They made me refuse the delivery. They also forgot the pillows that were supposed to be delivered. During the process, they took a piece that connected the two pieces together. 2nd replacement bed delivered. It was missing the piece, was on phone it's management and they said (after minutes of arguing my situation) said I didn't have to refuse bed and part will be coming and replaced tomorrow. Now, days later, I've been dealing with the distribution and manager which is saying the part doesnt exist or even if it does isn't needed. So frustrated. I just physically go to store, sales rep got on the phone with temperpedic customer service to confirm the piece exists, and is needed for the bed. The only sympathetic person that helped me was Ali. He actually listened and tried to help. But the company as whole was extremely including district manager and VP Mike Brown have all but ignored or not cared about this incident. Having a bed with an 8 month wife with it coming apart Still waiting on this to be resolved. 9/21.

In resolving the problem, Lorie maintained an epitome level of professionalism; she spoke to me in a manner in which she would have expected from an Area Manager if she were in the same situation. The take away from this post is Mattress Firm cares about their guests and will exhaust their skills in addressing problems that may occur.

I was having a difficult time finding a pool place or tailor that was willing to restitch the many sections that came undone until I called Madina Upholstery, Drapery & Tailoring in Springfield, VA. Ashna told me to bring it in to see what he could do, so I did. Because of the pool cover's extremely large size, the stitching could not be done by a typical sewing machine, but Ashna was willing to stitch it by hand. He looked for, found and restitched each of the many locations that came undone by hand and called me a week later to say it was ready. I am extremely happy with the great work that was done and saved me the cost of buying a new cover for my custom shaped pool. If you need to repair your pool cover, I highly recommend Madina Upholstery.
