an old fashioned. All together my bill for 1 drink, 6 oysters and 5 nachos came to $55. I may come back to try other menu items

Service went well! Clean and modern setting restaurant. Food was okay but drinks were delicious!

Wow--let's talk about this dining experience. The oxtail gumbo? My first time trying it, and definitely not my last. Every bite was rich, comforting, and fully satisfying. Then came the salmon bites on wonton--crispy, flavorful, and such a perfect balance of texture. For the entrée, the pasta with salmon was not only delicious but a generous portion that didn't miss. And for something sweet... the bread pudding? So moist, topped with ice cream and Oreos--it was giving indulgence in the best way. But what really sealed the night for me was the coffee pairing. It took the show and brought everything together beautifully. I also loved the range of the menu--there's something for every craving. The service was excellent, and the food presentation matched the quality. Honestly had me thinking, what took me so long to dine here? Especially since I'm in this area often. Bonus: patio seating for outdoor season, plus easy access with self-parking, valet, or a parking deck.

    Jambalaya! So good.

Came here for a festive night out near Christmas. 11/10 did not disappoint. The festive holiday cocktails were great - my server suggested either Dirty Santa or The Grinch. Both were delicious. The tuna nachos had a spicy kick to them but were good. The jambalaya was a large portion and was also good. We asked them to make our espresso martinis festive - and they added a candy cane and a festive stirrer. They had a nice wine list too. Only downside was trying to find parking - but our server was great! Her name started with an M (I think). I will come back here for sure.

Grilled Oysters & Thai Fried Shrimp

Lagarde was a highly anticipated restaurant for my friend and I and what better time to come during Mardi Gras when they have their themed menu? We were seated in the enclosed, outside area which was kind of a buzzkill because the inside seemed lively and those vibes were nonexistent in the quiet outside area. My friend was encouraging me to order the charred oysters as I've never had them before and we ordered a lot and they were pretty good! I ordered raw oysters to compare and enjoyed them twice as much. The drinks were solid as well. If you come here you want to stick to just that-- oysters and drinks. We ordered a few appetizers and they were all underwhelming in their own way. The whipped ricotta was unlike any other I've had before and the word that comes to mind is amateur? It just wasn't good. The Thai fried shrimp was just fried shrimp, nothing really Thai about it. The Nola BBQ shrimp was solid and the brisket tots were okay but was far from impressive. Stick to the oysters and drinks like I said.

Absolutely love this spot! The food was sooo delicious & fresh! I absolutely love the roasted oysters. They were amazing! I visited this spot during halloween season which was so fun. They are all decked out and have fun halloween cocktails! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in this area. They have a wide menu with lots of options. Parking wise: we did have some trouble. They lot was full and the line for valet was SO long. So definitely build in some time for parking!!

    Hair in butter

Our visit started off well. Our server Morgan was pleasant, and the brunch menu seemed to offer something for everyone. A good start went downhill quickly when one of our plates came out with hair in the butter. Our server apologized and took it back to the kitchen for it to be remade, which was fine. The bigger problem was that we weren't offered any type of compensation (a percentage off the entree that had hair, comped beverages, something). I'm not expecting a free meal or anything outrageous, but something for the inconvenience of having to wait while the kitchen remade the order would've gone a long way. I'm not sure if this falls on management for not empowering their employees to make these types of decisions, or if it was up to Morgan, and she didn't care to offer. Either way, the food wasn't good enough to overlook the customer service failure.

    Salmon BLT
    Tiffany J.

This place was really nice and casual! They had outdoor dining and the doors open. Our sever was very nice and professional. Our food was brought out piping hot and delicious. I ordered the Salmon BLT with the Cajun tots and the Summer in Chamblee cocktail. Oh and the deviled eggs and Thai Fried as appetizers. The cocktail was incredibly refreshing and perfect for a warm afternoon! I didn't get andouille on the deviled eggs which I later regretted because I felt like they needed a little crunch. The Salmon BLT was tasty. Although I wish they didn't put such a thin piece of Salmon on it. The Cajun tater tots were cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing! I would go back just for those alone. All in all, a really good culinary experience!

Came here for my cousins birthday with a party of 8. My husband and I split the chicken wings and I got the chicken biscuit for my entree. Both were very tasty but something seems to have changed with the wings once last time we got them. Can't really tasty that it was grilled. The server was kind but messed up the surprise cake we got for my cousin. She brought out share plates before the cake so that gave it away. We also paid for a cake cutting fee and they tried to cut the cake at the table which would have been a mess. Had to ask them to take it back to kitchen to cut.

Lagarde has really amped up their brunch menu. Before it was more like a lunch menu, but when we were there last week, it was pretty legit. The food was all really nicely, presented and prepared, and there was not a bad bite to be had. The only Negative thing I could say was that the drinks were slightly lackluster, but I think it was because the ice melted on the patio.

Came with a group of 7 people after work. We all enjoyed our drinks but the mystic tai really topped the list! We also split a bunch of appetizers like the fried okra, calamari, and grilled oysters. We sat on the patio to enjoy the good weather and service was lovely too. Parking: private shared lot with lots of spots.

How have I never heard of this place before??? Had some family in the area who wanted to do brunch and this was close to all of us. We did have a reservation for brunch which I thought was because they were quite busy for a Saturday!! Only disappointment of the trip was we tried getting the cinnamon roll but they didn't have it that day which was sad. But the rest of the meal was great. I went with the breakfast BLT and that was a huge sandwich. Delicious food and such a cute vibe. Would definitely be fun to sit outside.

    Bayou Pasta
    Christina K.

A friend of mine sent us an Instagram reel and mentioned she wanted to celebrate her birthday here. I thought, "Why not? The place looks cute." I wasn't overly excited, assuming it was more about the atmosphere and decorations. Boy, was I wrong! The food was amazing I kid you not! They do a fantastic job with the decor, changing it monthly to match the holiday. What We Ordered: * Brussels Sprouts: Super good and crispy! * Calamari: A bit salty for my taste, but still enjoyable. * Oysters: We ordered two of each variety they had (sorry, I can't recall the names). They were small but fresh! I'm not usually a fan of Gulf Coast oysters, but these were perfect. Bayou Pasta: Let me brag about this dish! Our server, who was very nice, recommended it as one of their most popular items. I can see why, it was bussin'! So good that I came back the next day to get some to go! Hanger Steak: Surprisingly, this was a hit too! Cooked perfectly, tender, and amazing!

The location is Self-Serve, so you can order at a Kiosk or over the Phone. Once the order is ready, they place it in these ready lockers, similar to what you see at Inspire Brand or food hub pickup spots. You enter a code or click a link and it releases the lock on the pickup to take your order. Very cool, very fun. The location has a few tables to eat at, but I get the feeling the location is not really intended to be an earin space and more of a "Order to go". However, lots of space and you could easily bring a crowd here if that's your thing. The food I ordered was actually a winner in my book. For this order, I ordered the Crawfish Cheesey Pasta or whatever, the second part of my order was their $10 for 10 wing deal. I want to start with the wings. I don't know if you guys have had much luck ordering wings lately but the cost at most locations for seasons wings has been attrocious. $10 for 10 is a phenominal deal in regard to wings at this moment. On top of that, the wings I got were average size, but well over the size of some of these locations selling wings for almost $2 a peice. There is a good bit of options for the wings, I got the plane and lemon peper hot and I was very happy with that decision. The bluecheese was a good pair with this. Awesome job for wings in my opinion. The Crawfish Pasta was pretty great too. A good portion of meat included. Obviously pre-picked crawfish, but I really can't complane since we're in Atlanta and not Louisiana. The pasta was aldenta and not overcooked, huge win on this. That means it wasn't really sitting in place for too long and made fresh. The pepper and onions in mine were nicely sauted and overall, the flavor of the cheese sauce and creol seasoning was good. This place is an incredible value for what you pay. The comments I see that are less than 2-3 stars are silly. Honestly, how have you not eaten wings and gotten a feather or root of one? What's it matter? It's a dead bird, you can only do so much. eat around it. Also, salt is good. :D Have fun Atlanta!

Only 2 couples when we arrived. We were greeted by a pleasant server, he showed us to our table and were quickly brought water. We also ordered fries, sweet potato fries, calamari, steamed broccoli, coleslaw and softshell crab. We loved everything we had. My favorite side was softshell crab - done perfectly not oily. We didn't enjoy the calamari as it was too chewy. Wouldn't order this again. The combo E was supposed to be for 2 - 3 people but it fed 6 of us. But I checked yelp and saw they were open. They were completely empty. Never a good sign. I was here between 12 and 1 for lunch and I was the only customer. One other party came in while I was eating. But that was it. I did not see any to go orders going out either. Several other yelp reviews said the prices were reasonable and the portions large. I am not sure what you consider reasonable, but I can't pay $40 or more for lunch. So the seafood boils were out. I know crab legs costs money, but that also means they are out of my price range. I went with a fried everything platter for $17. Well the food was really good. Made to order and served fresh and hot. The oysters were perfect, crunchy and creamy at the same time. The shrimp were juicy not overcooked. Everything well seasoned. The hush puppies probably came out of a bag frozen. Sweet style with whole corn kernels. But they were good too. The catfish was I think pre breaded, but well seasoned. Everything tasted great so they immediately went from a 1 to a 3. I can't say it's a great value but they do seem to be priced accordingly considering the cost of fresh seafood. I would go 4 but the empty parking lot and weird vibe just left me a bit uneasy. I would say 4 for food. 1 for atmosphere. 3 stars overall. Try it, but carefully. I plan to return.

Jahjoy pork belly: Tasty & tendor. I loved the papaya salad which left a refreshing contrast. A bit too saucy for me. Flavors were strong. Squid ink bucatini: our favorite! Must get dish - bucatini is perfectly al dente & the spicy sauce was very flavorful. Jumbo shrimp was delicious, and the anchovy on top left a nice strong flavor. Red snapper: This has some Vietnamese influences with the sauce. It was a lighter dish which was just OK for me, I would have liked the fish to have a crispier skin. Not much flavor besides the sauce which is inspired by canh chua. Wagyu flank steak: cooked to perfection and flavored well, loved the celery puree which was much tastier than we expected celery to be. Dessert was mint chocolate cake which was very tasty. I wish the cake was softer and meltier in the center but it was still good. Malt gelato was delicious. Could def taste the mintiness. Creme pat along the edges was a nice add to the cake with cacao nibs and popcorn for a textural contrast. I enjoyed it!! Overall we had a great meal and could tell the ingredients were very fresh. The restaurant forces you to select and commit to a dining plan on their system before you are even allowed to enter and see what food is actually available. To make matters worse, there is a clear discrepancy between their physical menu and digital ordering system. Upon reviewing our photos later, we noticed that several items listed on the physical menu (which were not crossed out) don't even have a matching category, tag, or option on the tablet ordering system. P.S. Before anyone questions whether I simply missed these items at the buffet/snack bar: I personally went to the buffet area at least three times and reordered using tablet ordering system multiple times. There wasn't even a single tag or label for those missing items. If they were supposedly there, the real question should be why they were never restocked. Charging $78 a person while failing to properly update the digital menu or sync it with the physical one is incredibly misleading. You shouldn't charge this premium price without letting customers know exactly what is missing beforehand. There were empty spots at the buffet stations, and the restocking speed was painfully slow. I wish we had known this before coming; we would have happily just done the lunch special instead of paying for the Tier menu. Our waitress was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and easily the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the service. The hosts seemed overwhelmed, and the front area felt understaffed to handle the crowd. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation. My friend is currently wearing an Aircast boot for a foot injury, so we separated and had her wait for the table first since walking is difficult for her. The entrance was crowded with waiting guests, but no one told her that there were actually open seats behind the bar. Even though it was obvious she was injured and needed a place to sit, the host did not offer any alternatives. She eventually asked if she could sit at the bar, only to discover plenty of open seats behind it. It would have been much more thoughtful if the host had actively mentioned this to the waiting guests. The ordering system was another major source of frustration. The tablets at our table either had an outdated system or were dying--they frequently froze, and we had to try multiple times just to place an order. Even worse, the system missed one of our limited special items entirely. We actually lost track because, after we submitted our order, they swapped our tablet for a new one, and the system got completely confused. We had to ask at least three times about the missing item before it was finally addressed. Huge thanks to our waitress, who personally went back to the kitchen to communicate for us and ensure we got our missing items. Without her, I'm not sure the issue would have been resolved at all. As for the food, the restocking speed was disappointing. One of the milk tea machines was virtually empty for the duration of our visit--it only had a tiny splash left at the very bottom, well below the line, and was never refilled. The meat was sliced extremely thin, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but due to the type of grill plate they use, the meat burns instantly and constantly sticks to the grill plate. If you're going to slice meat that thin, the grill setup really needs to be reconsidered. One more thing: the restaurant's advertisements are completely outdated. They still advertise a $28 membership card, which is no longer a valid dining option (it is $58 a year now). I wish someone had informed us about this before we made our choices. Overall, I wouldn't return to this location. The waitstaff were warm and professional and worked hard, but the incomplete menu, slow restocking, and poor communication made the experience disappointing. We also appreciated that no one rushed us to leave after we paid and sat for about an hour--that was a positive note to end on.

It's usually just walk in unless you get a large amount. Since it was mother's day weekend we decided to reserve one of their "sacks". The rate we got for the "sack" was $4.99/lb. Each sack weighed different. I believe the regular price was $5.49/lb. Still a very fair price for the quality and the size of the crawfish. For our 36lb sack there was probably 15-20 dead crawfish. I would say that's not too bad. It was fun for the kids to see the critters and chase them around with them for a bit. We also got some blue crab. The males and females were priced differently and paid per lb after they were bagged. Another thing is that they do offer ice for the crawfish but I forgot to check if they put it in the bag and they forgot. Luckily they were still fine when we got back to my parents house 1hr away! They also had tanks full of other types of live seafood like shrimp, fish, lobster.. etc. Overall, amazing place to find fresh seafood in bulk!

Since then, we've come back multiple times and tried a variety of their seafood, including the Santa Barbara uni, snow crab legs, and lobster. Everything has been incredibly fresh each time. It is quality you can really taste. What I love most is how consistent they are. Whether you're picking up something simple or splurging a bit, the freshness and selection never disappoint. This has officially become our go-to seafood market for takeout, and I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for fresh seafood without the fuss.

Dumpling Master in Chamblee, GA Handmade Chinese Soup…read moreDumplings Spot Everything we tried: Pork soup dumplings -- recommend Juicy soup inside, and the skin is slightly thick with a little chew. I recommend dipping them in their house-made dumpling sauce or black vinegar. They also have other meat options. Har gow (shrimp dumplings) Filled with shrimp paste, bamboo, and dried scallops, has a stronger seafood flavor compared to traditional ones. Pan-fried pork & chive dumplings Crispy on the outside, and you can tell the skin is handmade. The filling is very juicy and lightly seasoned, more of a homemade style. Beef fried noodles -- recommend Yellow egg noodles with black pepper beef and vegetables. Savory with a nice peppery and wok flavor. Chili oil wontons Appetizer with shrimp and pork filling, topped with chili oil and dumpling sauce. Szechuan spicy chicken Spicy with a slight numbing kick, best paired with rice. Hope this helps you know what to order

Let me first start by saying that these dumplings were damn good! 11 out of 10 I would have go back…read moreand try them again. Now that we got that the way, we can start LOL So you come in and sit down and this place is pretty spacious. You would do online ordering, because they have the barcode at the table. Now. When you pay you'll be paying with somebody. So the ordering is just to get the order in and not for the full service of ordering and paying. The place itself is located on a side street and there's plenty of parking. There's also parking in the parking structure that is attached to a apartment complex as well. There's also a little back alley that you can park at too, there's ample parking, let's just say that LOL. The place itself is very clean and everybody is really friendly. They have the robot come and bring your food but you will still interact with the staff and they are pretty nice and very pleasant. Street parking Pork and chive dumplings - So the dumplings were really really good. I got them pan fried and they came out tender and yet crispy. The flavor was crazy, and the dumpling sauce was exceptionally good to me as well. I would 100% order these again. Chicken noodle soup - The soup was just okay. I had to do a little doctoring and I tried to get it where I needed to but it was decent but it was a little bit on the bland side. I ended up putting more of the wonton sauce in there to give it a little Tang and a little kick, as well as putting some chili oil in it as well. After that, it started working out pretty well. But on his own, it was decent but it wasn't good out of the box. Pork wonton with chili sauce - So this is kind of like my guilty pleasure. I love chili wontons. With this order you got a lot of them, and the sauce was on the plate and drizzle throughout the dumplings as well. Well so you got flavor at every turn. These were great! Szechuan spicy chicken - Pork soup dumplings - The soup dumplings were pretty good. To me. They weren't better than the chili wontons but they were still good and had a nice bit of flavor to them. The broth in them was tasty, but that kind of overtook meat inside. The broth was so flavorful that you didn't really, really know if you were eating chicken or pork or whatever. But nonetheless, it was still good and you got a nice bitter than for the order. I enjoyed the establishment. Their wontons are really nice sized and they are packed with flavor. I would not go back for the soup or the ramen bowl that they have but I would definitely go back to order five more orders of everything else lol.
