I do not understand why the cashier would ask for my social security number while she tries to register me.

The girls who work there are so rude. Like keep your attitude and your clothes - I'll buy elsewhere.

okay. I come from a long line of Yankee fans. Being from Southern CT (ie having no real identity,…read morepersonality or soul for that matter) I never really cared about team loyalty...but do not mention the Hartford Whalers b/c then you are in a slippery slope of sadness and betrayal (much similar to a telenovella episode starring a make up wearing porcelain doll who swears and poisons people )...I can't even look at a 'Whaley' carvel ice cream cake without crying. Any hoo! screw the Yankee's, as the black sheep of my family- I moved to Boston & 'kind of like' it when the Red Sox win ( for me thats as close as it gets). But! I have a lot of loyal friends who are certain they L-O-V-E the Red sox and when I am feeling generous I buy them a Red Seat tee shirt. These shirts are rad. They are thoughtful/inventive/ aesthetically pleasing and in a class of their own. I rock my red seat shirts to the gym on repeat and sometimes wear them inside out so no one realizes what a scumbag I really am. Printed on American apparel shirts -the cut and fit is flattering ...and so long as its a large -rather forgiving. I don't feel like a chump in my tee shirt b/c I live here. I shed my non conformist angsty ways in high school- and I realize it's much more fun to join 'em. Big in Japan, Green Monster, Sweet Caroline, Battling Evil, and my new ultimate favorite "this is my sox shirt it's red & it's awesome" shirt. If you go to the website they even offer a tee shirt of the month club. If I was rich I would buy that for all of my southern CT (strugglin' in Yankee territory) Sox fans. Perhaps- even for my Yankee freak dad just to mess with him. Hey, my motto is "When in Rome (do whatever is comfortable and will piss off your family)" for me that is a Red Seat shirt. more please.

I am so torn. I like Rimowa luggage. If the place is open, the staff is usually nice. Store hours…read morethough are a best case scenarios guess and not true opening hours. On Friday, July 5th 5:45 I encountered a locked door (well inside the regular opening hours). This was the third time in a year that I went to Harvard Square in vain. Occasionally I need repairs. Leather World seems to be the only Rimowa option around Boston. A half dozen repairs were done okay, but not always on the first try. Often they leave glue residues inside and never make an effort to remove dents. I had repairs done in Frankfurt at the the airport and in Beijing with much better results.

This store has beautiful, high-quality luggage that I dream of being able to afford…read more Until then, it has plenty else that is useful: every kind of travel adapter you could possibly need for traveling to any country in world. Savvy-traveler items like a money belt; a clothesline for stringing up in your hotel room so you don't have to bring so damn many clothes or overpay for hotel laundry service; the world's best-engineered travel toiletry bottles (won't break or ooze open in your suitcase; you'll never need to buy another set after buying these). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I was there, a salesperson talked me out of buying a voltage converter so I could be prepared for every possible scenario on an upcoming trip, and told me that almost all electronics made within the last 5 years have built-in converters. Talking me out of buying things I don't need--now that's a store I'll go back to.
