He figured out what was wrong, gave me a couple of options, and then proceeded with repairs. In a very short time, everything was working again. Before leaving, he asked me to make sure that the heat was working in all 3 "zones" in the house and I checked the hot water as well. I could not have asked for anything better. While the initial HVAC and plumbing work appeared acceptable at first, multiple issues became apparent over time. Some installations required repeated adjustments, certain problems were not properly diagnosed the first time, and there were ongoing airflow issues that were never fully resolved. This led to rework and ongoing troubleshooting that a homeowner should not expect from a professional contractor. More concerning was how accountability and professionalism were handled afterward. Items and tools belonging to me that were borrowed during the work were not returned when requested, and communication around resolving this was dismissive rather than professional. This is something consumers should be mindful of when allowing access to their home and property. Based on the quality control, the need for repeated corrections, and how disputes and borrowed property were handled, I can no longer recommend this contractor. I'm sharing this so future customers can make an informed decision and set very clear expectations up front.

Frank did a great job fixing my AC system. A prior HVAC company disconnected all of the wires by…read morethe air handler, with nothing labeled. An electrician then came out but couldn't figure out how to connect things. Frank painstakingly tested all of the wires in varying combinations and while connecting and disconnecting thermostat and condenser wires to figure out the mess of wires. Eventually, he got it working. He's also an extremely nice guy, who charged something very reasonable given the amount of time he spent working everything out. We will definitely be calling Frank next time we need HVAC help.

sorry for the delay. life gets in the way. like i said…read morebefore we believe in customer loyalty. frank responded to our concerns by informing us of what was going on i the office. we felt in good hands as he guided us through options for a new heat pump system. old hvac was 15+ yrs. explained we could upgrade n not change ducting. 2024 tricky at first was a very humid summer but system did its job they adjusted fan speed to get rid of humidity. winter system overheated at first but balanced itself. winter 2025 system worked fine down to 29*f. since they fixed app to show outside temp learned how to get the most out of system. when temp and dew point are near freezing if humidity is above 70*. system will defrost more often. so use home heating. thanks for help frank

They did come back and fix it- I've been trying to get them to return my calls to explain the warranty which they said they would give me - I also thought I would use them for maintenance but since they have not returned any calls I worry that if I had an emergency they would return my calls. If you want a company that will return calls then do not use them. I would give them a negative rating, too, if I could.
